This location is trash, the establishment is trash, the service is trash. Stopped in today, 7/24 a little after 4p when I arrived I held back from getting in line right away to check for my families order. My Kids love Chick-fil-a, however today they had their little hearts broken. Couple minutes went by and I entered the line behind a young girl, who was in line behind a family. Cashier took everyone's order before me but when it was my turn to step up everyone behind the counter went radio silence, didn't say a word to me, it was like I was invisible. That's when I noticed two girls to the right of the cashiers and drink stands that were looking back and forth from where I was standing snickering to each other. Shortly after two managers walked up to the register but alas, they ignored me too. An older blonde woman and a younger woman with glasses. They couldn't have been bothered, they would have to awareness for that. I've been in customer service my entire life, I'm fine with someone being a little busy and needing to catch up, before being serviced, that's not what this was. As I turned to leave I heard one of those snotty little brat say, "Thank God that homeless man left". I didn't want it to come to this and didn't leave a review after they messed up my food last time. I never did get reimbursed after wasting so much time with the manager Mav. Yesterday, the person packing the food was coughing horrendously and he sounded like he was sick when he talked - no mask. He packed the wrong sandwich for my husband (fried with cheese instead of grilled). This place is actually adorable. They seem to really care about cleanliness and keeping all around peaceful atmosphere, it's always warm inside when it's cold outside and cooler when it's warm outside. Food comes out fast and looks amazing never a problem they even still come around and ask if you need a refill (the pre Covid chick fil a) and make sure you are treated like a guest and not just hurry up and eat. read more

Super nice staff, my favorite ff place until the chicken tortilla soup recipe was changed, it's not as good as it was in 2018. I used to get spicy ckn sandwich with pepper jack cheese (meal) , and a cup of soup, used to come up to $12 and the next time I went through I was told $17ish. This is a follow-up to my recent complaint regarding the Flagstaff, AZ location (1000 S Milton Rd) where I discovered a hair in my food, was given reused packaging, and received cold, undercooked food--with absolutely no proper resolution from staff or management. After submitting a detailed and honest review online to warn other customers, I was shocked to find that my review was removed. Instead of addressing the issue, it appears the location is more concerned with hiding negative feedback than taking accountability for a clear food safety and customer service failure. Removing my review doesn't erase what happened. If anything, it adds to the disappointment and shows a lack of transparency and care for public health and customer trust. I'm asking again for this incident to be properly investigated and for action to be taken--not just with the staff who mishandled the situation, but with whatever process allowed my voice as a paying customer to be silenced. read more

The people at the drive-through had things on them to protect them from the rain and when I won and they immediately yelled at me because they couldn't take orders right now I was like OK is there a way I could order without going inside, and they yelled at me no again and they were being very rude, telling me how to get out properly because they said I was gonna do it wrong and they were making huge fuss out of it and were yes yelling at me I'm very unsatisfied there, but the food was good I went and when I went to Park to get food inside, deep yelled at me saying they didn't want me to park there do to some weird reason that I don't think was a problem, but whatever. read more

Had lunch here en route to Williams. I love the food and the Cobb Salad is my absolute favorite! Got a Peppermint shake and wow, was it good! Perfect thing for the holidays! I have fond childhood memories of eating Chick-fil-A, and I still enjoy it from time to time :-) Their chicken is moist and juicy, with flavors that nicely compliment the light breading they use.  My go-to main here is the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich, with the default bun replaced by one that's whole wheat; and hold the butter please! To go with my sandwich, I'm a fan of the waffle fries here - they're never greasy, and always nicely fried to a delicious golden brown :-) This particular Chick-fil-A location can get busy around lunch and dinner times, but the service is always friendly and even when there's a line things move along at a decent pace. read more

I was in town for a few days and came here a couple of times. Both times I placed my order on their mobile app and went inside to pick-up my order. Parking was a bit scarce at this location. It took them a while to complete my mobile order for my first visit. However, I did find a brownie in my bag. Hopefully, that wasn't supposed to have been for someone else. For both visits, all of the employees that I've interacted with were all very nice and friendly. The quality of the food was excellent each time and on par for a Chick-fil-A restaurant. read more

We go to Chick-fil-A 3-4xs per week back in Phoenix. Big fan. This Chick-fil-A in Flag is the absolute worst service ever. It took 5+ min to take our order for 3 people. They had to call someone over twice to help enter. We needed 3 gluten free buns / they only had one. And they didn't give us everything we ordered and paid for and had to go back up and wait for what we paid for but they didn't give us. Absolutely horrible experience! Never again flag! read more

I came to this chik fil a at 9:30 Am. Apparently they are out of grilled chicken until later in the day. I don't understand the difference in cooking grilled chicken vs fried chicken. Chick-fil-A Flagstaff is open during these strange Covid times and we've been a few times to pick up food to go from the drive-thru. The employees are friendly and masked up and they have the routine with the two drive thru lines down to a science. The food and drink are as consistent here as all Chick-fil-A locations... my kids eat the nuggets and fries and the entire family drinks the lemonade and iced tea. Fun tip: you can purchase these by the gallon! As with all Chick-fil-A locations, note that they are closed on Sundays. read more

Went to this Chick-fil-A location. It was lunchtime and there were hardly any cars there, and now I know why. Their prices went up $1 for each sandwich and now the chicken is thin and flat as a pancake. The chicken used to be thick but now they're flat. Also, no more associates meeting you at the car. now you have to speak in the box just like every other fast food restaurant. This Chick-fil-A location used to be pretty darn good but now they have just gone downhill. Flagstaff just opened up a new In-N-Out Burger and we went there before we went to Chick-fil-A and the In-N-Out burger line was very long and then we show up at Chick-fil-A and it's almost empty.
