PLS READ THIS! If you can avoid this place, please do. A few weeks ago, I door dashed mcdonalds and usually it comes from the lindbergh one or the fenton one. (I live in sunset hills.) I'm not sure why it came from this location, but it did. It was about 10:30 pm when I ordered and I watched in my ring camera and it was a teen boy who delivered my food. When i got my food, the bag had the safety stickers ripped and half of my fries were missing. I throw away the fries and go one to eat the rest of my food. I had gotten a two cheeseburger meal. The cheeseburger was not warm whatsoever and about 3 bites in, there is spit in my burger. Legit spit. I immediately spit it out and throw my food away. That whole night I was up vomiting and had a stomach bug for the next few days. I had ordered my food through the delivery choice on the mcdonald's app which is powered through door dash but door dash couldn't help since I hadn't placed the order through my door dash account. I could not find a way to contact mcdonalds corporate or anything. I have never ordered food online since or gotten mcdonalds in general. The workers at this McDonald's were nice, and clearly working hard. In the short 30 or so mins I ate here I could not believe the amount of "Karen's" I saw come through here being dicks to the staff. This place deserves 5 stars for having to deal with that all day as gracefully as they were. read more

I don't usually visit this part of town often. Safe to say I won't be returning. I was on my way to a soccer match at the local high school 30 minutes from this Mcdonald's. I was as hungry as a starving child in a low income house hold so I decided to indulge in this Mcdonald's. Side note I was injured so I wasn't playing, that's why I'm eating at Mcdonald's before a game. Anyways, I almost always use the mobil app so when I get there I can leave Asap, and seeing as I had somewhere to be I didn't want to take any chances. Holy sh!t did that not help at all. I AM THE ONLY CAR IN THE DRIVE THRU until some loser pulls up and somehow gets helped before me. I finally told the person my code and pulled around. After saying I don't want a receipt because it is unhealthy to touch them she proceeded to give me the receipt. At this point I'm visibly pissed off so when the dude at the 2nd window repeats the wrong order to me I lose my cool. How do you get my order wrong when I'm the only other guy here. There is literally a separate screen for drive thru orders (I worked fast food before so I know this). Anyway once I clear it up with him it takes about 10 minutes for my order to come out. By now I'm cutting it close with kickoff and I just bolt out of there as fast as I could only to see a state trooper in front of me. It ended up being some of the worst Mcdonald's Iv ever had. If I could give this a zero I would! I only come around here once in a blue moon and decided to stop at mcdonald's for lunch! I waiting there in line and a blue mustang zoomed out of line so I just went up to pay with my card I add! Then someone came to the window saying that I gave them fake a fake $20 when I didn't even pay yet! I knew it was the car in front of me! The lady at the window told me to get out of line and that my services weren't welcome there! maybe check who you are talking to and what car you are looking at before telling me to get out of line! I wasn't even dealing with it and went out of line and went to a different mcdonald's because i'm not giving them my money! I in fact didn't even pay yet and was sitting there for 10 minutes then got yelled at to get out of line! All I would like to say is check before you start yelling at someone that wasn't even the person! In fact I'm just a teenager and your a grown women yelling at me is very inappropriate! Also I will add that my little brother that is 10 was in the passenger seat really upset that his sister was just trying to get us food and she gets yelled at for someone else's actions! I went there tonight to order a big meal and got exactly what I ordered There was a bit of communication issue due to the car in front of me before getting to the second window. One of the workers. Lynne, was very polite and amazing with her quick response and action taking with her positive communication it made everything go over smoothly I am very grateful thank you Lynne I really do appreciate it and i'm glad they have a supervisor like you on staff. read more

My patty was severely undercooked. I didn't notice until about half way through. Disgusting. Can't even get a response from them about it. Corporate apologized but said each franchise does its own thing. I'd be happy with a refund. Avoid this location if you don't want to get sick! read more

usually this mcdonalds is fine but recently had a very poor experience there. one side of the drive thru line was broken and instead of closing it mcdonalds kept letting cars go into it only to have to back up. I went inside and the service was horrible, very dirty inside and staff was rude, will not be returning, I'll be using the QT neatby. read more

This location varies heavily on service. Some days they're whipping you up a sandwich singing "Wouldn't it be nice", other days they're throwing your food out the window and slamming things when they get your order wrong. Also surprisingly they make the cheese on their cheeseburger powdery, and a powdery cheeseburger ain't no cheeseburger for me. read more

I have been going to McDonald's for a long time and then I stopped and went to steak 'n Shake to eat when I get off work. But tonight I decided to stop by McDonald's to get some food and the welcome was crappy at the speaker and when they handed my food no smile no thanks and come back again. All I got was here you go and then they close the window. Then I start eating my food the fries were hot but no salt on them the Mcchicken I got was hot but only three pieces of lettuce. I don't think I've ever gone to this McDonald's and got good service fresh food and everything right and I get the same thing all the time. What happened to you McDonald's used to have pride in your service and the quality of your food? So tonight just confirmed I will not be going to McDonald's again. read more

This morning this McDonald's failed me. I stopped every morning during the week for coffee and an egg white delight. At the window I was told it was going to be a few minutes on the egg white delight. 10 minutes later still no egg white delight, so I had to drive away or I would be late for work. This is the best McDonalds I have ever been to when I went to Missouri. I met the cook Cindy I think she deserves to be employee of the entire YEAR!!! the ones the DON'T get recognized are the ones that HONESTLY Deserve to be top dog for a chance she makes the best burgers works hard and is kind to those when dhes on her break always opening doors for people helping kids and the elderly out and even asking others if there is anything she can do to help make their day better and you cant Ever tell if she's having a,bad day or not because she keeps professional at her job please this lady, should be working at the Olive garden making food earning 3 times the amount of money shes making at McDonalds come on now if you dont want to make her employee of the year at least make her employee of the month and give her a $5.00 RAISE!!! This particular mcdonalds while convenient always seems to mess our orders up. One time they kept giving us cold stale fries and all the while pretending they were fine and getting annoyed while we complained, I am pretty sure the lead was fired for it later. read more

This McDonalds does not have 5 star food, as no McDonalds does. But as far as McDonalds go, this one has the best service and the best food in the area. Worth the extra drive if you really want McDonalds to go to this one instead of their other locations. read more

After having to repeat my order for x to the young lady they still messed it up by not putting two of the requested items on it and missing a piece of the 3-piece vacant after having them remake it they still missed one of the items and only put two pieces of bacon instead of 3 my first grader can count better than the McDonald's employees and their kitchen. read more

Fail...so I went to this mcdonalds at around 10 pm and firstly they were terribly slow. Then when we got home one of our items was missing. Sometimes mistakes are made right? So when I call to have them correct their mistake the mcbitch that answers the phone accuses me of lying about the missing item...mcsuse me? I don't need to lie about a $4.00 sandwich. The additional time for me to have to drive back there is worth more than your freaking sandwich...insulting. so they get away with accusing me of lying and taking my money? Unbelievable. read more

Everything about this McDonald's is horrible from the food to the people working. It always takes a ridiculous long time to get my food and they some how always seem to mess up the order no matter how simple the order is. This is a great McDonalds. The people are friendly. They gladly take special orders. The food is always prepared well and delivered hot. I couldn't ask for more from a fast food burger place. I drive by two other McD to come to this one. I'm never disappointed. read more
