Don't come here if you are in a rush, food/service here is always slow regardless if in the store or in the drive thru. I always look how long the line is before I stop. You can expect a wait even if there are only two cars in line. Unfortunately we are pretty limited on options on this side of town so I do still come in every once and a while. Today (3/16/18) I ordered a vanilla shake and a shamrock shake on the mobile app. When they were delivered (in the dark) the looked fine. I got home and I can't say either is a vanilla or a shamrock. They both have green flavoring in them, but neither is distinctly vanilla. They aren't all green or flavored like a shamrock either. So not only did they screw it up, but they can't even make them one or the other. read more

Super friendly manager. He suggested I order slightly more food and saved me money because they were running a promotion. He saved me $6! The food was normal McDonald's, so nothing special there. The service was great though. read more

Incompetent and rude staff. Does not understand how to cook and serve fries with salt.

The staff was incredibly helpful and courteous. I was very impressed with them all. The store was clean and neat.

Decided to try this place because of the specials. Big Mac was overstuffed with old lettuce and lukewarm Fries were cold. I go there for something basic and easy - hot and spicy mc chicken. Get home and open my bag hungry because I havent eaten today. Grab my sandwich hot out of the bag and unwrap it. Its a damn sausage mcmuffin. Not at all what i wanted or ordered. I check the pick slip to see what was on it. Sure enough, it was labelled with what i ordered. Someone on the line didn't read well and just grabbed something to toss in a bag. This isnt my first issue with this location. I'd ordered a quarter pounder with cheese meal before and despite coming through at a time that was not slow, my fries were stale and the burger tasted as though it had been under a heat lamp for several hours. Very disappointing, especially for what they charge. Time before that I stopped for drinks. I mean how can they screw up drinks? Well they did. Gave me wrong drinks and I had to shout at the speaker because the person either couldnt hear me or decided it was funny to mess with me. And when they talked, even with the engine off in my modern, non diesel car, I couldnt hear them. Its hard to expect much from McDonald's but this place is seriously lacking even for a fast food joint. It's really ridiculous that no one seems to take the job seriously, and yet they want 15.00 an hour when they can't get a single order right. In the rare moments I want McDonald's I will drive to another. Even the Tuba City location (only 1 for about 70 miles) takes pride in what they serve and do. Never had an issue there. Yet this city location with several competitors and other franchasies seems to not give a single iota of a rat's ass about it's customers. Avoid this location by all means. The cashier at the drive thru had a bad attitude and I asked for Honey sauce for my chicken nuggets and he entered in Honey Mustard. I usually don't have this problem at this location. We had to repeat our order to the cashier. The girl handing us our order wasn't much better. Very disappointed with this visit. read more

Not a fan of fast food but I can never pass up a Spicy Chicken sandwich and for only a buck. One of my weaknesses.

for years we have been taking our kids there as a treat, however, over the last 6 months the quality of your product has dropped and it shows. the customer service is not the best either. We just picked up our big mac bundle as usual and though the big macs were fine, the nuggets i told her were a little over cooked, and the fries, there are fries in this order that aren't even cooked not the first time who ever was on fryer dropped the ball. the manager was nice enough i guess she offered us replacement fries, like i was really running back for free fries that should have been done right the first time, but she didn't seem to think I was seriously disappointed. and the $4.00 chix sandwich is a joke fix it or take it off the menu. I probably should have looked at Yelp before I stopped. Had to work in Flag and stopped to get breakfast. The worst service and food ever. It was 5:45 am and the guy who was behind the counter was an ass. I could tell he hated his job just by the unprofessionalism. He didnt give me a receipt, the drink was warm. I guess if I didnt have any ambition and not even a GED I would be a pissed off ass too. Now for the food which sucked The hashbrowns were not only cold but the oil that they were cooked in was nasty. The egg mcmuffin was cold and so gross. I could swear they took it from the trash. I travel for a living and I do not frequent McDonalds but I had no choice. If you are in the area I am telling you dont stop. Keep on going. I just wasted 7 dollars on dog shit. I yelp alot because I feel we as customers work hard for our money, I knew I should have checked yelp but I didnt, my bad. So take my word for it you will be wasting your money. Used to be alright with the train thing inside. It has since been replaced with seating because half the store is now a childrens video game arcade. The food is eh, and the employees havent been great. You walk in and are immediately put off by the smell of children who have been traveling all day. read more
