We were on our way to Sedona driving through Flagstaff and every where seems to be closed after 10 pm, it's great that this McDonalds closes at 11 pm on the dot. We got to the cashier at about 10:45 pm and the first thing the young cashier mentioned to me was the dining room will be close at 11 pm. Ok, not a problem as we are getting take out. Whenever I am at a MCD. on the mainland, I need my hot & spicy McChicken sandwich fix, the other half got his Filet O' Fish. I was surprised to see this filet of fish sandwich cost 7. $bucks here. Oahu is way cheaper ($5.) All in all, we got our sando. fries and out of there by 11 pm. We ate our food in the car, on our drive over to Sedona, it hit the spot as we didn't eat anything yet, except for some snacks/chips! 3 stars for the mediocre service but other than that the McD food helped, plus I got my hot & spicy McChicken! read more

I visited McDonald's in Arizona near I-40 on 2/17/ 2026, at approximately 11:00 p.m. I went through the drive thru. My husband and I were driving cross-country, and this location was one of the only establishments open at the time. We ordered two Hot Honey McCrispy meals with one with hot honey sauce, mayonnaise, lettuce, and cheese. The other meal had everything that originally comes on the sandwich. At the speaker, the employee informed us that a few items were unavailable and mentioned that the restaurant would be closing in about four minutes. Despite this, the staff member was polite, and we thanked her for her help when we received our order. Once we arrived at our hotel and checked the food, we noticed several issues. The fries appeared to have been sitting for some time and were not fresh. My sandwich was missing lettuce, and my husband's sandwich was missing both the lettuce and jalapeño chips. Additionally, one sandwich was not fully cooked, which was especially concerning. We understand that weather conditions may have played a role, as it had begun snowing about 30-60 minutes before we arrived in Arizona. However, I needed to eat in order to take my medication on time and I'm pregnant, so discovering that the food was incomplete and undercooked was very disappointing. I hope this feedback helps improve consistency and food quality for future customers. I pray that no one else has a similar experience. read more

I know it's McDonald and you either hate it or love it. But I grew up going to McDonald's and I love it. I don't eat McDonald's too often though. I'm simple, I only order a regular hamburger add extra onions and I add extra ketchup and mustard. I also put fries in my burger. This McDonald's got the order right and everything tasted made to order. So they get 5 stars. Word of ADVICE, download and ORDER from the McDonald's APP. It's one of the best fast food APPs. We use the app to order at the location frequently. Recently the app has been acting up when trying to use curbside, usually not a problem. Tonight however, the issue was like asking the employees to solve e=mc2. I get it, it us teenagers, but at least ask for help. Second complaint is while explaining my issue to the short girl with curly hair in a ponty tail wearing glasses, she walked away mid conversation. Rude. Where to start, hmmm, no employee manning the front counter however two were standing a few away looking at a display and did not offer to help. The bathrooms were dirty and the trash by the soda fountain was overflowing with trash. The two hamburgers were cold, the French fries were undercooked and were not salted. We were in and out pretty quick, but in all honesty this was probably the nicest I've ever had an employee be. She really took the time to smile and be friendly. Went to this location's drive thru and ordered a Bacon egg & cheese biscuit and an Egg McMuffin. The total came to over $13!!!!! We pulled up to the window to pay and questioned the girl there and she informed us that the price was correct and said "we raised our prices 2 months ago". They are charging over $6 just for a breakfast sandwich, that is absolutely ridiculous. We were in Phoenix later the same day and looked up prices for the same sandwiches at a McDonald's and they were $2 less each sandwich which is what we had expected to pay and much more reasonable price wise. I looked up the same two sandwiches with the full meal deal and they would have totaled what we were going to pay at the McDonald's in Flagstaff for just two sandwiches so we would have had sandwiches, hash browns and a drink for the same price in Phoenix . We have made a note that in the future when we're in Flagstaff we are not ordering breakfast at McDonald's, that's for sure! Terrible. That's sums up my experience I just had here. I ordered a Double Bacon Quarter Pounder meal and get asked to wait in a parking spot for my food. I then go home and find that the bottom patty was raw. I then pull back through the drive thru and ask for another burger in the nicest way possible. I then get another burger and check it before I even leave the property and it is still pink in the middle. I show the next burger to management and with a half a** look at it says "I can kind of see it, what do you want to do man." At this point I can tell all of the people inside were done dealing with me, and I'm not going to order another burger, so I ask for chicken nuggets. As I'm waiting for them, I can hear employees inside making jokes about me and sh*t talking me. I get my nuggets and go home because I'm done with it. I get home and the nuggets were old and cold. Super busy week and I found myself here twice this week grabbing a quick lunch and getting the kids a quick breakfast. Each time I went through the drive through I had the same experience so I assume this is the level of service that I will have to expect. It always starts out the same. I will pull up and order then proceed to the first window. They will always ask me what I ordered. I will repeat the order and then head to the next window. At this window, they will again ask me what I ordered and I will again tell them. I will get my drinks (soaking wet) and then they will ask me to park my car and they will send someone out to deliver the food. I have never seen a smile on anyone's face and I can see that no one is super excited to be there. Couple this with a $16 dollar bill for two breakfasts! I don't expect much from a fast food joint but I think I will be steering clear of this one for awhile. read more

I drove up to the window, because my card was already charged, and they avoided the window. When I slowly drove around, because I gave up as their customer, and I will not return, I saw them come out from the back, saw them come out from hiding to the front. When I called, a little boy answered the phone, I asked when Rebecca was going to be available, he said that she left 6 hours ago. I asked when she will be back, he hung up on me. Called weights and measures on this store. Three weeks in a row I came in and all the visits my hot Carmel mocha tastes like hot steamed milk. Today I brought this to the attention of the female manager only to be told they have a new machine and that's the way it is. Problem is when I buy a coffee it must contain coffee, according to the law. So I involved them. Funny thing, they've had other complaints. You see, the employee at the register informed me he's had many complaints about the lack of coffee in there mocha's. He blamed the new machine the owner bought. So why isn't anyone listening? COVID is no excuse for the disrespect and rudeness suffered at the hands of the employees AND the manager at this location. Never received my complete order, was given the wrong items and then had some little grinch slam the window in my face and tell me to "Get out of there!". The service was terrible but the attitude was worse by far up to and including the manager who refused to give me her name, an apology or any type of solution other than " We're stressed out over COVID". That's a load of crap. I'm stressed too but don't use it as an excuse to mistreat and yell at my customers. McDonalds is out. Wendy's here I come! ( Even the food was horrible. I live in the area of this McDonald's, right next door really, but I only rarely eat here. In the three years I've lived here, I have eaten here quite often. As of late I've become frustrated, irritated, and finished frequenting this McDonald's. I work across town on weekdays until 10pm and half of the time this McDonald's is closed by 10:30pm, so even if I wanted to eat there I couldn't. Even the drive thru closes way too early (before 1am despite the sign on the window advertising being open "late") and the schedule seems totally random. Don't even get me started on the service. When I first moved over here they frequently forgot items from my order (nearly every visit). Of course they were always simple things that shouldn't be forgotten, like a hash brown with a breakfast combo item that is supposed to have one. Not only was I always ripped off, but if you're in a hurry the drive thru here is NOT the way to go. I've sat there in the line for 15 minutes waiting for nothing but two large fountain drinks. Ever since the all day breakfast idea was implemented it has totem even slower. The "Dollar Menu" here for breakfast only contains two items for a dollar. Hash browns and the most pathetic breakfast burritos I've ever seen. The "breakfast all day" idea was not a very good one since their breakfast menu is twice as expensive as the regular menu. I'd rather have a Hot' N' Spicy McChicken at 8am for $1 than an eggless sausage McMuffin for like $3. All in all, this is not the place to go if you're looking for good prices, decent service, or a speedy meal before heading out of town. read more
