I will say that It is always packed but of course understandable with it being the only McDonald's near by my neighborhood. Even though we have to always wait longer than expected, Daiquan always has a smile on his face while cashiering. Great customer service! Unfortunately the employees at this location have the worst attitude in the morning, It is not the first time and I'm sure not the last time that this blonde blue shirt supervisor has the worst condescending attitude every time I go. I want to like this McDonald's SO BAD because I have been coming here for almost 6 years, and the staffs here are so nice! But I really just can't give it more than 2 stars.... Pros: The people that works here are usually very young and friendly. They seem happy all the time, which is a plus. I go there usually in the morning, so seeing happy faces early in the day is good. I also love the McDonald's app - free coffees and meal discounts are great and easy to access (for me), but some employees doesn't know how to scan the coupons or know what it is for. It's as if they have never heard of the app... Cons: The drive thru lines are usually ridiculously long and very slow. It has 2 lanes, which is a bad idea because I always see people fighting over who gets ahead. It is so stupid to see grown ups honking at each other and cussing each other out over who gets to pay first. The cars speed all over the place in the parking lot just to race to the drive thru. I unfortunately always have my babies with me so getting out of the car to go inside to order is not an option. I absolutely hate their drive thru! I go there for my coffee. I MUST drink coffee because I have a newborn so I'm very sleep deprived. However, my iced coffee is never done right. It tastes different every time. It either has no ice or no syrup or no cream or too much cream...or they are out of cups - it's always something. They always make my coffee wrong because I want mine plain but they will add flavor to it but still give it to me when they know it is wrong. They will hand me my drink and be like "There's Vanilla syrup in it, do you still want it?" Excuse me? But the sleep deprived me will always take it. When I have three screaming kids in the car, I don't have another 10 minutes to wait. One time, I needed my coffee to taste right so badly that I specifically asked them to PLEASE not forget my classic syrup. I told them I needed my coffee sweetened - so they wanted to charge me $0.35. The manager told me their iced coffee isn't sweet so for me to add sweetener or syrup, it is an optional charge. I had to tell him I go there twice a day for my coffee (again - sleep deprived mom) so I know very well what he said wasn't true - he took the charge off. One time they gave me a burger with a burnt patty. I've never had that happened to me before where the meat is BLACK and so dry. I ate it. What else could I have done? There would've been no way I could've dragged my kids back there and be stuck in the drive thru line for 10 minutes just to get a $3.99 burger right. Shake machine down 3rd visit in a row. Amanager the first time told me it was always down the same day at the same time for maint. So we went the next day 2 hours later, and when it was down the same guy had nothing to say that time. Now the third time in a row. They actually said ok at the window, charged me for my shake, then waited til I got to the second window saying they had no shakes and offered me something else. Had to get a refund.
