It's by the freeway, that's about all that it has going for it. For a McDonald's it isn't great. Signage is poor, you'll have a tough time finding either driveway. Hint, aim for Denny's. Franky for the prices they are charging and the speed of the drive thru, just go to Denny's. At least you can relax while you wait and wait and wait for your so called 'fast' food. Fortunately the food is like every other McDonald's. But the prices!! Would you believe I paid more here than at John Wayne for the SAME meal. Probably the worst McDonald's there is. They constantly have register problems, or "only accept cash" so much that it should be embarrassing, and half of there menu is only available before 9pm. What kind of restaurant doesn't even serve their food. A piss poor one, that is! It's either they can't serve you the food, or you can't even pay for it. I'm going to go out on a limb here and suggest that some of the workers may be marijuana users. I don't have any evidence of that, other than that lazy demeanor and confusion about what does or does not go in happy meal boxes. But that's fine, no worries about that really - the food was as you would expect. I like my fast food served by people who appear to be marijuana users. It's part of the legitimate experience. A downside for us was that it's sort of hard to get to from the freeway. We had just sat through a big Tacoma Dome traffic jam and my kids were well past lunch screaming they wanted food and we see the Golden Arches. Then it seemed to take us another 10 minutes or so to get to the place from I-5 North. But hey, at least they're not moving corporate headquarters to Canada in order to escape corporate taxes, right? read more

The lady (an older lady you would think knows the importance of customer service vs a teen) told me only sauce comes with chicken nuggets or else there's a charge. I said ok I'll pay for it but she didn't want my money. She said you have to pay ahead of time at the window before , which I know is BS. For a McDonalds - it was OK. It is hidden away and we had a hard time finding it. We did not see a sign on the main road. It is way back by Denny's I had the breakfast Sausage McMuffin with egg. Why not call it a Sausage Egg McMuffin. I was surprised to get cheese with it. If they are listing the ingredients - shouldn't it be a Sausage McMuffin with egg and cheese? Service was efficient and friendly although the person taking our order looked a little confused. OMG. This has to be the worst drive thru experience I ordered my kids food in route home from A funeral . 3 happy meals 2 girls 1 boy nuggets and yogurts. I get a sweet tea and wife unsweetened Get to the window to pickup food Guy hand me my large unsweetened tea and then my wife unsweetened tea. wait mine should be sweet. Guy says oh sorry I hand it back and what happen next killed it for me. He took the lid off and poured the tea back into the top of the pot ( I guess it was open which is pretty gross in it self ) refills my cup with sweet says thanks for coming. I was on my way to work and I stop to get breakfast for a coworker and my self. Went through the drive through and order two medium coffees two sausage egg McMuffins and two oatmeals.i gave the the young lady my debt card ant the amount was about $14 and some change. It was weird to me because I thought it should have been more so I go to the next window and the manager on doody her name was Maria she was handing my food and she gave me two oatmeal cookies. I told Maria that that wasn't what I ordered. I told her that I had ordered two oatmeal not oatmeal cookies. She then told me that I was charged for the oatmeal cookies not for the oatmeals. I said okay then I gave it back and asked her that if she can just charge me the difference that I would pay mind you I'm on my way to work. She told me that she couldn't do that if I wanted to get the oatmeals that I would have to go back in line and go through the drive through again. So I told her to forget it just to give me back my money. She gave me gave me my debt card and the receipt back where she put the money back on my car. As I got to the light I looked at my receipt and notice that she only put back $6 and some change. At this time I'm on my way to Jack in the box I looked at my online banking and noticed this before I get to Jack in the box I made a u-turn so I go back to get the rest of my money. I feel like she should of just charged me the difference. But she wanted to be a b$&#@ about it I want my money. So I go pass every one in the drive through and when to the first window and yes by this time I was very upset. I told the young lady that I wanted the rest of my money. That they had short changed me she was very clueless didn't know what was going on. I apologize to her and proceeded to the second window where Maria was. Just want to say that the young lady at the first window was very kind. So I go to the second window and yes like I said I was very upset at this time I told the other young lady that is was short changed and I wanted my money back. She went and got Maria and she came to the window. I proceeded to tell her that she did not give me all of my money back. Let me tell you for a manager she had a very nasty attitude. She said that she needed my receipt I told her I didn't have it that all I had was the receipt where she gave back my money I showed her my online banking where it was more that she gave me back. She said something like to pull up so she can look at the till I said I'm not moving until I get my money. She wanted me to move so she can take her time in trying to give me back my money. I didn't move I stayed there at the window.I don't know what she was thinking but she started talking in Spanish and saying rude things about me little did she know that I use Spanish so I went off let me tell you it took her about two minutes to give me my money. This McD is a little hard to find. You need to keep going on the side road between Arby's and Wendy's about a block to find the restaurant. The drive thru order spot is also not where you expect it. I've driven right by it in the past and found myself in front of the pay window. All that being said it's a fine McD and maybe because it's hard to find it doesn't get as busy as the others. I come here about once a month when I'm working down in this area and have never had a bad experience. read more

Awful service. Ordered hot cakes, 2 coffees, chocolate milk and 2 oatmeals through drive through. Coffee was unbearable hot, undrinkable for an hour. Hot cakes were cold, and we weren't given any spoons for the oatmeal which made eating on the go less convenient. Ended up stopping at another place to pick up spoons and a straw for the chocolate milk. read more

Visited the drive through at this location. It was about 11:30 AM. Ordered a Sausage McMuffin w/Egg. Was told through the speaker with annoyance and frustration that breakfast was no longer being served. I asked if it (Sausage McMuffin w/Egg) was not being served all day anymore. Sharp NO reply through the speaker. I assumed that particular breakfast sandwich was no longer being served all day. So I asked for just a Sausage McMuffin. No response. A few moments later a new voice came through the speaker (which I assume is Managerial) also filled with annoyance stating that breakfast ended at 11:00 AM. I said thank you and drove away. Both employees must have been having a bad day, or need to be trained in Customer Service. There is no need to be rude or disrespectful to a customer. If breakfast ended at 11, that's fine. If breakfast items are no longer being served all day, that's fine. Just be polite about it. read more

We went thru the drive thru today, my husband paid with his debit card (plenty of money in account), and the girl at the window said it was declined wouldn't even re run it, so we paid cash. Go to the window to pickup our food the lady had t hanging out the window didn't even say hi nothing basically dropped the food in my husbands window and walked away. This is by far the worst McDonalds I've ever been to. Got a hot fudge sundae, and a large vanilla latte. They took hot coffee and dumped sugar in it with some ice and got ice cream all over the cup. 12/2/2018 3am. Started out fine, was just ordering food for my wife and I. Got a quarter pounder combo, a Swiss mushroom combo with a side of ranch and an egg McMuffin w/ sausage. Went to the cashier. She read back the order wrong at the cashier, that is completely fine. Still learning or mistyped, don't matter I completely get it. The manager comes up and corrects her. They read it Swiss mushroom, Quarter pounder with cheese combo, English muffin with sausage and a side of ranch. (I heard all the key elements of what I ordered but apparently they left out the combo for the Swiss mushroom) So went to the pick up window got handed one drink and a bag with one one thing of fries. I asked where's the other drink? The lady said I only ordered 1 combo and the Swiss by itself. I told her I meant to order a combo and there must have been a miscommunication, can I get the rest of my order? Got my card back out. The lady said You have to get back in line" me:"just to fix a drink and a fry?" Lady: "Thats not my problem, it's the girl that rang you ups fault" I said back "you're really going to blame her for this?" Then she said something about her manager, something to do with not wanting to deal with the situation. So I asked if I could talk to the manager (since clearly she didn't want to deal with the situation) the manager came up, explained that somewhere along the way there was a miscommunication with the order and that one of the combos wasn't complete can I fix this? He also said I have to get back in line! Just so my wife can get her drink and fries, so we got back in line waited through 4 more cars while our food got cold. Got them finally and they gave us the small burnt fries at the bottom of the pile. Decided to give up and leave. As we were driving we realized they forgot the ranch too which WAS on the receipt! read more
