It's not often that you see a drive thru Subway, or one that is open 24 hours... It wasn't until recently that I checked this one out as my kids are currently obsessed with eating Subway sandwiches and we're escaping the Phoenix heat for a bit this summer and staying pretty close to this location. I was pleased with the drive thru service on a recent visit and the quality of the sandwich was just as great as any other visit. Staff was friendly and efficient. I do believe this location has a bigger menu than others too... I noticed breakfast subs with egg and egg white options on the menu as well as wraps, protein bowls and salads. My husband said he went inside and that the cafe was pretty nice for a subway too... and he doesn't give compliments out easily, so that's a good sign too. So, yes -- it is a Subway, but some Subways are better than others, so if you find yourself nearby, I suggest stopping in. No matter the hour! Enjoy! read more

Convenient place to grab a sandwich since we were staying across the street. They were also open until 11 pm, which was nice. The staff seemed kind of slow, though, and it took a while to get my footlong even though there was only 1 other customer inside when I walked in. Also, I didn't like that the banana peppers had stems in them...like why not just toss those parts?! read more

Worst food I have ever eaten. Sandwich was cold, meat was very dry. Veggies were very old tasting. Walked in the door, we received no "hi," "welcome in." We got dirty looks by the staff. Finally after waiting about 15 minutes, the lady finally said "we'll be with you soon." A young gentleman asked us what we wanted and I ordered the outlaw footlong with the meal. We received a nasty sandwich. The guy didn't even wash his hands. As I paid, it came out to about $19.00 with tax. All we got was one cookie and a sandwich. I asked him where the cup was for the soda, and he told me he gave it to me. (Clearly I never even was handed a cup). He looked at me like he had no clue what was going on. I asked him if I was really paying $19 just for a sandwich and a cookie. He said "what do you mean?" I said well I just paid a lot of money and you didn't even give me a soda. I was also missing a cookie (which I never got either). He pointed to the soda bottle and said take one of those. We never even got the big fountain drink like I paid for. I went here the other night and my boyfriend ordered a sandwich the way it comes on the app and I made my own veggie sandwich. All of the toppings were completely switched and we had to basically remake them ourselves. Tried it again today and they did not give me half the items I ordered and on my sandwich?? So the regulars are they only one who give nice reviews or the friends and family of the employees. It's a subway, it's good. Very consistent. Reasonable pricing. We had a few meals here (staying at the next door hotel). Son was able to get a foot long and eat in the room while we ate out. I tried to buy a sub for a homeless woman and Michelle claimed I could not use my ebt when I literally just purchased a meal using my ebt! These workers dont have thick skin. I ordered 4 different subs. Then I added cookies. Which they didn't have. So I jokingly said you're fired. Because our order was big and I thought he was doing a good job. But it was taken out of context. When I pulled around to pay, the guy totally blew us off and the female employee with a shaky voice she said she refused to serve us. She went on to tell us that they work long hours and they are busy. But, we were the only ones there the whole time it took us to order and get the order. We pulled off of the freeway to get a quick sandwich from this drive-thru, but there was NOTHING quick about it. We've been waiting for 30 minutes and there were only 2 cars ahead of us. We also watched 6 cars line up in that time and only 1 stayed because of the wait. Customer service from the gentleman that helped my dad and I was super sweet and easygoing. Sometimes I've come across subway employees that genuinely look like they hate their lives (for whatever reason lol) and this guy was just cool. Got a veggie flatbread - fresh and tasty. I've been here about a dozen times- felt compelled to post a review today when I asked for a light, light-mayo serving and got a cold sandwich slathered in regular mayo. It doesn't take a genius to make a sandwich, especially when its all laid out for you. You'd have to be high on crack to screw it up. Went in for lunch and placed an order for the sandwich of the day and I had it heated (chicken/teriyaki). The person making the first part of the sandwich just kept taking orders and passing the sandwiches up to the second person who, was supposed to be putting on the toppings but, was taking a phone order and manning the cash register AT THE SAME TIME. The first person would not even be a team player and help her out by getting some of the orders done instead he just kept taking orders. I saw a manager but, he just stayed in the back and never came up front to offer assistance. My sandwich was cold and after a few bites, I threw it away. Not going back there anytime soon. read more

I just visited the new Subway Cafe today for the first time. This Subway Cafe is open 24 hours and has a drive-thru, the dining area closes at 10pm. Inside the Cafe there is a fire place, TV and a sitting area which is really nice if you just want to sit down and enjoy a cup of coffee (Also there is an outside sitting area available). I had an iced Americano, made by Kim, and I thought the quality was up there with Wicked Az Coffee, it will be a tie on which one I go to from now on. read more

Easy off, easy on for the I-40 freeway. Gas-n-grub in under 20 minutes. This was a large, clean Subway with efficient staff behind the counter, even has a drive through, which I haven't seen at many Subways. The lounge by the fireplace and TV was unexpected and upped the ambiance beyond the normal Subway restaurant. read more
