Decent Wendy's. Wife and I stopped here on our way home from errands recently. The place looks modern. And it has a DT! That is the main reason we came here. I didn't get anything, because I got something from somewhere else. Wife got a Dave's double meal, kiddo got a chicken nugget kids meal. Service was friendly and pretty fast. No major issues there. It is a typical Wendy's with their typical food. Prices didn't seem to crazy. Wife enjoyed her food, I grabbed a few fries! Just like every other Wendy's hahahahaa! Kiddo is too young to review places, but he ate his nuggets like a champ! I just kept handing him food and he ate it! He is 18 months old hahaha! Other than that, no issues. Full disclosure-while I cave and get White Castle a few times a year I generally avoid burger chain fast food. (A fresh chicken nugget can be great though). Dad was jonesing for a quick burger tonight, so I came here. Well, a woman driving a giant BMW suv is in front of me, and proceeded to order $48 worth of food in the drive thru!! WTF!! I'm not a huge fast food fan but we all do what we can to get through the day and if that means grabbing a quick meal then that's what I do. Wendy's is one of my favorite options for just this situation. We all know the menu so I'm not even gonna go there but you can fill up here sufficiently and not have to worry about it burning a hole in your wallet. I find this Wendy's to be a very good option to grab n go either inside or at the drive thru window. I do like how there's a back entrance that you can use to get in and out of here without dealing with Rt.10 and it's lunchtime traffic. Come and get your Munch on!! read more

The only reason why this place isn't rated one star is because of the soda machines and the comfortable sitting areas. The soda machines were clean and easy to use. But, the food was adequate. Bottom bun of my cheese burger was hard and the fries came out closer to cold rather then hot. I was very disappointed that the fireplace was not lit and that caused us to sit in a booth that didn't keep us warm at all. I was forced to go to the car and get my coat while B didn't bring a coat. I'm not a big fan of chains, but since I've only tried the burgers from Wendy's once (back in 2005 or 2006), I decided to stop by on my way home and try it again for the hell of it. Dave's Triple (medium-sized combo @ $9.49) was a lot bigger than I expected (and a bit overwhelming). The bread was soft and the patties were okay albeit dry. As for the fries, they were limp and soggy; it's on par with most chains. The vegetables in my burger--specifically, the tomatoes--were slimy (like boiled-okra slimy), so I ended up throwing them away. Chilis, baked potatoes, side salads and drinks, all of these separated Wendy's from other fast food chains and make it not so fast food for me. Their #6 spicy chicken sandwich combo is the best, and you also have the option to substitute frosty for sodas. Kind of like their kids meal, the toy is alway educational, different from McDonald's and Burger King's. Small frosty costs only a dollar and it always satisfy my son's ice cream cravings. Well, I don't really review fast food joints...but I liked this one. I had lunch here this past Monday and they advertise over 100 different fountain sodas all coming out of the same machine. There were a hell of a lot of options as it's one of the new "state-of-the-art" soda fountains. The food was quick, hot, and not overly greasy. Pretty good in my opinion. What stood out to me (and I posted a photo) was the two lounge chairs (with pillows) coffee table and lamp setup. My God how lazy has America gotten that we now have lounge areas in fast food places. Kudos to Wendy's for putting in the nice seating, but the fact that it's even necessary just blows my mind. Seriously, who is camping out in Wendy's for so long that it's necessary? They have some sneaky evil people working at this Wendy's. I only go because my son loves it and it's convenient. When you order they dont put the order on the screen so you don't know if it's correct or not. The last 3 times I've gone they asked if i want to donate a $1 and I've said no but they add it on anyway. When i pay i ask for a receipt and they tell me its at the other window. My sister and I came in the drive thru and they were just rude. My sister spoke a little english so I talked and she told me that she didn't speak spanish and I was speaking english so I told her I'm sorry but I'm not speaking spanish I was speaking english. Great Wendy's! Very clean and the staff really does a great job handling rushes. Wendy's always offers quality food a cut above McDonald's and Burger King. I can't believe I'm writing a review for Wendy's, but I have to extend kudos to this one today. I went to the drive thru and I guess the speaker was broken because a sweet young lady was standing under an umbrella taking the orders. (Plus she said she liked my car and that wins you brownie points with me every time) :) So I got someone else's order and didn't realize until I drove away. As Joe Peci would say, "They "F" you at the drive thru!" Fortunately being local I know a back way in without having to make a uturn. The young lady under the umbrella apologized and I had the correct order in minutes. Plus they let me keep the salad of course which turned out to be damn tasty! Chicken BBQ. Ordered a number 6 small meal, with a medium fry. i've worked in fast food previously so I knew how to order.. but you would've thought I was speaking a different language then asks for a coke zero with no ice... repeats the order and says number 1 not once did i say the number one. finally after getting the order correct i pull around. get my meal and what's in the coke ??? ice. your employees need to pay attention to the customer. i work for food and understand and usually don't write comments like these but i was just beside myself. i now know to go an extra few miles to a different wendy's where they value customer service. read more

Worst Wendy's in the world! OMG... this place sucks. Been to this Wendy's twice in the last two months and it's absolutely TERRIBLE... Both times they screwed up our order. This staff is terrible. I understand that this is a fast food restaurant and the goal is to get customers in and out quickly but there is a way to go about that. This staff does not know what that way is. The rude woman on the headset did not want to give us time to decide on our order, she rudely cut my husband off before we could finish our order, then just about threw our food out the window when we pulled up. We had no sauces in our bag and the manager then gave us only one for each 10 piece meal. When we asked for an extra, the woman who was rude from the start obviously wanted to make a point and decided to give us an over abundance of sauces. Nothing really stands out really good or bad at this Wendy's. The service was satisfactory and the food was as expected. The one thing that is a plus is they are really good at handling the lunch crowds, When the local business campuses all go to lunch this place really picks up, but they keep it moving. Every time I order a lemonade they always charge me extra for the natural lemonade without asking if I would like to upgrade to the natural lemonade instead of the fountain one.
