For a survival food as much as I don't like this place I will still visit once in awhile. That said I do think the place is getting bad with some of their helps. Did the drive through the other day and got a super sized order of unsolicited attitude through the speaker. Just because I eat their garbage food don't mean I need their crappy attitude also. Their management really do need to pay more attention. I remember they used to be really good. If they make you wait they always give you a coupon for free fries or toss in a hash. For some reason their fries are always cold, regardless how many cars are in front of you. Getting cold fries from McD is such a let down. Yeah it's a crappy McDonald's but this is a special one. It still has the golden arches and old fashion decor inside. It looks old but I'm not sure if it really is or if they just made it look like one of the original ones. I asked a young tart working there how old the place was but she just gave me a vacuous look and asked me if I wanted fries. The only thing I will really eat at McDonald's are the milkshakes and apple pies and they were predicable. At least the bathrooms were not too disgusting and the place was pretty clean. If you have to go to a McDonald's you might as well go to a real cool looking one. The food might still suck but at least the building is pleasantly anachronistic. read more

Went tonight, got there at 6:30pm with only two cars ahead of me which I thought was rare for this time of night. I had a Small order of two sandwiches, two fries and two ten piece chicken nuggets. I ordered extra sweet n sour sauce at the speaker and then asked again at the window and was reassured, "Yes it's in the bag". I know I should have checked before I left but I was in a hurry. I got home and of course no sauce. Reading these reviews I notice I'm not the only one. It wasn't busy by a long shot so I don't know what happened. I can usually make excuses for bad service but when your job is literally putting food in a bag you should strive for perfection. I don't get fast food often so maybe my bar is set too high. read more

Got our bag of three different McNuggets and fries without any of the sauces we ordered. Our McFlurry was given to us with the Oreo toppings poured on top of the ice cream instead of mixed in. When asked to mix it altogether considering that's the standard of how they're made, we were met with an eye roll and the employee shaking her head as she walked away. So I stopped here on my way home hoping to grab a couple quick breakfast sandwiches. It's almost 11:00 at night but it does say all day breakfast. So when I asked if I can get something for breakfast they said they didn't have any breakfast items. Someone talked to the manager and of course they do serve breakfast all the time now. While I'm waiting for my food, I use the restroom and notice several fruit flies. Fruit flies are not typical in a restroom. They are mostly in the kitchen area. So I mention to a staff member and the manager that they might want to get it looked at, and that I know a drain service professional. The response, "that would be great, don't know if you've noticed but there are flies everywhere in here." Like, WTH! How are you going to give me my food and at the same time say there are flies everywhere in here. Hopefully they call the number on the card I gave them because that's disgusting. read more

Not the worst not the best. Usually some part of my order is missing or wrong when I go through the drive thru. I ordered a cheeseburger with just mac sauce and got a cheeseburger with everything on it. I ordered nuggets with sweet and sour and it came without sauce. There's also one very rude drive thru worker but fortunately I haven't seen him on drive thru in a while. My visit to Mr. McDonald's restaurant today was a turning point in my life. My dinner consisted of a large "Mac", thinly sliced potatoes which were lightly fried in what I believe to be some kind of truffle oil, and a fruity cocktail referred to as "the Hi-C". Upon biting into the "Mac", I am fairly certain a unicorn materialized in the distance. After cleaning my glasses, it was no longer within view but the life changing experience was yet to come. Each bite of the "Mac" felt like a pair of virgin butterflies making sweet love on their way into the depths of my undeserving body. The potato slices were unlike anything I have experienced on this earth. As I was eating them, I took a moment to ask the waitress if some sort of drug which might be causing the food to affect me in this manner but she insisted people had been hiding this from me. The Hi-C was the finishing touch that took my breath away. It is an overwhelmingly wonderful combination of fruit juices and joy. After my first sip, I began having heart palpitations which I attribute to my body being unable to handle the overflow from my senses. read more

I come here for a coffee sometimes before work. Today I was asked for payment and then as I was grabbing my $2.02 the cashier took another order so I waited until she was done, more than a minute. As this was happening the person who gives you your order stuck his head out of the window, looked at my car, then starting spitting all over the ground. It was disgusting. The place isn't amazing. I've had friends who go in and either talk about being ignored or having employees speak rudely to them. It's not ok to run a customer service-based business like that. Get it together or close. PISSED OFF! "The food was warm, that's all I'm going to give them. " first of all I go to the Fairhaven, MA location all the time as I live on "the neck." Now, the service is usually so/so and I've had my share of issues, the ice cream machine hasn't worked at all! Now it works and there's no fudge. So, today because of the COVID-19 I could not use my card, it was rejected at the gas pump ? I couldn't go to the bank because we can't. Stop and Shop had their change machine out of order. I was hungry so was my child. I bagged up my 15.00 in change $4.00 in ones, $12.00 in quarters. The best I could do. I arrive at the window and get chastised by the manager. "Mam you can't do this." I'm all out crying at this point because I was embarrassed but also shocked that they would go on and on about some change. So I said (as the manager slipped into the distance) that "Id like to see the sign that says that they don't accept change? She replies with "We don't, it's just common sense." I explained that we were hungry and had no options, etc. that I was a paying customer, there is no sign. Change is still money! Then she says it holds up the line. Really, so does pissing off a customer and bitching at them like a child. Then guess what........I wait.....wait.....get handed one coke "Buy have a good day." "Um, I ordered two Dr. Peppers, a Big Mac and a cheeseburger."I waited more . I am pissed ! They could have kept their comments to themselves... normally I'd go in with change and spread it out etc. for them ....if need be, NO PROBLEM! This is definitely a five-star McDonald's but since that seems like an oxymoron I'll give it four, just to be safe. Cool 50's decor, very clean, and very well-managed.
