Worst customer service ever. 7:30 a.m. on Sunday, June 2nd. Drive-thru had a few cars and we aren't lazy so we parked and went inside. No one in line so we stepped up to the register and waited, and waited, and waited. What appeared to be the manager glanced at us and looked away. Two young men employees not ten feet from us, one looking at his phone! A 4th employee working the drive-thru window. We finally turned around and left. Stopped here to eat breakfast 6 weeks ago during our road trip. Parking was easy to find in the parking lot that wrapped around McDonald's. This location was very busy with lots of people both inside the restaurant and lined up outside in their cars at the drive thru. After standing in line at the counter for about two minutes, it was apparent that the employee was neither quick nor efficient, so we chose to use the kiosk inside the restaurant. Ordering was quick and easy, and we picked up a numbered plastic placard and input that into the order so that the employees would know which people to bring the food to. We ordered Egg McGriddles: mine with sausage, egg and cheese; R's with bacon, egg and cheese. These meals came with hash browns and a drink. R got a coffee and I got orange juice. Our meals were good, as expected. I enjoy the hash browns, especially when it's just a little crispy on the outside. This restaurant was clean! I thought the dining areas of the restaurant looked more like lounge areas, and I loved how inviting and comfortable the chairs and stools were - some of them were very cushy. read more

But what I got was much worse: 1: Management was rude and continuously got the order wrong, in addition to serving me really cold food when I did get my order. 2: The bathrooms were pretty gross, and even lower than my low expectations for trashy fast food. 3. Disappointing meal--eggs were nearly raw, pancakes were spilled into already-opened ketchup, jelly packet was torn apart, sausage was missing, the only thing that looked edible was the burnt hash brown. 4. The music inside was broken and played so loudly I couldn't hear myself think and took the "food" to go. Sad for even a McDonald's. Came in around 8pm and my qrt burger didn't come with cheese. Guy gives me two cold slices of cheese to put on myself. A more modern McDonalds if you will. They have really cool lighting inside. Something you would see at an expensive lamp store. Their bathrooms are clean. No ass gaskets though. Arizona is very stingy with their ass gaskets. Almost everywhere I went there were none available. Just a side note. I went inside to go to the bathroom yet went through the drive through to order food because the dog was in the car. A couple was sitting on the outside seats with their dog, so it is dog friendly. There is an old railroad track directly to the front of the front door past the parking lot. I usually take the Wiener dog out there to have a brief walk and try to go potty. Last year I found a real crystal geode while walking around here. I also found a sleeping homeless man, so watch where you're walking. The food was hot and held me over till I go to Bakersfield. I have had way to much fast food on this trip. read more

I live near this McDonalds so it's an easy stop, however they are about 50/50 on orders, either bbq sauce for nuggets is not given, or the coffee is wrong, but today was the best the forgot a fish, a fry and am chicken, we notice chicken missing it before we got out of the parking lot so they gave us one. But the fry and fish were Mia. Im writing here in lieu of calling as we were in pay it forward line I had paid for car behind me. So I'm not looking for free food.
