Order 2fer for lunch. Half order of mostaccioli and half order of melted ham and cheese sandwich. Sandwich was served on a toasted bun...delicious. Mostaccioli was served with a basic tomato sauce on the top of the pasta. Lifting up you could see the water in the bottom due to the pasta not being adequately strained before placing in the bowl. Came for lunch and ordered a 1/2 salad & 1/2 sandwich. It was ready quickly, due to be on a limited time work lunch break I asked if there was a fork in the bag. I am not a fan of pasta that is not homemade but decided to try a side of their spaghetti and it might be one of the best I have found out. The sauce is a little sweet but took it home and was easily able to fix that. The portion was well worth the cost. The tosted ravioli was also good and came with a more than generous side of sauce (I put my extra on my spaghetti). The garlic bread was HUGE but just eh. I've been eating here a few times a year for a couple decades, first from the South Lindbergh location with my co-workers and now from Valley Park, near where we moved a couple years ago. Food quality is very consistent. We ordered last week for pick-up and I was surprised to find that the sandwiches a couple of us ordered had actually increasing size and not price. Maybe the bread had extra yeast or maybe they packed more into it, but we were pleased surprised. My son, the picky kid, had his usual spaghetti and was pleased, too. As an Italian, I don't typically order red sauce out (I mean who can compete with Mama?) but I've had and enjoyed theirs, which is not to say it comes close to mom's, but it's still high praise. We've never eaten in at this location, but from coming in to pickup orders it's obviously clean, as well as simple, but pleasant. The staff is pleasant, too and it's nice to see teens working there as obvious high schoolers. You don't see a ton of kids with high school jobs anymore and I'm always happy to frequent somewhere that provides such a valuable opportunity. Oh, it's important for you to know, if you've never been, that their bread is sweet. Some won't like it but I think it's a nice, signature flavor element. I admit I was hesitant the first time I added cheese garlic bread to our order but now I wouldn't miss it. I'm not sure what the voodoo is, but it somehow makes an amazing taste! You might also want to try the cinnamon-sugar bread for dessert. I know, the whole place sounds like a carb-fest, but it's all reasonably priced and a great occasional treat! read more

I would highly recommend this place for lunch and/or dinner. The service is great and quick. My favorite sandwich is the super sub but I can honestly say I've tried most of the sandwiches and they have all been very good. My favorite salad is their Cobb salad but just like the sandwiches I have not found a salad that wasn't good. Get the choose 2 and you'll have a choice of sandwich and salad. And now I'd like to rave about the roast beef. It's a hot sandwich. Served with an au jus like a French Dip though I would call this a traditional French dip! I'm a P'Sghetti's fan and I'm thrilled to see they recently opened up at 141 and I-44. I pass by this area pretty frequently on my way out to my farm. Today I was on my way back and had toasted ravioli for a late lunch/afternoon snack. I'm sure they don't make them but they were perfectly fried and I love their meat sauce. We have never been to this restaurant before but we are suckers for pasta and sub sandwiches! As soon as we walked in we were greeted with smiles and people ready to take our orders. I got the Muscacholi dinner and it was so much food for $18 you are definitely getting your moneys worth! The meal was cooked perfectly, the dinner came with a loaf of garlic bread that was to die for! It was amazing and just tore apart so nicely. My husband got a chicken sub sandwich and the bread was soft and the chicken was cooked perfectly. We aren't ones for provolone cheese but it was so good on this sandwich as well as on my salad. I have never had provolone cheese on a salad but it did not disappoint. Our friend got the spaghetti dinner and he loved his food as well. It came out fast and hot just how we like it. Wait time was next to nothing! I'm not sure why because this food was amazing! As for the place it's self it was decorated very nicely and the lighting wasn't too harsh it also wasn't too bright. Psghetti's Restraunt (Vally Park Location) Catered a family function recently. The garlic bread was okay. The salad was okay. The Mostaccioli is the star. I was happy I was able to eat it. I don't eat pork. There has been many a family function where the only option for me was salad because pork was present in all of the dishes offered. Which is fine just not my preference. My friend ordered spaghetti dinner he thought it was to sweet sauce and it came with garlic bread which is covered with a sweet glaze. He thought it tasted ok but was way to sweet. I ordered ravioli received about 8 ravioli's in a extremely large amount of sauce my ravioli's were drowning. So I used the extremely sweet bread to soak up the overly sauced ravioli's. Ravioli's were also under cooked very doughy. Not a good mix with the meal. I thought for what we ordered it was not worth the money and the price was a bit high. Paying fine dining prices at was like a fast food Italian restaurant. People there seemed to like it I guess but I will not go back to this restaurant. Food was meh. The place was clean in the lobby. We're staying next door at Hampton Inn and wanted a quick take out meal. Jimmy Johns was out of business so this was our second choice. I got the cold tuna sub and I thought it was very good. I took the tomatoes off because I don't like them on tuna. The sub was a generous size with plenty of tuna. My husband chose the roast beef, I think it was called super sub. He got the half size but he was really disappointed. It was just meat and bread and cheese, no condiments on it such as mustard or mayonnaise. Cheers to this business for supporting school groups. Toasted ravioli was good and very affordable. Saw good reviews for the meatball sandwich so I wanted to try it. The meatball itself was quite flavorless; with sauce & cheese & bread it was ok, but still nothing to rave about. My kids got The Jack sandwich and the Chicken Club. Both were ok but still nothing to rave about. We also got an order of cheese garlic bread. Menu didn't specify type of cheese but it was too thick & salty for our taste. I had read that this restaurant is known for their bread -- soft & sweet. I wish the cheese garlic bread was more toasted and not soft. Sign said open, but..... After a long day of traveling, my husband and I found psghetti's and the sign on the front said Open with people sitting at the tables inside. We walked in and got all the way to the ordering register for the young girls working to look at each other and decide that they were going to close. They told us they were closed and they closed at 8:00. It was 7:59. I was excited to find this place and got the meat ravioli with meat sauce (a little redundant) and garlic bread. Sadly, it came out a little too quick and tasted like it was nuked.
