The manager or the shift leader-- whoever has the grey shirt, had the absolute worst attitude. She was very rude and dismissive with me. She was talking over me while I was talking and then proceeded to shut the window on my face instead of providing me what my order was missing. I wish I can date this store a 0 star. read more

Lady said lane/system was down on the inner lane. I've worked at McDonald's and know that isn't how that works. You can take both lanes on one ordering screen if one is down. That just means it takes a little longer to move the lanes. Employees here need to learn problem solving skills. We did curbside pickup instead. The girl who brought it out was nice so that was a plus. Fries were hot and nuggets were somewhat fresh. I've noticed most McDonald's employees act burnt out and annoyed. Honestly seems like an establishment issue. Perhaps they need more support systems for their employees or they need to up the pay rate so that their employees actually act like it's a respectable establishment. I'm going through the drive-through at 3 PM in the afternoon on a Saturday. Saturdays are bigger days and they tend to have consistent business the whole day through. No surprises there. I have to wait two minutes to move forward a car length and there are eight car links between me and the ordering kiosk and I can't see around the corner to see how many more between the ordering kiosk in the pick up window. It is being about 15 minutes per car to go from pulling into McDonald's drive-through to being able to leave the drive-through. Back in the day if you couldn't go from the order to the delivery in under two minutes, you were a failure of a drive-through, and McDonald's had the gold standard there. Not today. Not anymore. These guys are terrible. read more

Not a very good McDonald's. While the location is great ... just off the Interstate ... the staff was sort of listless. The cashier we interacted with was on top of her game, but the rest (servers and runners) were just going through the motions. Typical good McDonald's food though, so for that reason and its location we might even stop again. Could easily be much better in the ratings. read more

Worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I live close and go every weekend until now. 4 straight time I have ordered a sausage McMuffin with egg and they leave off the egg. It's ridiculously slow and your order is never right. I suggest not stopping here. I will drive 5 miles to get my food. I wish the owner of this place would actually read these reviews and do something. I have literally been all over the country and McDonald's is my go to place while traveling. And this is by far and away the worst by 1000 percent the worst one I have ever gone too. Between being the slowest they never get your order right. I haven't had a correct order when I got home the last 5 time. I'm done. I will go to another one 5 miles away before I go to this one which is less than 1 mile. Either need to get an entire new management and staff of just close the place. It is goi g to give McDonald's a bad name. I was simply asking if they had a grimace shake because every time i go they always say there shake machine is down all I did was nicely call and asked if they were still serving it and this person answered the phone and told me "stop playing your mamas for phone and find something better to do with your life" I was taken back by the comment and they hung up the phone on me I am very disappointed with this McDonalds employee. read more

We stopped for lunch and had trouble ordering at the kiosk so an employee came over to help us. We ended up needing a manager and she (and the employee) were both so kind and patient helping us order for six picky eaters. The food came out almost immediately and the fries were fresh and hot. Guards salt pepper and ketchup. Long waits. Good location The good: The location with a stoplight really helps to get access and depart the restaurant. they have a nice play land for kids and the restaurant is clean. The Bad: LONNNNGGG waits either at the drive up or if you go nside. My breakfast burrito took almost 22 mins. Another bad is that this is one of those Mickey D's that "guards" all their condiments. You have to ask for ketchup. You even have to ask for salt and pepper. They had self serve cola, but not iced tea. At this McDonald's, they take your order and then ask for your name. They write this on the tag, then call your name when your order is ready. I am not sure how this helps anything. I would just like to have someone go get my sandwich, put it in a bag and give it to me. No need to ask for my name, just give me my fast food--fast. Bring back Mr. Speedy! read more

A two because I have seen have been to a worse location.. .but.... Service: ask the manager a question: she turns away, and gives a book direct response. Not just to me, but the person on front of me as well. Food: our order was wrong, and two others while I was in like. Water... Cost money at a McDonald's... What, for a small cup of water for my little girl you want to charge me? This never used to be the case. And I bought almost thirty dollars on food, you cannot afford one small water per family?! I'd give them a 2.5! Honestly they have stepped up their food quality. However, you never know what you're in for. Sometimes the food is great and tastes fresh! Sometimes it's horrible. They lack consistency! The workers also lack consistency, sometimes they're friendly, but most of the time they're rude af! My biggest complaint is them screwing up my order, charged me for something I didn't receive. When I called them a rude woman answered saying she "couldn't hear me" then hung up. Do not spend your hard earned money at this place. The employees do not care about the customers. The food is always old. The cheese on my burger didn't even melt after sitting wrapped for 10 minutes. They don't greet you or say please or thank you. They don't really even say anything to you. Ten minutes to get my bag. I check the food, and 2 of 3 sandwiches are wrong. Another 10 minutes to get them right. By then, my fries are cold. To the manager's credit, they replaced the fries. I waited 15 minutes for a to go order due to hash browns. I asked for butter at the time of order only to wait 15 minutes and be told they have no butter. How can you have no butter? This location is horrible. So I decided to have lunch here and wish I didn't. From the moment I entered the door the cashiers were ignoring the line at the front counter they to busy having conversations with the kitchen. It took five minutes to place my order which they got wrong. The dining are was a mess trash left everywhere on the tables. The drink station was also mess with trash and there was liquid on the floor. I will try avoid this location in the future. I think this my first McDonald's review. I had to do it, only cause it's hilarious. First of all the staff has to be the slowest and dumbest on the planet. Absolutely no customer service skills. You expect a smile and greeting, "hi may i take your order" or something. You're not gonna get that hear. The cashier couldn't even make eye contact. Anyway, i finally got to order so i ordered two number 2 value meals. She rung me up for one. I thought the total seem kind of low so i said, "i did say two" she mumbled "oh i didnt hear you". Then maybe 15 minutes later as i was still waiting for my order some random guy, i guess he was traveling like me, ask her what city is this? She responded "Ohio" after which her co-workers started cracking up laughing and roasting her about her geography. Then she replied " oh this is Dayton". They charge for water even if you order food! I have never been charged for water at any McDonalds and I have been eating at McDonalds for 50 years! What is this chain coming to? Just waited in line for nearly 10 minutes when they weren't even busy for a simple double cheeseburger only to open up the sandwich and it looked as if the ketchup had exploded all over the entire thing. The outside of the buns the wrapper everything was drowned in ketchup and i just ended up throwing away the sandwich.
