​Okay, as a California girl through and through my heart usually belongs to a certain palm-tree-branded burger joint. But since we were in Arizona we had to see what the Culver's hype was all about. Honestly, I'm officially a fan! Our oldest son was literally jumping for joy when he found out we were staying right by one. It was like he'd won the fast-food lottery. ​The food totally lived up to the excitement. The burger was juicy and flavorful (definitely more than your average drive-thru), and I finally took the plunge and tried cheese curds for the first time! Not gonna lie, they were actually pretty fire. 10/10 would snack again. ​The real MVP move though were the crinkle cut fries. Usually fries turn into a sad, soggy mess the second they hit the car seat but these stayed perfectly crispy and delicious all the way back to our place. I have never been so uncomfortable or disgusted at a restaurant in my life. The behavior from the staff was completely unacceptable and honestly shocking. The entire time we were there, the employees were loudly dropping F-bombs nonstop -- "fuck this," "fuck that," and even calling each other "assholes" across the restaurant. I was sitting there with my six-year-old child, and it was absolutely inappropriate to have that kind of language screamed across the room like we were sitting in the middle of a bar at midnight. When we walked in, there was not a single other customer there. Somehow, though, the five couples who came in after us all received their food before we did. We sat there watching table after table get served while we were completely ignored. There was zero sense of urgency, zero organization, and clearly no management presence. The kid who took our order was polite enough, but he walked around like he was completely stoned out of his mind, moving at a snail's pace and barely aware of what was going on around him. Management seriously needs to review the camera footage, because the behavior happening in that restaurant was embarrassing. If that's how the staff acts in front of customers -- especially with a child sitting right there -- then there is clearly no leadership or accountability happening there. The food is usually good, which is the only reason this place still has customers. But the service, professionalism, and basic respect for customers were absolutely disgraceful. If this is the standard they allow their employees to operate under, I won't be bringing my family back. read more

We arrived at our pickup time and were informed that our order would be ready shortly. On the recommendation of a friend we stopped in here during our Arizona excursion. What great place. The menu is extensive but don't let that scare you. I had a Culver's Deluxe double with krinkle fries and it was perfect. Just the right amount of messy but not overly so. The place is clean and cool and the employees are friendly. Pro's : staff was friendly. Everything else: I ordered one of the burgers on a bed of shredded lettuce and both of our burgers came that way. Neither had any type of sauce and were very dry. Also the food was maybe room temperature at best. Fries are dry and have no salt. No ketchup was offered or provided. 4 burgers and 3 fries cost $39. Definitely better value at other places. We came into this store recently so excited to have Culvers. I ordered a cod meal, double bacon meal and two kids meals (one with chicken tenders and the other a cheeseburger). Everything came out on time and was served by a nice young man. My daughters started eating and the 2 speech delayed year old kept saying that it was hot. She's often mischievous so we thought she was joking around. She smashed down so much juice and water. Eventually, she was dipping her chicken in her apple sauce. Turns out Culver's gave her two spicy chicken tenders in her kids meal instead of regular chicken tenders. Wow what a massive mistake. These spicy tenders aren't just a little spicy, they are spicy as h$!l! Staff rectified by getting her new tenders but damage was already done. Always a long wait. They always make you pull forward and half the cars behind you get their food before you. I ordered a 2-scoop turtle Sunday. When the kid brought my food to my car he forgot the sundae. When he came back he handed me a 1-scoop sundae with no fudge. I asked him, "is this 2 scoops?" He said yes and walked away. I ordered the make my own butter burger. I ordered a double with cheddar cheese and all the fixings except onions. I got a double burger with cheddar cheese and mayonnaise and mustard. I tried to tell them that is not what I ordered but the guy said that is what I ordered. I went back a second time to ask the guy how I should've ordered it. He said I should've ordered the deluxe. There's a whole separate menu screen to customize my own burger, but I ordered it wrong. He never offered to fix it and basically told me that I ordered it wrong.
