It's not really a truck stop, but it is part of a convenience store at a Phillips 66 gas station. The only options for burgers in Waterloo near where we are, are either fast food or Denny's, Applebees, etc. It's a bit of a drive down Rte 3 to Red Bud, but if you want a very good burger at a reasonable price it's worth making the trip.

We also ordered the hand cut fries and they did not disappoint. The big reason we decided to give them a try was for the milk shakes. Most of the burger places offer shakes made with frozen custard.
