I am not sure what is going on with this location. The service is extremely slow. There is no manager to be found. All the people working were speaking Spanish. I placed a mobile order. From previous experience I pressed "I am already there" a mile away. I still had to wait 7 minutes inside the store for my order. No one came to the front to ask what is my name or order number. They were all back there running around. There needs to be a manager to man the front. Several other customers were actually waiting to order food. This location has always been bad, but I think it is getting worse. Will avoid this location at all cost. read more

I gotta admit I like this one over others as they actually have the soda machine accessible as well as paper napkins and straws, other McDonalds hide it behind that counter. The interior is like most modern McDonald's but I like the seating here a tad more. read more

When you go to a fast food place like McDonald's, you don't really expect much of a service, especially since most places now want you to place your order via a Kiosk. That's exactly what I did. I went in with my parents, ordered via Kiosk, told in that we were dining in and waited for them to bring us the food. It came within 5 minutes. We ordered the Sausage Egg McMuffin, which was good. My mom and dad ordered the Caramel Frappe, which tasted as expected. I had a medium orange juice for the drink. The place was clean and bright so that's a plus. We'll go back if the mood hits us. read more

ZERO Stars!! Less than a middle of the road McDonald's which is probably where alot of their food ends up. The drive thru here is a total Cluster Flux and is only outmatched by it's unbelievable lack of ANY and ALL quality control. The nasty number 7 meal which I ordered was not properly cooked and subsequently ripped through Me like some terrible tornado which left a path of gut borne destruction in it's wake. It wasn't pretty. I don't write too many one star reviews so when I do it's usually because the business is so freaking substandard that it warrants public notification.   Gotta say that this wouldn't be a place that I would EVER feel the need to return to. McDonald's - Nasty number 7 meal, I Got SICK From This - Fast Food Near Me - East Hanover, New Jersey

I haven't had a McRib since I was a kid so I figured I'd try one. It wasn't terrible. It was about 5$. If they had a 2-for-5 special or something than maybe I would get another one in my lifetime, but I really have no idea why somebody would spend 5$ for this sandwich when you can bet a much bigger and better sandwich elsewhere. It's like a microwaved low quality pork patty with basic BBQ sauce, pickles and onions on a basic bun. I also got a Big Mac and it was phenomenal. I am pretty certain that they are putting an addictive substance in their Big Macs because I cannot stop going back. The drive through line was pretty big but moved quickly. This McDonald's gets busy but they handle it well. My food was hot, probably fresh out the microwave. The service at this McDonald's is always good as well. I don't know if it's me, but it seems like the prices have been going up. How and why did I spend 12$? I'm going to food rehab and gonna try and kick my Big Mac addiction. read more

I am in the area for business and just needed a quick lunch. I used mobile order for this order: 1) Quick and painless ordering using the app. I was already in the parking lot when I placed my order. 2) Speed of order. I waited for less than 3 minutes, having placed the order mere moments prior. 3) Food. Probably best McDonalds order, ever. Fries were fresh, cooked right then. Chicken was great. My coffee was prepared exactly as I asked. I did not go inside so I cannot speak of the ambiance but customer service was great and I would definitely give them an all around A. Walked into this McDonald's, not equipped with the digital order screens, but big LCD menus, a long drink counter (with little areas for trash, which is a nice touch since oftentimes they don't have a place for straw paper) and the materials maybe one generation behind the very newest McDonalds have. Clean tables and counter. Service was a little backed up (the manager was a little stressed), but they were reasonably efficient. One good sign: the chicken tenders were not dry (fresher than average). read more

I'm not a fan of McDonald's. I'm not a health nut or anything, but I've gotten to the point in my life where if I'm gonna have a burger I will try to get a good burger. That said, sometimes crap happens and you end up at a fast food joint. I had a Big Mac and fries and my daughter had chicken McNuggets, fries and a shake. I went to this McDonald's late at night to pick up a mobile order that consisted of 4 meals, and a 20 piece. I only received 3 out of 4 meals. I was missing a large Big Mac meal with a large sprite no ice. The rest of the food was fine but became cold when I had to return to get my Big Mac meal. The first time I went there the person in the drive through wasn't polite and didn't ask if I was using the mobile app. At the second window the food was handed to us and nothing was reviewed and confirmed. When I realized we were missing phone I called and was helped but during the phone call I was being ignored while the person who picked up talked to a coworker. He gave me two options to come pick up my sandwich or to come back the next day to receive a refund. I do not understand why I couldn't recurve a refund that day thankfully that is not what I wanted. The second time I went back we went through the drive through and it was just as impolite as the first time and when I arrived at the second window I waited for a considerable amount of time before I was helped. I was given my order but it was still incorrect I was missing my drink. And during this exchange there agin was no confirmation, the person was impolite, and we could see as he was talking to coworkers rather than helping us. We received no apology or compensation for our troubles despite being reasonable because I have worked at McDonald's and understand the difficulties. Last night, 12/12/2021 at approx 7pm, from an 8 month pregnant lady with a 3 year old toddler and an even hangrier husband: after waiting in a long drive-thru line and giving our entire order, we go to add fries to order they said "they ran out of fries". HOW DOES MCDONALDS RUN OUT OF FRIES!?!!!? I've never heard of that in my 33 years of existence and neither has my mother in her 60 years on this earth. This is the dirtiest fast food restaurant I have ever been in. I felt guilty eating a burger because I'm on a diet, but I felt even worse trying to bite into the burger while gnats were flying around the bun. We had to move to another table, but when we moved to another table a huge dragon fly was belly up fighting for its life in the seat next to me. Gross me out! This place needs an exterminator! The worst 24 hour McDonald's in New Jersey. After going to this place on and off my entire life, this place has consistently had the worst service imaginable. If it's past 11pm, don't even think about going because you will end up waiting in line for 10 minutes... and that's with no one in front of you. The night shift staff, (which apparently is always 1-2 people,) have absolutely no concept of respect or efficiency for the job. The people who work there can barely speak english and have a moody attitudes. A woman there who will remain nameless, always has actual dirt or food on her hands, I still can't figure out what it is. I wanted a cheeseburger at 3 am, went to get it- all the lights were off, the sign was off, and it was pretty apparent that nobody was serving any late-night cheeseburgers. They should probably fix that. Other times I've eaten here, the food's been average, the staff is disinterested, and the wait time is kind of ridiculous- 15 minutes for two orders when no one else is in there? I usually go to mcdonalds for food, maybe 3-4 times a week. Usually in the middle of the night. It's pretty much bad all the time with some exceptions, but either way it's quick and I don't have a choice usually. I ask for hamburgers with no cheese, and after the cashier confirms "no cheese" They put cheese on the burgers...pretty much everytime. I've gone around 1-3am sometimes and usually they'll say "cash only" which shouldn't be policy for a 24 hour restaurant. There's absolutely no reason I shouldn't be allowed to use my card. And that's not all.... I went there last week around 330am and they were open, but weren't serving anything. I asked for my normal burgers and fries and they said they can't... So I asked for hot cakes, "we can't", asked what they could make and they said we can't make anything except drinks. Whyyyyyyyyyy??? read more

This review is based on a drivethrough experience. I'm not sure what happened but I ordered water and breakfast. Paid for it and when I get to the pick up window, I am given the water and told that the car ahead of me got the rest of my order. I'm sorry...how are you so dense as to give someone else's food to the car ahead of them. The lady said that the guy in front of me said he was with me so he could be given the food. It is McD's responsibility to realize that someone can leave with another person's food by allowing this to happen. So I ended up having to wait an extra 20 min just to get my food. This is just poor judgment on their part. The food was typical McD's but this experience makes me not want to visit again. read more

I just returned home with two bacon Mcdoubles, a Mcdouble, and a medium french fry. The quality of the food was fine. What I am upset about is that when I opened the bag, I saw that the cup of french fries was only half full. I went back to the window and gave it back and told the employee it was only half full. She took it back, was gone a couple of minutes, and carefully handed me back a seemingly full cup of fries. I thanked her and drove home. When I opened the bag at home, the fries had settled, and it was still the same half cup of fries! They must have fluffed them up so it looked full! I would give them 0 stars if possible. I visited the drive thru, ordered a 10 piece nugget and they charged me more than what was posted on the menu board. I spoke with the manager, who was condescending and said they were supposed to replace the menu board but didn't get to it yet. I told him to honor the price that was shown and he would not do so.
