Ordered online and picked up at 9:50 PM. I only come here because it's closer to where I live. I would prefer not coming here because every time I come here nobody greets you. Came here tonight and the same thing rude customer service @ the drive thru window. Just handed me in my order no greeting It felt like a bother just to ask for chili sauce. The food sometimes comes out underseasoned. Where the honey sesame chicken will come out tasting more dry. Wouldn't recommend coming here, just make the extra drive going to the west side. read more

If I was allowed to give zero stars I would. Went through the drive through, got the 3 item meal. The box that the third entree came is was absolutely tiny (smaller than my 8 year olds hand. Came with 3 pieces of broccoli, and 3 tiny pieces of beef. Stay away at all costs!! read more

We stop by the Panda when we're driving through Flagstaff. We've always had good experiences. The food has been great and the service very good. Employees are efficient and friendly. The place is also very clean, which I love. (One downside for us is no changing table, but I know that doesn't impact everyone!) read more

They never have enough food...for instance tonight they only had 1/2 serving of fried rice and asked if we still wanted it and if we wanted to wait for a full serving to be cooked. The food here is OK. We stop there maybe once every other month when I don't feel like cooking and didn't plan ahead to order at one of the family run Chinese restaurants. We don't expect gourmet from this place. I do expect reasonable service, however. Last night I ordered a family pack to go. I was told there would be a little wait because the chow mein was being cooked. OK. No problem. 25 minutes later I was still waiting. The chow mein had long since arrived and had been amply spooned onto the plates of those who had arrived after me. Both eat in and to go orders were filled. Drive through orders were filled. Uber Eats and Door Dash orders were filled. I asked a young lady what the holdup was. She handed me an empty drink cup...hello? The drinks are all behind her. What was I supposed to do with an empty drink cup? I had to ask twice more before. Apparently two of the entrees I ordered had run out between the time I ordered them and their "getting around" to completing my order. The family pack box had been sitting on the side all that time - while they filled every other order - then the noticed no one had completed mine, and by that time, they had to make more of what I had ordered. The service was appalling. The food was mediocre. I do feel badly for the young people working there. I tried not to be a total Karen over it, but it really was ridiculous last night. One of the entrees had burned meat in it. The chow mein was weird - the noodles were cut into one-inch-long segments - as if they were using up all the broken ramen left in the bottom of the bucket. read more

Well, for starters, I think it's important to note that we had not had Panda Express in probably a decade. From what we remembered, we thought it was going to be so good. We were so wrong. To be fair, our kids loved their orange chicken and chow mein kid meals, but our food was bland and blah. I understand we probably had too high expectations but it just was not good. We would much rather get one of the other local food deliveries when we are craving Chinese food. I will say the drive through line moved fast enough, and the service was friendly enough too. We order catering twice in the past month from Panda and it was worthwhile both times. We ordered the meal for 12-15 and had it for a birthday party and it was perfect, plus the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Then we ordered for 22 through Ezcater and had the food the delivered. It came right on time and the food was fresh as if we were eating in the restaurant. My only complaint was that somehow Panda didn't allow for tipping on EZcater (according to EZCater) so that was a bit of a hassle but otherwise we definitely would recommend this location. read more

This new location comes very welcomed by the east side community. No more dealing with NAU to get some quick Chinese food. We ordered on a busy night, 28% of proceeds went to funding Coconino County MTB. Ordered on the app, food was done at the time the app said, pickup was easy, food was delicious. Only negative was there were no fortune cookies with the meal and the kids really look forward to those. We will be eating here often I'm certain. read more

Funny how on Apple's maps this place has 2 stars and on google they have almost 4! Despite the terrible reviews I always give a place the benefit of a doubt and try them. Turns out that all the reviews about the place taking forever and not being organized were correct. We went in since the drive thru line was 6 cars deep. The line inside wasn't bad at all, but the staff looked unorganized and were all running around on top of each other. There was no flow at all. They made us pay before we received all our food and when we checked that all our food was there we were missing sides from some of the boxes. Went in about 25 min ago and Got a kids meal and it's was $8 but they couldn't even bother to put 7 pieces of chicken in the meal. Very expensive 7 pieces. I'm paying a dollar a piece. The workers or the manager had absolutely no work ethic. They open at 10am and make you wait till 11.00am and still be cooking. They don't apologize or give any explanation but they will give rude looks like it was your fault. that they took more than an hour to make food. The worst panda express experience. First visit to this location on my way back from Phoenix last Friday night. I made a quick run through the drive through to grab some dinner to take home. Got home and the order was almost completely pooched. Broccoli (I *hate* broccoli. ) Beef over fried rice instead of Beijing Beef over chow mein, Sweet Fire Chicken over chow mein instead of fried rice. Worst experience I have ever had at a Panda Express and I frequent them regularly. We waited 25 minutes for our meal after we paid. While we were waiting a customer came in and ask for the manager, stating she had gone through the drive thru and had been waiting 45 minutes for her order after being asked to pull forward. Her meal was comped. The trashcans were overflowing, not only in the dining room, but also in the ladies room and there were no paper towels to dry your hands. The food tasted like panda, so it was good maybe I was just hungry, but the reason why I'm posting this is because the dining area was absolutely disgusting. None of the tables were wiped, there was forks and busted open soy sauce packets all over, again no table was clean.
