Our dog loved his doggy treat.

Great food, wonderful views and friendly service! I've never had a bad meal at Collision. Their food is consistently delicious. I have had everything from their fish n'chips, orange maple bourbon salmon to their variety of yummy burgers. They also make some great cocktails. I'm not a beer drinker, but with this being a brewery there is a vast selection of beer to choose from. They have a large outdoor patio with breathtaking views of the mountains. I love taking out of town guests to this restaurant, so they can enjoy the food and the view. It really shows off the beauty of Colorado. Dogs are allowed on the patio. Our dog has even been treated to a doggie snack when we were there (not sure if this is always available). They do not take reservations, but you can give them a call before you head out and ask to be put on a waiting list. There is plenty of free parking next to the restaurant.

Really friendly staff and an amazing vibe. Automotive motif; don't let that keep you from visiting. The bar is amazing with sections of a vintage Chevy pickup bed under clear acrylic. Muffler Bearing - French farmhouse. Delightfully funky with the traditional farmhouse "must". A nice fruity finish makes it very refreshing. HopRod Lager - a very tasty lager hopped with Strata and Azacca for a slightly fruity aroma and a slightly bitter finish. This might be my favorite lager of all time. GTA - aged for 18 months in Laws rye barrels. 16%ABV, but smooth. Hints of prunes and dark chocolate on the nose. A seeet and complex beer with flavors of plum and charred marshmallow. Barrel Aged Peach Wheat - aged 10 months in Bear Creek bourbon barrels. Caramel and bourbon aromas. A great tart peach swath across your tongue. There's a bit of a lemon tone that takes you to a very light whiskey sour. Really good! Vintage IPA - 88 IBU...woohoo! Super interesting. The aroma reminds me of aged mizithra cheese (think Old Spaghetti Factory). The peach flavor hides but really comes out if you trill a sip. While it sits at a high IBU, it's very approachable. Great for any level of IPA lover. Road Rash IPA - amber in color with aromas of dark rye bread. The beer drinks very malt forward, which is fun for an IPA. It has an earthy finish with just the slightest hint of under ripe grapefruit. Like velour on your palate.

This is a 5-star brewpub! Atmosphere is fun and unique, designed like an auto repair shop, even down to details like the napkins, which are shop paper towels. Fun to look around. I didn't use the restroom, but the hubs said it resembled the Cars ride at Disneyland. Service was excellent! I didn't catch our server's name, but she was friendly and went above and beyond to make our experience great! She told us the place is family-owned and operated. The beer was great, according to the hubs. He had the Oktoberfest. I had a gin martini, which was also well made. The table split the fried cauliflower, which comes with a spicy bang bang sauce and blue cheese or ranch dressing. The menu is made for people with allergies--all of the dressings are vegan and taste great (we're not vegan). It was delicious! Portions are large. I got the mushroom ravioli, which was tasty and had roasted veggies on it. Highly, highly recommend a visit here!

Excellent service and yummy food! Had the chicken tenders, cheddar hashbrown and a peanut butter cookie skillet for dessert! Appreciate the gluten free options. We liked the atmosphere and theme. Good signature drinks, didn't try any beer but looked like a good selection.

First time here. My husband and I were out to try a brewery we had not been to before. It is a little out of the way but worth it. Ample parking in their lot. From a distance it does look like an auto repair place. There is both indoor and outdoor seating. We decided to sit outside and enjoy the day. We ordered a flight to be able to sample several beers and discuss. The staff were welcoming and made good recommendations. I glanced through their food menu and we would like to come back for dinner sometime. The beers were tasty and we enjoyed all the styles. My husband enjoys scotch and ordered a dram. He had some questions about their selection and one of the owners came out to chat with him about it. We will be back for another visit for sure.

Stopped in for lunch and a beer flight. Nice open seating area and outdoor patio space. Our Server was awesome and attentive. They had 20 different beers on tap so it was hard to narrow it down. We chose a beer wheel of 6 and later added 3 more tasters. They have so many different styles. The food is amazing! Their menu has everything from salads to burgers, sandwiches and entrees. Great lunch out, highly recommend!!

This place has awesome food! The beers were good as well but we definitely tried more food than beer. The Belgian IPA was a crisp and delicious beer. We sampled a flight of lighter styles and they were ok, the hefe was the best so had a pint of that. Everyone was willing to cut up their burgers/sandwich and share. The most notable item was the PB n J burger simply due to the novelty factor and fun factor. I've had other similar burgers elsewhere, but this one uses fried uncrustables as the bun and so when it was cut into it turned into a molten lava flow of PB and jelly. So, it's messy as hell! Albeit tasty! I only ate part of this one, I wouldn't want to eat an entire burger of this. I'm glad I had other flavors to eat. The Popper burger also very tasty and I ordered a delicious Rueben sandwich. The southwest soup also tasty. The French fries also stood out since they are more like potato wedge shaped, and crispy on outside then a soft, fluffy texture inside. Service was quick and attentive, overall great start to our time visiting colorado.

If you're in Longmont, this is a must stop. My husband and I shared: - PB&J Bacon Burger - Elote Mac + Fried Chicken The PB&J burger felt a bit gimmicky. It was good, but I'd probably go with a regular bun next time. The Elote Mac and cheese was phenomenal. I'd definitely recommend adding the fried chicken because it was equally delicious. We'll definitely be back next time we're in the area.

Full disclosure that I did not drink, so this review is focused on the food and environment. We came in as a group of 12 with my family the day before Thanksgiving. A family member had called ahead and made a reservation, so the staff pushed a couple tables together once we arrived. Drinks came out quickly, though with 12 people, the food understandably took a longer time than usual and people's dinners came out at different times. No big deal. My hatch chili Mac and cheese was very tasty. The fried whole pepper that they put on top is a nice touch. I added chicken to supplement the carbs with some protein. My family that had alcohol enjoyed both their cocktails and the beers on tap!

Met some friends here and it was our first visit. Really big place with a lot of indoor and outdoor seating. There is also a large room for events or groups. They have a large selection of beer and cocktails. The server was helpful in decisions. We had the fried mushroom appetizer and they were very good. We ordered the beef tips and taters and the fish and chips. Had a great time and will definitely go back.

Dare I say the best Mac and cheese I've ever had? And although messy, and difficult to eat with your hands, the peanut butter and jelly bacon burger was a perfect balance of sweet and savory. My wife's friend recommended we try Collision Brewing Company while we were touring houses in Longmont. And I'm so glad she did and that we tried it! It's been a few days since we had their food and I'm still thinking about the elote mac and cheese. I'm salivating writing this review. The service was very friendly and quick. The ambiance on the outside was quiet and relaxed. However, on the inside it is very loud and noises echo easily. I'd recommend eating outside if you can.

Great selection of beers , however , there was power outage and we were held hostage to pay our bill , we weren't allowed to leave and then asked if we are ok to write our Cc number down and run after the power comes up. After 15 minutes of waiting for a bill for 2 beers , the bartender stalling for the system to be online. Then we find out of u use CC there a 4% charge. It's a shame because seem like a good place for a beer after work

PB&J burger. Amazing

Okay put this place down as a must go. We ent and had a group of 6 We tried a little of everything but I'll focus on the best. I thoroughly enjoyed the cauliflower fried and dipped in wing sauce. Well done. And I am not a cauliflower person. Nachos equally awesome Now for the main event. I give you the pb&j burger. Two pb&j encrustables. Dipped in batter and deep fried. Those are the foundations of this monster. A well seasoned hamburger patty with bacon and a j that I am at a loss for words to describe. A thing of beauty !!!

Unfortunately, this visit was completely different. The service was extremely disappointing from start to finish. We waited about 20 minutes just for drinks and eventually had to go up to the bar ourselves. When we asked about it, the bartender simply said, "I'm working on it," which was frustrating given how long we had already been waiting. There were 4 tales in the restaurant and like 8 employees Things did not improve from there. Our food came out very slowly and one of the meals had to be sent back. We ended up having to go to the bar multiple times, including for a to go box and even to get our check, because no one was checking on our table. To make matters worse, the menu states that guests are asked to limit their visit to 90 minutes. However, due to the slow and inattentive service, we were there for nearly two hours through no fault of our own. There also used to be a sense of customer service here, which seems to have changed. To top it off, gratuity was automatically added without it being mentioned or explained. That felt especially inappropriate considering we ended up doing a large portion of the service ourselves. It's like they figured they were getting auti gratuity so didn't provide any service Really disappointing experience overall. Not sure what changed, but this was a huge step down from our previous visit.

So deliciously coated with the batter and it goes so well as a beer pairing! They have indoor and patio seating options. We sat on the patio. The weather was beautiful! You request service by using a little sign on the table. Sign up means you need something, sign down means do not disturb. We actually really liked this model; whenever the sign was up service was super prompt and friendly. Wish more places did this. We started with the Colorado Poutine. For entrees our group ordered the Bacon Onion Jam Burger, White Cheddar Bacon Burger, Bulgogi Burger, and the Hatch Chile Philly. Everyone enjoyed what they ordered. My fries were a tad over-salted, but still super tasty. I really liked how the toasted buns actually held up to the weight of the burgers. You know how some places use flimsy buns which fall apart while you eat burger? Not the case here. One of our party ordered the Fried Green Beans as their side. Personally I wasn't a fan, but they liked them a lot - said they were the best fried green beans they've ever had. If you're craving a hefty burger - this is the spot for you!

Since we were…read moretraveling from out of state we made a reservation ahead of time - although on a Wednesday evening at 5pm, it wasn't super critical, as the restaurant never got completely full. There are multiple seating options - inside, patio, or rooftop. We opted for the rooftop and the vibes were excellent. The weather was gorgeous and the rooftop patio is nicely decorated with live plants and a big bar running the length of the patio. Our server was excellent. I think his name was Danny. One of our party has an alcohol intolerance, so needs to avoid foods cooked with alcohol. Danny was super helpful in guiding our menu options with this information. He confirmed multiple dishes with the chef before we ordered. For food, we started with the Truffle Parm Fries, Fried Brussels Sprouts, and the Bangin' Cauliflower. All were delicious. The cauliflower was extremely good, I can see why so many reviews mention it. For entrees, our group ordered the Short Rib Tacos, Jumbo Crab Cakes, Chilean Salmon, and the Avocado Salad with Seared Ahi. No complaints around the table. The meat in the Short Rib tacos is super tasty. Portions were good sized, however the Crab Cake dish is definitely smaller than the others. Good option if you aren't super hungry. The Chilean Salmon was cooked perfectly. We didn't really have any complaints at all. Solid dining experience. Would definitely return if I'm ever back in the Longmont area.

The next improvement would be training employees that when a customer makes a request to pay the bill, the answer is "Yes, I will take care of that." I just agreed to pay a ridiculous sum for a cocktail and an appetizer, so YOU find whoever needs to receive my payment!" Her feelings were hurt, so she played the "You-don't-need-to-speak-to-me-that-way" card. Eventually she recovered from the trauma and found an Official Roost Bartender to give me the bill. Mr. Suniga explained that he did not pay her to receive payments. As a solution, her "manager" advised I avoid The Roost in the future. Apparently, customers who want to pay are not welcome? Good advice for me and any other prospective customers!

If you don't want to deal with all the congestion in Longmont this is your place. Easy on/off from I-25 just a couple miles west. We were on our way to see a concert at CSU and decided to stop for some dinner and a brew. This place delivered. My husband and I are both sci-fi geeks. The decor is fantastic. My inner geek was nerding out. We had our son with us so the three of us ordered dinner. He got the schnitzel sandwich on a pretzel bun with fries. They had an orange soda that he enjoyed. My husband got the Outworld Burger. A brisket burg with bacon, smoked cheddar, burger sauce, lettuce, tomato, onion and pickle. For a side he tried Stoemp, a Belgian root veg mash. He said the burger was delicious but that root mash was the star. I stole a bite and I'll have to choose that side next time. Me? I saw pastrami and kraut and was sold. Purple cabbage kraut, grainy mustard, thinly sliced pastrami and Jarlsberg on griddled bread. Oh my! I opted for a side salad and ranch. My salad was fresh and had a nice variety of vegetables. Ok on to the beers. We got a flight to share and discuss. Baltalowda Baltic Porter had a nice malty flavor and was my personal fav. Starship Wallonia/Patrice's 1960 Belgian IPA hit the mark. Future Farmer Saison was a nice estery offering laden with berries. ValHellYeah (Kornøl), a collab with Mythmaker Brewing, is an "unboiled raw ale." Had to try that and had to get a crowler for our homebrew friends to try. In addition to our flight we shared a pint of Lup Garou Double IPA. This one was crowler worthy to take home as well. We also got a crowler of Black Is Beautiful 2 for later. The staff was welcoming and had knowledgeable answers to all our questions. This will definitely be a place we will go back to.

WTF!? So, we moved inside and were the only ones in the place for about 30 minutes. The food was good but I'm done with everything being an add-on item - example: cheese on the burger is $1.50. Really? House salad was $2.00 additional replacing onion rings on the pulled pork sandwich? Soft drinks were reasonable at $3.00 each. We ordered a kids fish plate ($8.00) and wanted to order one additional fish filet and were charged for a second kids plate (again $8.00). KIds' Mac & Cheese was pretty good. The cost-of-living adder on the check that most restaurants have dropped is now LUMPED together with tax on the bill so as to hide the additional amount. On my bill of $146.00 - they added $17.36 for tax and adjustment. Working backwards, I guess that is an additional $5.00 or 3%. Not too much but it's misleading to price a menu this way. One only saving grace was I could pay with a charge card and they didn't add a fee on top of all that. I guess future customers will see if that changes because I'm done.
