This was honestly the worst McDonald's experience I've ever had. The fries looked promising but were honestly terrible, they were crispy but very cold and tasted horrible, and don't even get me started on the burger, it was lopsided cold and they gave me 1 pickle on a McDouble and I ordered the new McWonderland shake and it was so bad it tasted so artificial and the whipped cream tasted old, the service took so long, it took 20 minutes for us to get our food, and they left the only good part of my meal out the nuggets the nuggets were good but everything else was terrible, and they atmosphere of the place was terrible they had kids running around everywhere and all the tables were dirty, this was just an awful experience as a whole i would not recommend this to anyone read more

1. been sitting in the drive through for 5 minutes today and haven't heard a single voice. It's 2:30Am and I just worked 10 hours. I would give zero stars if I could. We just sat in the drive thru for 45 minutes and never received service. They said to give them a moment as they were short staffed which I understand but they continued to serve the other line. I called the store to say we had been sitting in the drive thru for 45 minutes and when they answered the phone she said "can I help you" then proceeded to say they were cleaning drains and short staffed then hung up on me. First of all, I can only speak for the night shift since that's the only time I've been here. This store is labeled as 24 hours, but it's not! Some McDonald's locations, if not all of them, go through a system shutdown/reset and will only accept cash while their system resets. NOT THIS ONE! Also, IF for any reason the store closes temporarily while they do their shutdown, every other McDonald's I've been to will shut the menu lights off, or at least put cones in front of the drive through lanes to block cars from going in. NOT THIS ONE! To add even more insult to injury here, if you were to find yourself sitting at the drive through menu during this unannounced shutdown, you'll simply sit there all night while cars line up behind you. None of the people inside the store will say anything to you about them being closed. They will literally ignore you and let you sit there all night. I don't know what happened to this location, but it used to be really good. The night managers were on top of their game and actually communicated with their customers. Not anymore! Not sure what happened to the managers they had this past summer (2021) but, after they disappeared, so did the quality and integrity. I'm honestly surprised this place is even still open. About 11:30 on May 16th I was at the McDonald's at 1179 battlefield parkway in fort Oglethorpe Georgia there were three employees two females and a male the two females were extremely rude to the customer in front of me as she left one of the females made the remark that today wasn't the day and then they proceeded to be rude to me I decided I didn't want to wait and she got very hateful and when I apologize and just told her I didn't have time she continued to be extremely hateful they have the worst customer service I have ever seen and I'm pretty sure that the one that made the remark about they won't give me the district manager's number when I call they giggle give me the name Crystal and tell me that's all they know which is very unprofessional so I suggest no one go to that McDonald's because they have horrible customer service practices read more

They do not listen to orders. I ordered a sausage, egg mcgriddle and a large sweet tea no ice. The screen showed a mcmuffin. I corrected the mistake. I was handed the food, and was about to be handed a large sweet full of ice. While they were making a new drink, I checked the food and found it was a sausage, egg, and cheese mcgriddle. I told the drive thru attendant and she took the food back. Then came back with new food and again it was incorrect. Just a sausage mcgriddle. I informed her again and again she took the food to the back. When I checked the third time it was the same mcgriddle, but with the egg in it. This means that after I handled the food, they rehandled the food, and then gave it back. I would make the safe assumption that the first sausage, egg, and cheese mcgriddle that I handled will be given to the next person that orders it. I will never be back. read more

This place needs to be closed. The employees are normally nice and polite, but as someone who spent a majority of my life traveling for a living... I've never received consistently terrible and unbelievably bad service elsewhere. Are usually don't have the option of driving somewhere else or going home to eat... Every time I've come here over the last year the line has been around the building and each car takes an average of 7 to 12 minutes. now I drive here at 2:30 AM desperate for something to eat because they're the only place open... And they tell me they're going to be closed until 4:30 AM for no reason whatsoever. Refuse to give me a reason, there are plenty of employees here, they are just deciding not to serve food. antics like this are a very common occurrence, and I've never been here and had a normal fast food drive-through experience. Never in the last year have I had a good experience here. they obviously aren't capable of fixing the issues so they just need to close down. I've watched several... SEVERAL fights and arguments break out in the parking lot and drive through between customers who are aggravated and furious that they are stuck in a line waiting for easily 15 to 45 minutes. both of my visits earlier today were extremely long weights. One time they were 12 cars in front of me and the other times 14. The first weight was 23 minutes, and the second was 35. That's pretty ridiculous just to get a large Coke through the drive-through. There's nothing any of us like more after a 15 hour workday then sitting at a drive-through line for subpar food for 40 fucking minutes only for the lines to never move and you never get your shitty food to begin with. We were the only ones in the drive thru area and the inside was hardly busy. We had to blow the horn three (3) times to get the servers attention to get the order finally completed. I received 2 vanilla iced coffees on two different days. The first time I got one, it didn't even have vanilla in it, or coffee was just bad, and the drive-thru was packed so I didn't go back through. I threw that one away. The second time I got the same coffee, but asked to put extra vanilla in it, it tasted like dirty ass brown water. It tasted too sweet and I'm pretty sure they made it out of spite and not with love!
