I haven't had meat in ten years and they put it in my order even though I ordered it without. it looked like there were new workers and I should have known when they didn't give me a receipt and when the order was late. They have given me cheese before by mistake. They are not vegan friendly and mess up orders on the app and verbal ones all the time. I used to go here every week. If you are vegan or vegetarian, avoid or inspect your meals when receiving them. read more

Fast food is better out here somehow. This location never looks like it's open since indoor dining doesn't seem to be available. Lines are pretty short since everyone goes to McD's across the way. Every time I order a beef and cheese burrito, that's exactly what I get, and they give me a fat burrito, unlike NYC locations! Worst taco bell ever! The staff behind the counter is painfully slow. This last time they were out of lettuce and hot sauce. They didnt put any extra filling in the taco so it was the saddest taco ever. For my mexican pizza they used 2 tostada shells. I saw 3 employees standing around doing nothing. There was no apology to us or the other couple also standing there waiting for more than 30 minutes. Horrible service. Despite only ordering 3 items on the menu, I waited over 25 minutes and never received my food. I watched several other people get their food first even though they ordered after me. When asked why there was long wait, none of the employees answered my question. Always love a free-standing solo Taco Bell. This was beautifully designed on the outside, but the interior left a lot to be desired. Samantha, our cashier was very nice and welcoming, even came by to ask us how our meal was! The food was great. Definitely the high point of the visit. Love the personal touch of using people's name to deliver food instead of being assigned a number. That's right Taco Bell, we're people, not numbers! My wife is allergic to tomatoes and they under minded what I said and placed it in the meal anyways. I am assuming that the employees that work for this establishment hate their jobs because when I ordered inside all I was given was rude and uncordial. I'm starting to think this place is new. We placed our order in drive thru, the cashier made us repeat every single thing we ordered right after confirming. When we get to the window, I made sure that he got that I wanted beef and cheese only, so he had to have a manager change that. After 10 minutes of waiting, they did give us a free Cinnabon 4 pack. Got our food & pulled in the parking lot just to find out my food had everything on it. Went inside and had to repeat myself twice again. Food was delicious until I found a blonde hair in my food. Just a note: One star for this store is too generous. While visiting my daughter at ESU, we decided to have a late lunch at this Taco Bell - #030952. There were 5 of us and when we arrived at the counter there was no one prepared to take our order and we noticed several employees were engaged in a lively conversation. At some point one of the employees went into a tirade using the F bomb many times where people in the dining room could easily hear. Finally being acknowledged by someone we proceeded to order and specified it was for take-out - but after seeing the amount of employee confusion and non-attentive actions - I decided we were going to sit at a table and verify our order. Good that we did as it was discovered we were short a Doritos Loco's taco and a Chalupa. When I questioned the staff I was told to bring everything to the counter for them to verify the order - to which I replied they needed to come to the table - where it was all laid out. Finally the person in charge (not really sure who was in charge) served us the missing items and began to yell at the others that "Somebody's gonna go home if this does not stop" My family enjoys Mexican food and stop at many Taco Bell's but after this episode, we may have to bypass this particular store. read more

This must be a terrible place to work, the employ turnover is constant. Sometimes the drive thru takes 20 mins (no exaggeration). Sitting inside eating breakfast this morning and it can't be over 60 degrees in here, 2 and a half hours after they've opened for the day. Every customer is wearing their hats and jackets FFS. Stop here about three time a week for a quick meal for me and my family. Last night I ordered 8 grillers a grande pack and a large tea to retake home. When I got the food home, five of the grillers each had a couple of strand of hair in them and the bean burritos that were part of the grande meal was more onion than beean filling. We waited 45 minutes to get food, the manager was standing around not doing anything, when he could have been helping since he kept saying how under staffed they were. The sign on the doors say they are open until 11 and the guy locked the doors at 4:30 so no more customers could come In. The workers worked on one customers order at a time. We are just visiting the area for the day. When we saw the Taco Bell sign we stopped in for a small " hold us over" meal. There were only 4 customers. It was beyond slow, so slow that I wanted to walk out. It was not crowded and after waiting 15 minutes for our food the food was nasty. When we said something we were told everyone is new and they are trying but I see from other posts that this has been the issue. For what I paid and the wait we could have waited to eat later. Last night after my 30 min wait at tacobell drive through the employees became irate and disrespectful when i began to complain. When i asked for the name of the employee and the cooperate number they refused to give it. When i began recording their behavior the two employees and the night manager came out of the store and began screaming at us and threatening to fight us over fast food!? my friend was in tears because she was afraid, i was an hour late for work. the police were called by them and when they got there the police informed me that i had every right to leave and they were wrong for standing infront of the car its my right to record on their establishment the minute i felt threatened. I showed him the video tape i recorded he immediately understood how threatening and unprofessional they were acting. even said i could press charges but i did not have the time since i was already late for work. When they asked the manager for the video tape recorded by their camera's he replied the camera's probably did not "catch the incedent" how convenient!! I still do not know the name of the workers or how they had the audacity to act in such a way. Most unprofessional and ghetto place i've EVER heard or seen of. Never go here they admitted to potentially spitting my our food and could not control themselves. This place is horrifying and needs to be shut down! read more

The reason I gave one star is because you have to. The general manager there is so rude, and I saw her yell at an employee to go home due to talking. She was disrespectful, and if I was the owner I would have fired her. Happy employees make for a better business, because if they are happy to come to work they will treat the customers better and the customers will want to come back. My 2 recent visits resulted in a very long wait for my order. There wasn't any line at the cash register, but the bunch of people who were preparing the food took an awfully long time. Even the person at the drive-through window waited very long before she could deliver each order. I thought I could save time by ordering ahead online. I even received confirmation that my order was being prepared and would be ready soon. When I got there, I waited as per instructions for my name to be called. After 15 minutes I inquired about my order and was told that they didn't get it. So I had to place it again and wait another 5 minutes. By the way, the online order was prepaid. Since they did not receive my order, I paid for the one I picked up at the cash register. When I checked my bank account, their was a record of two orders with two separate payments taken out. Asked for my food to be vegan because of health reasons, on my receipt it said "no sour cream, sauce, cheese,etc." and my food came out with dairy on it twice and never got the large drink I ordered. After the second time I said my food wasn't right the guy working there walks away from me and says "they're killing me with this vegan shit." And my food came out wrong again. Honestly figuring out what things have dairy on them is common sense especially if the screen is telling you what to put on it and what not to. You can't just see something on the screen and not do it. I've worked fast food before, and this place was pretty much dead maybe 2 other customers, your job is not hard. Veganism wether it's for health or choice is not a bad thing at all, it's better for humans and for the planet. Slowest fast food I've ever experienced. Been there 4 times and they have some how messed up my order 3 times . My last experience they tried to blame me for a mess up and as I was leaving I heard another customer say they did the same to them . To top it off this place does not have normal pricing they up price everything on the menu . So it's much more expensive than a normal taco bell. read more

Ordered 12 taco box supreme on their app and let them know when I arrived as stated on the app. Pick up the tacos brought them home and they were ice cold. Almost like they made them when they got the order and not when I notified them that I was there. I Call them and was told that I should bring back and have them remake them. well I had already driven 15 minutes home to a family that was waiting for dinner. Certainly was not going to drive back another 15 minutes sit and wait for them to make 12 tacos and then drive 15 minutes back. I've notified the assistant manager that I would call back and speak to the manager called back the next day in the morning and was told the manager would be in from nine till 7 PM . My order is WRONG; I have to hold the entire line up to sit in my car and check all my food to make sure it's right. How is that even possible?? It's tacos and burritos-the young girls that work there in the evening don't know what a jalapeno is or what kind of sauces you offer there? I ordered jalapeno sauce on a couple items and we got jalapenos in them instead-seriously? They need to worry less about what party they're going to, who is smokin what, gossiping-you're at work, it's not hangout time. I have also been here twice when they're closed down early, when there is hardly any snow on the ground-I mean come on now. This place needs better management of who they hire, not just to fill positions-the quality of the workers is severely lacking and the attitude towards the customer is as well.
