I'm shocked this place even has 1.5 stars. I would give it a negative star if possible. We ordered ahead and paid for. I was told apparently I had gone to the wrong place. I showed them on my phone that I was indeed at the right place. Rude and disrespectful is the most accurate description of how we were treated. Usually, McDonalds is a safe bet when you want something fast and don't have time to research. Boy was I wrong on that at this time and location! Late night, I was really tired, and hungry to hangry. The classic #1 (Big Mac) with no onions and a coke. Should be simple, right? I paid, was handed my coke, I was asked if I wanted ketchup, and moments later, my bag. Not the friendliest person, but it was kind of late. I said thanks and off I went back to my hotel. I should have done my usual and reached in and munched fries on the way. As I drove the mile on to the hotel, I was thinking how nice it would be, biting into hot fries and my burger. As I sat down, reached into the bag, in the Big Mac box was a cold chicken sandwich, and instead of hot fries, a cold apple pie. Should have checked my order. :( read more

They just played in my food! I stopped on my way to church and ordered a bogo in the steak McMuffin. Initially, the older clerk rang me up for two bagels which are NOT included in the bogo. When I brought it to her attention, she said she would modify the sandwich and give me $0.50 off. The math does not math because that $14.25 with $0.50 off verses $5 something for two. Anywho, she fixed it and when I checked my sandwiches both were incorrect. The sandwiches had a folded egg instead of a round and a pile of the bagel sauce which doesn't come on the muffins. I return and walk in and explain the error. The clerk takes the sandwiches and has then switch the eggs. How do I know because the one steak was turn into small pieces on the original sandwich. It was still there in the new sandwich. Plus all of the bagel sauce. She was like oh.... I asked for a manager to get a refund and she refunds me for bagels. I'm an honest person and inform her no, I had the bogo - it's too much money. SMH!! Worst McDonalds. Plus their prices are higher than other McDonald's!!! read more

Well I really didn't have any complaints here.. We were passing through from another city. This McDonald's is ok. I think they forget to ask about condiments or forget to add them. Several customers walking back in to get their condiments. The ketchup was stuck together with maybe honey or syrup, don't know. And maybe if they were happier or less "attitudal". In my entire 63 years of dining at McDonald's, Store #12420 in Dickson, TN earns my award of WORST McDonalds I have ever visited. I knew I should have left when I saw how much trash was just lying around in the parking lot. Walked inside, floor is sticky, and all I hear is arguing behind the counter and in the kitchen. I also see two customers come in from drive-through due to their orders not being correct. I place my order, go to the drink station and it is also a mess and really needed a total wiping down and clean-up. I received my order, and BEFORE leaving I check it and my order is incorrect (surprised...not) so I engage with a man who looks to be in charge and he says they will fix my order. While waiting for the new order there is more arguing and yelling about orders and who is at fault. I finally get my order, check it to ensure it was correct and I left. My order was a Quarter Pounder with Cheese and fries. The fries were OK but salty, as for the Quarter Pounder it really did not taste good and I ate less than half of it. Bathrooms were filthy and smelt like urine. Floors in the dining area were disgusting and greasy and from the counter it appears the kitchen isn't any cleaner. Tables had not been wiped down. Food was ready pretty quick, however due to the condition of the dining area we packed our food up and ate in our vehicle. I've lived close to this McDonald's for 13 years and it's just pitiful. It's went down hill over the years. The workers just don't care. It used to be a running joke about who's order in my family would be wrong this time. But it's gotten ridiculous. I don't go here anymore b/c it's always over a 30 min wait in the drive through and it's not even busy! I never go in b/c it's super dirty. And it starts at the top.
