Ordered chicken nuggets, chicken strips, and a chicken nuggets happy meal through grub hub. The Grub Hub driver arrived 15 minutes earlier than the actual time due. This horrible McDonald's sent food that was at the temperature and taste of day and a half old food. Everything tasted like paper and cardboard out the fridge. Ordered Big Arch and double cheeseburger no onions. The Big Arch only had one slice of cheese (supposed to have 3) and all the toppings (lettuce, crispy onions) were in the carton and not on the sandwich. Double cheese was missing EVERYTHING, just two patties and cheese, no pickle, condiments etc. Order took a lengthy amount of time too, and the sit with a number and they bring it out came with an empty cup. Other McDonald's have told me they have to pour your drink when you get a number, no clue who is right. It to have to have my food out and I have to go to the fountain machine far from my table, not loving just leaving hot food to hang out without anyone there. After not hearing back from the store in 9 days I decided to walk in. Sammy was amazing. I came in around 12:30pm and explained the circumstances. I called several times and management never called me back. She was kind and understanding. I explained that the order was made wrong and Julie was very disrespectful. I went to this McDonalds for lunch with my family while coming back from a skiing trip. we were very hungry and very excited to get McDonald's. that excitement would not last. it took 10 minutes to get our food and was by far the longest wait for a McDonald's that I've ever had. On my brother's quarter pounder with cheese, it came with no cheese. He also got an absurd amount of pickles. My other brothers cheeseburger came with no cheese and his toy and his happy meal was broken. they forgot my mom's chicken McNuggets, and still charged us for them. That was just the tip of the iceberg. My quarter pounder with cheese came with no cheese. One of the burgers was burnt, and the second burgers bun was completely ripped in half. WORST EXPERIENCE AT AT MCDONALD'S EVER! I always go to the other McDonalds in town and went here one day with my family. we had the worst experience ever at a fast food place! We went around 2 in the afternoon and sat down with my pre-schooler to eat and there were tons of flies and other bugs on the window and sill where we were seated under one of the TV's. The entire time we ate my poor dauther was loosing her mind since she's not a fan of bugs anyways and we had to keep telling her to just finish so we could leave. When we got up the trash cans were over-filled so much that there was trash on the counter area around the can from other customers who also must have been frustrated and left it on the counter. I had to use my trash to push the trash down! As if that wasn't enough my husband was so disgusted by the experience that he left a negative comment on the McDonald's corporate page. We received a call from a woman who acused us of placing the comments about the wrong McDonald's location! She actually told me I must have been mistaken about my experience because she never get complaints about that location. I told her our whole story, she said she was going to check the cameras (I couldn't believe she still acted as if I was lying about eating my lunch with 20 flies around my husband and me!!!!!!) then said she would send us some compensation for our horrible experience, took down our address and names and that was 3 months ago.... still waiting, lol!!!! I would give this location 0 stars if I could. The employees are extremely rude and said they would not take credit cards... then they refused to tell us what our total was until we got to the window. Several other issues arose during our visit which I won't bore you with the details. If you can avoid this location, I would at all costs. I would also like to add that we had ordered 2 McChicken's and received two sandwiches but each had a half of a chicken cutlet, no lettuce, and tartar sauce instead of mayonnaise. Would be a zero if it was an option. Went there on Christmas day and made the mistake of using the restaurant in general. Went through the disorganized drive through. They did not know who had what order and did not think of parking me when I sat at the window for more than 15 minutes, and if it wasn't for my honesty and integrity I could have got it for free as they handed me the majority of the order before they thought of asking for the money. The manager John, we will discuss him later, mentioned they had 4 callouts and were behind. He took my receipt and needed me to remind him five times what I was missing and what I ordered. I was at the restaurant for over 45 minutes waiting on food. On to the manager... John is a heavy set man that looked like he slept in his uniform shirt and forgot to tuck it into his sagging pants. The Red Sox hat was a nice touch as it was cocked off to the side of his head and his main customer service skill is excuses. First it was the callouts, then it was the staff of employees joking in the kitchen that have only been there for a week, then it was blaming Christmas in general. He was nice in offering additional food for the order, but after I waited inside for a drive through order, I still had to return to the restaurant when part of my order was still missing. I wish I could put 0 stars. I am so sick and tired of going to this McDonald's and others owned by the same owners. I specifically order sandwiches that don't have cheese and yet they still put it on anyways. I'm not really sure what the problem is when the order on the screen is always correct to me? I am allergic to dairy products, which is especially why this is a problem for me. These McDonald's display a gross level of incompetence and I can honestly say I've had enough of dealing with it. i went to this McDonalds at 11:30 at night because i had the munchies and i was really craving a mcgriddle. my friend & i both order a bacon, egg, and cheese mcgriddle. when we both took a bite of them the egg was colder than my heart. also my friend ordered fried with some sweet & sour sauce because she's just weird like that. but they forgot the sauce. i am completely outraged. i will never be returning to this McDonalds ever again.
