    Miss Vickie's Jalapeno Chips!!

Jersey Mike's of Roseland is a very solid choice for whenever I get a hankering for sandwiches, which is like almost all the time. I Gotta say that this chain in general has stepped up big time throughout this entire pandemic. They were probably one of the first sub shops that I noticed with the plastic barriers up and removing all chairs and tables was a good move too. Staff is always masked and gloved up plus they also have a totally contactless ordering system in place so You never have to play games with cash in hand or anything like that unless You feel the need to. Come And Get Your Munch On!!

Very friendly staff. Helped a deaf older woman order her sandwich. Very thoughtful. Club sub always. Very fresh ingredients. It's hard to fudge up a Jersey Mikes. I appreciate their solid customer service.

First time at this Jersey Mike's!

Check another Jersey Mike's off the list! Today, I stopped in at the new location in Roseland for lunch. This store, like just about every other JM's, gives you what you expect...good quality food in a comfortable, clean environment. I went with the cheesesteak sandwich today and it was very good. JM's is not cheap ($11.88 for the sandwich and a can of soda), but I always feel it's worth it because it's a step above fast food. Everyone at this Roseland location was helpful and friendly. Plenty of seating and a big parking lot.

Today I went into Jersey Mike's I was starving and I wanted to get a sub when I walked in- no one was in there and the staff was standing around talking so I ordered a sub --the guy who grabbed my bread and started cutting my meat never changed his gloves -he was wearing the same gloves that he had on when I walked in - I let that go, but then the girl putting the lettuce on my sub dropped allot it on the counter- she then scraped it up off the counter and put it on my sub. I was mortified. I made her remove it & put fresh lettuce on my sandwich. But when I got home I was so grossed out - I took pictures then dumped the sub in the garbage. I'll never go back there again. You'd think in this day and age of covid they'd be more careful. Change their gloves at least. I'm done. It's a $10 loss for a regular sub but I wasn't eating anything from that place. Gross me out ! Maybe instead of so many commercials they invest in more gloves.

The food. Tuna fish tastes like metal. The chicken cheese steak was some chopped up chicken? Who knows. Tasted awful.

The service was also fast, friendly, and welcoming. What I love most is the variety on the menu. There are so many different options to choose from, whether you're into cold subs, hot sandwiches, salads, or something in between. It's the kind of place where you want to try something new every time you go. Definitely recommend if you're in the area and looking for a solid, high-quality sandwich shop. I'll be back for sure!

Anthony, if you read this, you seriously need to check what's happening at this location. You either need to replace some of these employees or take their phones away, because they seem far more interested in being on their phones than preparing customers' orders. And don't even get me started on the customer service. It's practically nonexistent. There is no sense of urgency, no accountability, and no respect for people's time. Customers shouldn't have to stand around watching employees ignore them while orders pile up. I've known the history of Tony Boys Sandwiches and Anthony for years, which makes it even more frustrating to watch this location decline. It's hard to believe this is the standard that's now being accepted. Poor management, unprofessional employees, constant mistakes, and a complete lack of accountability are driving loyal customers away. A successful business depends on discipline, customer service, and competent staff--not employees who seem more interested in their phones than doing their jobs. Anthony, if you care about your reputation, it's time to clean house and restore the standards that built this business. This location needs a complete reset. .

The restaurant was spacious, spotless, and incredibly well maintained.  The service was excellent--our server was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. We ordered the pastrami sandwich, knish, and matzo ball soup, and every item was delicious. The pastrami was tender and flavorful, the knish was perfectly prepared, and the matzo ball soup was comforting and satisfying. A special shout-out to the complementary coleslaw and pickles--they were absolutely outstanding and complemented the meal perfectly. If you're a fan of classic Jewish Delicatessen food or wanting to try somethong new, Eppes Essen is definitely worth a visit. We'll be back!

Then another $4 for a Snapple that costs about $2 normally. That's some serious chutzpah right there. The sandwich was small, the pastrami portion was nowhere near a respectable half-pound, and the quality? Oy vey. Nothing special at all. And before anybody gets offended, let's be honest: this ain't Katz's, my friend. If you're gonna charge like Katz's, you better serve like Katz's. For $35, I expect a sandwich that makes me say "mamma mia!" Instead, I'm saying "fuhgeddaboudit." Nu? Never again.

This is a unique 5 star restaurant that is worthy of a visit by Guy Fieri if he is still doing road trips for "Diners , Drive Ins and Dives". All I can say is you have to try them. It's worth the drive! They put a different spin on everything they serve. When you walk in, you may think it's a local deli that you go for a take out breakfast or lunch. Then you see the tables and all the customers sitting there. They have everything you could want from coffee, teas, juices, smoothies, sandwiches paninis, poke bowls, pancakes, waffles, breakfast and lunch dishes. You can tell that they have a ton of regular customers, that are very loyal. They also do catering, and even though I live in Brooklyn, they are willing to deliver to me. Today I met some amazing people at the restaurant. Congratulations to Carlos who is a new manager. He is a US Army Veteran who saw combat action and I hope everyone will thank him for his service when they visit. Carlos really cares about his customers. When we entered we were greeted, he started up a conversation and checked in on us throughout our meal. Victor was our server and he made great recommendations. He was also very friendly, we also met Melvin who was a runner and made sure the food came out promptly with all the accoutrements. Today we started with the blueberry pancakes. You get two large pancakes that are as big as the dish. They had blueberries inside and outside, whipped cream and maple syrup. Probably the best I've ever had! I had the apple, lemon, ginger juice which hit the spot. We also had the tuna poke bowl and the shrimp fajita bowl. The ingredients and fish were fresh and plentiful. I was stuffed by the time we left. I would highly recommend Seymour's Cafe if you want to experience phenomenal food and customer service.
