World's worst McDs. Nobody bothers to change the menu when it should be adjusted. Don't get me wrong, a breakfast platter for dinner has its appeal but not when the staff just hasn't bothered changing the menu all day so you only get one section that you can actually order from unless you've memorized the menu. You also don't get choices on your order because the staff is more interested in getting back to their socializing versus taking an actual order. Heaven forbid you try to make them take a full order because they suddenly no longer speak English. I've tried this place 3 times and all 3 times my order has been messed up. I went to the drive through and ordered 2 large iced coffees, with half and half and splenda after a 15 hour day at work, and another 3 hours of errands to run. The person taking the order didn't understand...I was hoping it was the headphones. I repeated the order. She stated "Half of what?" I repeated the order a THIRD TIME and told her I was waiting for it to come up on the screen because I wanted to make sure it was right. She said "Yahh Yahh, it's right" I pulled from the speaker, pretty pissed off, and DOUBLE CONFIRMED the order with the guy at the window stating "the person didn't understand me, or couldn't hear me". He double checked the order, said it was right, and proceeded to take 2 large cups that were full to the brim with ice, and 3/4 full of (what turns out was) skim milk. He topped the cups off the 1/4 of the way with cold coffee (which I got grounds in, BTW), stirred it, and handed me the cups. It pretty much looked like 2 large cups of *light* chocolate milk. So fed up, I pulled away, found the coffee grounds on the first sip, and threw out the coffee. Look at the receipt, and there's BARELY LEGIBLE print on it (like the registers are out of ink). Can't read the survey number, can't read the PHONE NUMBER for the store, and can't see the survey code because the print is so spotty. Going back tomorrow to get my money back. I'll go to a 7-11 or a Dunkin Donuts and get out of the car again WITH the 3 hours of errands ahead of me, AFTER a 15 hour day of work, JUST to get the right order! DO NOT SCREW WITH MY COFFEE JERKS! Absolutely the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. The counter staff is rude! God help you if the order is wrong. This is the only McDonalds that I have been to that makes you feel like they are doing you a favor. I got a large fry on their app, which was free. It is about half full when I pulled it out of the bag. I checked the bag wondering if maybe it had fallen over. So, they make sure anything is free is short changing you so they save some money. My food came out fast and hot surprising. Sometimes, late night fast food meals are cold but not this meal. My fries were hot! Terrible customer service even for a Mcdonalds... I've eatten at this particular restaurant for around 3 years. I would frequently walk across the school to here at lunch time during my junior and senior year in high school. If you go to this Mcdonalds as much as I have, you will start to notice the flaws in their management/customer service. Yeah, yeah it's a Mcdonalds and you shouldn't expect the greatest service. However certain employees here have a tough time following orders and have a issue with their pride or trouble submitting to their mistakes at that... Countless times I would my order would be placed correctly on the screen, however I would receive something different. For example I order a sweetchili chicken premium mc wrap, and I receive a ranch. In my experiences this happens very often. Every now and then you'll talk to an employee who is very stubborn and straight up rejects the fact that you received an order that was incorrect. The treat you with very little respect when it comes to this and don't think rationally. there is also a strict 30 minute rule for consuming food inside the restaurant. Me and a bunch of my buddies came to eat at the mcdonalds after a match against another school. We were all famished. We would constantly go back and order second and third meals but in the middle of our second or third meal. The manager comes by and tells us we have to leave. The restaurant was not about to close anytime soon, or was it super packed. We were kicked out of the store even after purchasing meals that should take more time to consume than the average meal. We weren't loitering or anything, we were actively consuming the food we bought. However today I where I drawer the line. I came into the store with 12 dollars visibly grasped in my hands. I ordered the sweetchili chicken premium mc wrap large meal. The total came to he $7.40. I proceed to hand the woman a 10 dollar bill. This means there will be 2 dollars remaining in my hand, correct? The change rolls down frm the machine and I proceed to pick it up. I then look up and all I see the woman handing me is a reciept. I took it and asked her nicely, "isn't there suppose to be 2 dollars in change" and she then replied "yes, it is in your hand." With a look of confusion I told her the money in my hand is the money I walked into the store with. She then glares at me as though I'm crazy. The conversation keeps going and I try to convince her and describe the only money I received was the change I picked up from the machine. She then accuses me of lying saying "no, I think you is lie" At this point I am fed up at the fact that she is accusing me of lying. I'm upset more about the fact that she refuses to admit her wrong doing and even worse refuses to play back the video recording at the counter. She proceeds to go to the manager and talk with a muffled voice saying "I gave him 2 dollars change but he days I didn't give it to him" and the manager responds asking if she gave me the two dollars and my response is the same to him as it was the woman. She gave me the two dollars eventually but still refuses that she had done anything wrong. I constantly redirect her to the replay the video tape and you will blantently see 2 one dollar bills in my hand after I give her a 10. She still refuses to look at the video recording and at this point just repeats, "you got your money but I still think you lie" I feel as though I was wrongfully accused and that is what is bothering me. I would consider myself to be a fairly trustworthy individual but that doesn't matter as I have hard evidence the woman refuses to look at. Even after all that, I received a ranch premium snack wrap instead of a sweetchili chicken. I don't know if it's because I look young; but I feel as though the employees that do behave in this manner feel as though they are superior or feel as though their pride is being attacked. They get so defensive when the topic of them possibly being wrong is brought to light. I have not encountered any other problems like this in any other Mcdonalds. I have in fact gone to other mcdonalds who have mixed up my order. The difference is, they complied politely and without question after seeing the reciept. I would not recommend this Mcdonalds to anyone. They should reconsider who they hire as well. read more

If I could rate this location a -5, I would. Honestly, everything that the above people have said, totally summarizes this location. Dirty Management without Customer Service Skills - Especially the Asian Gentleman - Please train him in customer service skills. Employees Untrained Drive Thru Takes Forever Every few days, their credit card machine doesn't work, and they keep requesting cash instead. I wonder... I actually witnessed the Asian manager give a customer a hard time about a refund, after she had waited 15mins to get her food. He went to the window gave attitude to the customer and then yelled at his employees right in front of the customer to never take her order again. Literally the worst McDonalds I've ever been to. Service is on par with the worst post office you could think of. The biggest complaints I have are: -If you order more than one item, they will get your order wrong. I'm not even kidding - whoever is taking orders either doesn't care or doesn't speak enough english to get anything right -Employees are generally completely disinterested in anything and everything. -I've had my credit card stolen TWICE here. I know this because the charge for Mcdonalds and a strange "Square Mobile Point of Sale Device" charge for $0.00 show up within seconds of each other. The lady taking your card will act as if she's going to check on your order or grab napkins and swipe your card while you can't see. I called the chain and told them (very respectfully) "hey, you might want to check on your window employees I got my card stolen today" and they asked what evidence I had - told them about the strange charges and they replied "so you're going to sue us or what?" -Every other McDonald's I've been to in the DMV area hands out vouchers for free fries or something if they make you pull up to the front to wait on an item. this McDonalds has never done that and will almost always make you pull up if you order hash browns or another not-numbered item read more
