This McDonalds needs to be SHUT DOWN. (Keep in mind, this was 2 hours ago) I was hungry for breakfast, so I wanted a bacon egg and cheese for breakfast. Also, my friend wanted a sausage egg and cheese. My friend orders, messes up on saying bacon egg and cheese, but then says "Oh sorry, let me repeat." Good right? He orders the breakfast sandwiches and then pulls up. Man gives us a receipt. Normal right? No. This Mexican lady comes and asks, "Did you order Bacon egg and cheese or Bacon and cheese" We say bacon egg and cheese, but that's not it. The receipt CLEARLY said Bacon Egg and Cheese and Sausage egg and cheese. Then she has the AUDACITY to make us pay one more dollar for a correction. My friend say no. He said he wants a refund because they messed up our order. Lady starts cursing at us. My friend tells them that their location SUCKS. I was just sitting watching. To the point where my friend asks for the manager. Now, he isn't normally a Karen, he is just having a bit of a bad day, wants breakfast, and wants to speak to manager. Your options are drive-thru, takeout and curbside pickup. Placing an order can be made in-store but use their app to make placing your order stress free and to score in-app only deals. Well, they actually did it! Demand 15 bucks an hour and they'll find a way to replace you. I didn't think they'd go through with it. I came in for breakfast for the first time in a long Time and was met with a "place your order here" screen. No more slow cashier to mess up your order. Its on you now. I punched in my order and went to the counter.....where I told the lady behind the counter what I had just ordered. Ok, so there's still a few bugs to work out. Does not deserve even one star. HORRIBLE experience in the drive-thru tonight at 10:30pm. The longest wait time! Ordered a sweet tea and it was not drinkable. Worst taste I have ever experienced. I pull back around to tell them and ask for the manager. The MANAGER could not even speak to me she did not speak a word of English and the girl taking my order was the translator. I told them it was an awful taste in my mouth from the tea wanted to know why it was so bad and to be sure they wouldn't serve it again and THEY HAD NO IDEA WHAT I WAS SAYING!! For food safety reasons you must be able to speak clear English to the manager to avoid anyone else feeling as sick as I do drinking that tea. I don't know about the other people but my experiences here are always good not great mind you but definitely good. I always get a bacon McDouble and 2 Pc tender through the app I customize my McDouble with extra cheese extra onions mayo and lettuce sandwich is always hot and always fresh. I must say for $4 I cannot find anything to complain about. There are definitely issues with the staff sometimes but hey they're young so it kind of is what it is. Have reviewed this location on other occasions negatively and today will be no different. Son and I spotted there last evening to grab a quick bite while in route to pick up my other son. Having had issues here beforehand reading other reviews I was hesitant but it became a necessary stop. First there were two girls in front of us on rollerblades who really weren't proficient with them. When I got to the counter I asked the person if he saw what were on their feet and is that really allowed. Having working in customer service establishments I know that their policies were no roller any type of shoe, no athletic shoes with cleats or spike or and other foot wear that may cause you to slip and injure themselves or others. He didn't know stating he just started there. Son order a kids meal and I a regular one. The toy advertised was a Toy Story 4 toys; however; a Batman cup from last year was in the box. When I questioned this I was told they ran out. I personally believe this is false advertising. Happy Meals are bought based on the toy offered not the food. I also believe that if you run out of the toys you need to visibly post a notice of that fact and state what is being substituted. After getting some items that we're forgotten on our order (this is a usual situation at this McDonald's) we ate our meals. There was no condiments available at the drink station and you had to go to the counter. I was confused by the young man who said he was new. If he were new, how come every employee came to him to get keys or say they were going on break or returning. On the positive: first time in a long time my fries were hot. Usually have to take them back because they're cold, old, and stale. Again, stay way from this McDonald's. Poor door quality and poor service. On a side note. Have you ever noticed that when you order a McDouble you get 1 slice of cheese as posted; a double cheeseburger you get 2 but if you order a triple cheeseburger you only get 2 slices of cheese. So you don't get a triple cheeseburger but 3 burgers with cheese. They rip you off of a slice of cheese. When you bring it to their attention (corporate) they don't respond. read more

Now, I usually wouldn't go as far as to write a bad review. I was previously a fast food worker, and understand how grueling of a job it can be. However, the service I received yesterday was just plain awful. My friend and I went to make 2 separate orders in the drive-thru. I asked for an M&M shake, to which the worker put in an order for an Oreo shake instead (I decided to temporarily let this go). When we went to pick up the food, we realized that they only gave my friend her food and not mine, although giving me back my receipt and taking my money, claiming at the window that they gave "everything" (which they did not). We had to pull around the drive-thru again and pick up the food. I would hold some empathy for the workers, but for this specific instance I do not. They are truly lazy and do not care about customer satisfaction. Overall an unpleasant experience, and this comes from someone working in the food industry. To the workers at this specific McDonald's: have some common decency and step it up. Disappointed. read more

Probably the worst Mcdonalds ive ever been to in terms of speed of service. Its sad because it's brand new and everything looks top notch and clean, but the staff is the slowest staff on the planet. I've been coming here on and off for a while and every single time I come I have to wait 10+ minutes. As I'm writing this review right now there is NO ONE here, its 11:15 and I got 3 plain cheeseburgers and a fry and as usual I had to pull up to the waiting parking space ... 10 minutes later, got my food. I don't understand why I can go to any other local mcdonalds and get my food within a minute whether I'm 5th in line or no ones there but when I come here if I see 3 people on line I just turn around because there's no point in waiting. The staff is perpetually incompetent, exacerbated by high turnover and general apathy towards customer satisfaction. It takes a long time to order. It takes a long time to get the order.
