This was ridiculous Me and my family were very disappointed because we ordered our food before everyone else and they got the right order then we got to the drive-up window and got the wrong food then they told us to wait for our food and then a lady came out and was trying to get the right order for us and walked away and rolled her eyes and saying she didn't know where our food was even though that is quite literally her job. Inside it was very messy and was not very organized, and the staff was very chaotic. It took forever to get our food, but we eventually got it but we had to go inside to go place a new order. do better McDonald's we are disappointed. read more

This McDonald's location is clean and quick! I made a very large order for 20 people and they handled it with ease. The manager at the time seemed to have a very effective management style that translated to an effective team. She even came out and delivered the food herself with a smile and a thank you. This McDonalds is the worst! Ordered and paid using the app. When I arrived I parked in the assigned parking, the payment hadn't gone through so I had to go in to get the order. I had to make the payment again, and get my own drinks and condiments. I watched the manager put the order together. When I went out to my car I checked the order and it wasn't complete. Worst McDonald's I've ever ordered from. Have ordered quarter pounders with bacon in 3 separate orders, got it home, NO BACON!! Ordered the new smoky BLT yesterday, got it home, NO BACON. Also ordered 6 piece chicken nuggets, which stats 6 on the box, got them home, only 4 nuggets! Waited in the drive thru long enough to download the app and place my order. Pulled around and there was only one parking spot for online orders. It was already taken. Parked in one of the drive thru spot and checked in. The app told me that nine of the items I ordered were available. So I went to the drive thru and waited again for a very long time. Pulled up to the speaker 3 minutes after they had cut off breakfest. Which last I knew was all day. They told me they could not help me. I was treated very rudely by the girl in the drive thru. I have worked for McDonals in the past and I have never experienced something like this when I worked there. I will neve be back to this one. The fact they could not make it right is beyond me. I will be driving an extra 2 minutes to the other 2 that are by me. Save yourself the head ache and anger. read more

Burger had a hole in the middle. Thought that was strange. Found a little bit of dirt near the hole and threw the rest of the burger away. Was it dropped. Will never know. Last time I ordered here they got my order wrong. Definitely won't be a third time. read more

As a previous reviewer said, this McDonalds deserves a big fat ZERO. A single star is exceedingly generous for this shabby excuse for a McD's. The chicken McNuggets are always terrible, and have clearly been sitting under a heat lamp for a day and a half. Always ask them to make them fresh, or you'll get some chicken fried sawdust chunks to dip in your sweet n' sour. It's also not uncommon to get a hard, stale bun with your burger. The last time I went, I got a hot fudge sundae and the ice cream tasted and felt like foam. Just typing that makes me gag all over again. GROSS. Besides the usually cranky teens that work there, they also jam all the food in one bag, making it hard to hold and impossible to close, causing cold food. Are you guys that hard up over there that you need to save two pennies on an extra bag? Do yourself a favor and go to the other McDonalds down the street, or maybe just go to bed hungry. Worst. McDonald's. Ever. UPDATED: 8/2/18 - In the year since my initial review, this McDonald's has greatly improved in service and quality, so I'm upping it to 4 stars. I wish Yelp had a no star option. This place is horrible. To start I waited ten minutes for my food when I am the only one in line. The reason I had to wait was for the cook to "hook up his friend" with free food. I was watching the friend stand in the back and load up on food while I had to wait. The female manager watched it all happen. Next the eating area was out of tea, sweet tea., napkins, lids for cups, ice and ketchup. I presented this to the employees and they continued to lean on the counter and told me thank you. . Wtf. No initiative anymore. I have been to this location several times and they have NEVER gotten my order correct. My most recent visit was behind *one* car in the drive-thru that took over 15 minutes (NO exaggeration!) to get my food. If you're craving a Big Mac or Quarter Pounder and fries, the extra couple of miles to the I-25 location is more than worth the effort. read more

Staff is always very friendly, my wife always gets coffee or Diet Coke through the drive through. It is McDonald's food...I rarely eat Mcdonalds but this one is nice to ride bike to with the kids and get ice cream or drinks. Playground is always clean for the kids too. I'd go here with my kids long before the filthy Burger King up the street. read more

WORST MORNING SERVICE! If you a used to a regular drive through, order, pay and go DO NOT GO HERE IN THE MORNING!! Third time is the charm people! I mean third time late to work for me! Won't be back! What is the deal, I have had this happen 3 times (oh by the way if you call the number on the window to talk to the store owners, good luck they do not answer the phone). I have pulled up to what looked like it was not very busy, 4 or 5 cars in the drive through, I order. Then I sit, and sit, and sit and sit! Finally a car moves up. Then sit, and sit and sit and sit. Literally waited 20 minutes for coffee, hot chocolate, and two McDoubles. Then found out they lost the order. Terrible.

All McDonald's suck! The play area was so dirty! Someone decided to leave their half eaten food and trash all over the table and floor. All the tables were dirty and nasty. We had to wipe one down before sitting. Employees were walking right by it without even cleaning it up until another custom asked. There were no napkins in any of the dispensers. Then our order came to us wrong. If I didn't have kids, I would never go to McDonald's! May even make my kids stop going there too! read more

The McDonald staff here is so nice! Their breakfast here is fairly good. I like it better then other McDonald's in the area. I typically get a French vanilla latte too that is ridiculously delicious. I never try lunch but I give their staff and service 5 stars and their breakfast a 4. read more
