Worst ever! Generally McDonalds are pretty consistent. Not this one, dry, cold, and just bad.

Well McDonalds has cured me of eating at their restaurant. Long line on a Sunday so I assumed the food would be fresh. Wrong. The French fries and nuggets were cold and tasted awfully. There was a gob of something on one of the nuggets so I stopped eating. The coke did not taste like coke but a terribly watered down sugary sort of root beer. For the $17 i wasted I could have stopped and picked up a steak. I'm done with McDonalds. read more

All the kiosks (4/4) were down, and then you can't get anyone's attention at the front counter. What's the point of having kiosks if you're just gonna ignore the customers waiting up front? They'll just look at you and keep doing whatever they're doing. I stood there for 10 mins before ultimately making for the door and back to my car to bring my business elsewhere. Again, I personally only go to McDonald's for a restroom stop and so my partner can get her daily Diet Coke with no ice and the occasional fry or McChicken or if I'm purchasing for someone else. I've been to this location quite a few times and the restrooms have been clean maybe it's 9/10 times. Not too shabby! Staff don't go out of their way to be insanely friendly but that's okay with me. They're always busy so I can't be too harsh. Working with the public could be a struggle. We'll be back! read more

Easy payment by credit card after order is placed; pick a number placard, place it on your table; order is delivered to your table. Really, no reviews? No yelper eats here is highly unlikely as the place is always busy. Perhaps reviewing McDonald's is not cool? the grandfather of fast food chain is under arrack these days, people still go to McDonald's, just keeping quite about it maybe? Anyways, I do love this place for breakfast and am always impressed by the efficiency. The line at drive through moves super fast, no need to worry if there are 10 cars in front of you, they'll be gone in 5 min, impressive pace, at least twice as fast as the lines at Dunkin Donut. I love the new chicken sausage biscuit, my special order is "chicken sausage biscuit with egg white & yellow cheese"' quite a mouthful but they got it right every time! Compared to Chick filet across the street, who gave me a regular when I ordered spicy chicken or Dunkin Donut where they can't get my egg white substitution right half the time, the order accuracy at this McDonald's is amazing! It's also way better than burger King breakfast where they don't even offer egg white substitution, are you kidding me? The new chicken biscuit is super delicious yet more healthy than traditional sausage made from pork, you must try it! Four thumbs up, whoops, I mean 4 stars! read more

Second time I went to this McDonalds in Enfield. Each time same consistent rude behavior from employees. They obviously do not care about customer service. They obviously knew the food they were giving me was cold. I drove and parked across the street and the entire order was cold to the touch and the burger was hard from sticking it in the microwave to many times. Every time I am craving McDonald's I try to visit the establishment located on Elm Street in Enfield Ct. Once in a while I try the one located at 28 Hazard Avenue in Enfield Ct. What a disaster 28 Hazard Avenue is. Orders are usually messed up, French fries forget it, I can hear the fryer alarm sounding off for fresh fries and I get the old hard cold one's that should be thrown out. You would be disgusted if you actually went inside that location. Everything is dirty, counters where you place and recieve your order is sticky, looks like it's not wiped down at all. The soda station is the same. Oh and look up at the ceiling where your food is prepared, so much dust and grime can't believe they pass a health inspection. This location needs a Superior overhaul. Who can these situations be brought to and will they take it seriously. read more

This McDonald's has adopted a new way of dining. You order your food at a kiosk, and a server then delivers your food to your table. They then come back a few minutes later to make sure everything is okay. Delaney and Abdullah were very helpful. Great step in the right direction. Very satisfied. read more

The kiosk idea honestly is cool and all.. But as if there wasn't much human communication as is.. You order on the kiosk, if you have a card, you just pay below, or you have to go to the counter anyways to pay.... Which I feel like defeats the purpose of the kiosk in general. Even just ordering an ice cream, there was a selection for a large cone, and I thought "why not?!", and the girl quickly made me a cone, but it was the smallest one I've honestly ever had at a Mcdonalds. It is standard fast food fair. It is clean and typically fast. That being said the food is typically high fat (even some of the salads!). I think that for the cost of food here there are other local establishments where you would pay the same and get better quality of food. read more

This new kiosk is now a two step process to order if paying cash. Not only that,I went to the kiosk it told me to order at the counter. I go the counter wait for the lady in front of me to finish her order and the worker tells me all orders need to be made at the kiosk, I will explain to you how to use it he told me. I grew up with computers have a smart phone I'm sure I could figure it out. I told him it said to order here at the register he told me I can't take an order here . So now I'm upset and just leave hazard ave on Enfield has many restaurants to grab lunch literally here 5 minutes walking back a d forth like a pinball. After I left upset I called the manager to complain because the woman ahead of me ordered at the counter. He said she had a special order and those orders need to be at the counter. I asked how is this process faster I was told it's not about speed this is how we want you to order. I tgen said he could gave taken my order then any way since I would have to come back to pay cash anyway he said no. On a previous visit through drive thru I had to wait almost 20 minutes for food. Today's visit almost the same wait time. I placed a mobile order for drive thru pick up. I got up to the intercom and told them I was here to pick up. No problems there. Got to the first window and picked up my receipt. Time stamped 11:40am. There was only one car in front of me. Pulled up to the next window and the lady gave me my drinks. She tells me they are finishing up my order and to pull into parking spot one. After waiting I got out of the car and went inside the store to see what was going on. At first they were waiting on fries, then another 2 minute wait on nuggets. I had a lunch date with my son at noon and they made me late. I didn't order any thing fancy. To top it off, they forgot my nugget sauce. I am not going back to this location for a while. I've already complained before, but guess it feel on death ears. Plus side is at least all the food came out fresh and hot. read more
