I wanted a late-night McDrive on my return drive from Stroudsburg to Dutchess County. It did the job, just not in the most professional way. The parking layout is not the most outstanding design (no photos). You'll see for yourself. Considering it was late at night, it's understandable that some or most of the food was not prepared. After ordering, I waited almost two minutes for the food, and, by surprise, she didn't tell me to park in the waiting area. Meanwhile, there were many cars behind me. When my order finally came, I thanked her and said no problem with an attitude. Hopefully, things will improve on my next visit, which will be in a year or more. read more

Wow! This was the absolute worst McDonalds I've ever been to and that's saying something. We were told that we had to order from the machine and that no one was able to take our order at the counter. Then we were told that we couldn't get a receipt because we ordered from the machine. The buns were stale and the burger was undercooked. My daughter ordered chicken nuggets and was given chicken strips cut up and over cooked. We ordered and paid for 6 nuggets and were only given 4 pieces of cut up strips. The staff were rude and lazy. The true definition of "incompetent workers". I placed a mobile order at 12:58pm and then took the 8 min drive to pick it up. They told me at the drive through that they did not have my order and to come inside. I get my 2yr and 4yr out of the car, go inside and stand at the counter for 8+min before anyone acknowledges our existence. "What are you waiting for?" is how we were greeted. I explained the situation, showed my emailed receipt from PayPal, and from McDonalds. Only to be told I didn't order correctly, "its the WIFI", they don't have my order, I had click that i was there, etc. basically every excuse. There was an order behind the counter that looked like ours, (2 lemonades, 1 happy meal, and a bag of fries) I asked them to check and they said it was not. I was instructed to order again. Frustrated with the incompetence and blame and left. Put my crying children back in the car and "put the order through again" at 1:19pm. I proceed to the drive through, give the code, get to the window and they hand me the BAG FROM THE COUNTER with the receipt that had my name on it and time stamped 1:02pm!!! Are they serious?!?! That not being the reason for two stars - I ordered an Oreo McFlurry, and the Oreo crumbs - plenty. The ice cream, though, only filled up to 75% of the cup. Very strange- normally other shops top up. If you get too small ice Waters they don't charge you but if you get a large ice water they charge you the price of a soda. Normally some places charge you a penny just add it to your meal and most places are free. Food was hot, french fries for wear hot. Service was friendly. Didn't go inside so didn't see the bathrooms or cleanliness. Four stars for service. read more

Not only is their food never hot, but their fries are old and cold, the cheese is never melted on their burgers and their bagel sandwiches for breakfast are hard as a rock had to return it because I couldn't bite into it. I was in the mood for a milkshake and figured I'd give McDonald's a try. I was worried their machine would be broken but Alexis fixed the machine just for me! I waited there for her to fix it and she was able to. Excellent service. My milkshake was delicious. When I told her I was missing my home town. (I'm from Iowa, "the corn state") she serenaded me.. "it's corn. A big lump with knobs. It has the juice.. it has the juice." It really set the mood , great ambiance. I could not be happier and I really felt at home. Great employee at a great location. My wife and I got engaged about a few months ago and have been having some trouble looking for a venue for our wedding. Luckily when we were going on a family vacation with most of our immediate family we stopped by this McDonald's and had a lovely conversation with the lady at the window, patty, about our situation. She informed us that she was an ordained minister and the managers were willing to hold the reception inside for us, free of charge. Anyone that stops by this location is lucky because everyone here is wonderful and very accommodating towards our needs. 10/10 recommend read more

I waited at order window for 5 minutes with someone in front of me. No one was ever getting on speaker to take their order, let alone my order. I decided I'll go inside instead, as I did a few months ago, but today the doors were locked? I got back in my car to go to ordering window when a bunch of people got on the line in front of me so I drove straight to pick up window to make my order. The quality of the staff and food has gone WAY downhill at this McDonalds. Their artisan "chicken" sandwiches are gross and I'm not sure what they're even using for chicken; it's very rubbery and chewy. We usually go there at night and the staff is very lackadaisical, slow, horrible customer service, hang out the drive thru window talking to each other about wanting to get out of there, what they're going to do later, just very blasay. They barely, if at all listen to you when you order because they have gotten my order wrong the last 4 times I have gone there.
