I have recently been looking at homes in Florence so I drive out once a week. I have stopped at this McDonald's several times and have been pleasantly surprised every time! The food is always hot and delicious. The employees are incredibly nice and service is super fast! I don't know what this GM is doing that is different from others but someone in upper management should definitely take notice. read more

This place is horrible. Always the worst fries and never any condiments on my sandwiches. Once I ordered from here it was 10:30 and I was getting treated very poorly because I wanted lunch which is served starting at 10:30!! I was getting sighing and rude behavior. This is easily the slowest McDonald's in the valley. They never do anything for you for being a low either. The owner and management should be changed out. I've seen 3 and 4 min waits but this is the 4th or 5th time I've been in the drive thru stuck between cars for 20 min. So sad they continue horrible service. read more

Place has gone downhill in a big way from 2-3 years ago. Many managers have left that made the store worthwhile and interaction/customer service is almost non-existant. Cannot seem to have store management care to even call back for comments when their service app asks if you would like a manager to speak with you. Honestly the store itself is placed in a less dense location so employees who are serviceable are very hard to come by and difficult to keep. I do hope the best for this store and wish it's issues could be fixed however the more I come to this particular location it never seems to be addressed, they are more concerned with drive thru times and peddling customer voice comment reviews than the average person who walks in. read more

Normally I don't have a problem here, but this morning I ordered my breakfast, and 2 smoothies. After paying, I was told that there was no yogurt for the smoothies, and yet I could see another worker making smoothies. I pointed this out to the person working the drive-thru window who replied, "Yeah, if you want them without yogurt," as she abruptly slammed the drive-thru window shut in my face. I've passed this on to corporate, but I'm honestly not sure whether it will make any difference. I'm also not sure I will go to another McDonald's, especially this one, again. Food is as expected. Looks good taste good. Place is clean that's a plus. Kids have to keep asking them to restart the movie. Wifi~ if you use a VPN the WiFi is useless. Consider yourself blocked. It is also slow as death if you chose to expose yourself to their spying on your online activity. If you are going to offer free wifi make it free, open, and good quality. Otherwise don't bother. At 10:30am my family and I had been on the road for a LONG TIME and it was 'lunch time' for us...we went in and I asked for a salad....HA....the 'man' behind the counter made it seem as if I had actually asked for a...dare I say...A SALAD AT 10:30am!!!!! He looked down his nose and said 'NO!' So... we asked for a milkshake...too bad...we could order one, but couldn't get one...the machine was 'down'...Burger King, not to far away, had a TERRIFIC salad all ready for me and the milkshake was delicious! They're dirty, most of their employees are just terrible and rude, and their time management sucks. The girl who took our order through the drive through tonight was high, rude, and we were sitting there waiting for our 2 Big Macs and 3 hamburgers for closer to 25 minutes, and that's not even my worst experience there.I should have asked for my money back and left, but she was so unbelievably beyond high, she probably would have had no idea what I was even saying. Needless to say, I will never go back to that McDonald's, or any McDonald's, and neither will my family. This place is hit or miss. We always try to avoid this McDonald's and go to a different restaurant when we can.

What can you say. It is McDonalds. Grandkids love it! I usually end up with water or decaf coffee which they are always willing to brew a pot of decaf. read more

This McDonald's is usually very clean and the play place is too. I've never had any problems until yesterday. My husband and I ordered the new buttermilk chicken sandwich and they were both expired. Where to begin... so first off before I even think about actually stopping at this McDonald's I ask myself "do I really have half an hour to waste?" This never fails . When I get off work I'll go threw the drive thru for just a soda or a soda and a hot n spicy nothing major but even then I'm always stuck in the drive thru for at least 15-20 minutes. Second when I do finally get my food it's cold or wrong. I get stale French fries and a flat soda. So I waste 20 minutes waiting for crappy food. And lastly the employees there are a few nice people that work there like James a younger guy , and the older ladies that work in the morning , but the young girls that work at night are very rude. They always give me attitude and if I tell them they gave me the wrong order they roll their eyes and snatch the bag back. I honestly hate this place. read more

Multiple items on the then you are a dollar or more than every other McDonald's in Arizona. many times food I have ordered has come out cold cheese is not even close to being melted it's like they slapped it on and wrapped it and threw it out the window. The management at this location hasn't a clue, if you go in the daytime be prepared for flys and bad service. If you go at night you just get the bad service. Tried this location on 3 different occasions and finally today after my 15 minutes in the drive through, I've had enough. This location suffers from poor management, if you go to the drive through anytime between 5 and 8 pm and order anything more than 1 item you will be asked to park. I have visited this location 4 times in the evening and have had to park every time. Ok, I've had it! Went to the drive thru, ordered a 10 Piece McNugget w/BBQ sauce and coke. #7 meal to be exact. Well the fries were cold...and a tip was actually still frozen, the Coke was flat and then after I get home and dig all the way into the bag and box of McNuggets,no BBQ sauce. Not that they asked me to verify my order on the drive-thru screen, but I did notice that it said, not one, but two, BBQ packets on the screen. So the system even told them what to put in the bag. Grrr. I even called them from the road to tell them the Coke was flat to save some other schmuck from the same fate, and they didn't answer the phone. Couldn't even leave a message cause you have to input some code. I normally like McDonalds cause at least I know what to expect when I order (same quantity, quality, menu etc), but this experience was just one huge disappointment. Most people go to McDonald's after a rough work day and cause they don't feel like cooking, so to not get the quality you expect, just makes it all the more disappointing. What a complete waste of money. Next time I'll starve and buy lottery tickets instead. Just grrr. read more
