Went thru drive thru and was told to park, waited and waited so I went in to see if my order was forgotten. Manager asked me what happened turned and held a bag waiting. But never said sorry we'll get that when finally got the order as I was leaving he yelled at me "don't bother coming back lady" never have I ever been treated so rudely. Ordered 2 cheese burgers and 2 orders of fries with a coke. Received 1 cheese burger and the fries were only about a half order each. Not to mention I had to wait an extended period of time for my order. Anymore if you have the time some of the restaurants in town serve a better product at about the same price. read more

225 pm and drive thru was packed, so I went inside. Ordered 3 chicken strip to go, as I had a 245 pm appt. 15 min later order came out and I dashed to my appt. McHating it!!! Went at 2:55 to order. There were ample workers...... all engaged in personal conversation. Three of them turned and saw us standing at the register waiting to be helped, I was going to pay cash, and they continued taking amount themselves. I have gone to McDonald's for over 50 years in Texas and now in Grand Junction. I am very disappointed how high the combo meals are. I paid over $14 for a Big Mac meal with an upsized drink. The employees always seem overworked and frazzled. The waiting line is horrendous in the Drive-Thru and inside. I wish we could bring back the lower prices for combo meals that would make it more affordable for hard-working families that are trying to make ends meet. We don't have many McDonald's locations around here, and this being the closest to my sons favorite park, we go here from time to time. I have NEVER had a good experience here. Last time, they gave me a happy meal with the wrong food and drink, and yesterday, they forgot the apple juice all together (but added an extra fries). How hard can it be to look a screen and fulfill the order that's on it? Please just pay attention, it's not fun for us moms when you mess up a kids' order. read more

Pulled up to the first window to pay and was not given a receipt so I waited until the girl looked at me and she closed the window instead. Asked for the receipt and she called a red headed worker over with AirPods in and holding an ice cream cone that printed a receipt and handed it to me (was not my receipt). Pulled up to the second window and it was the red head with the AirPods who was eating the ice cream cone and had ice cream all over her mouth, she did not say anything and handed me the bag. Poor service and hospitality. Especially at this location. Ordered a number 9... Two Cheese Burgers. Got all the way home and one of the burgers didn't even have the burger patty! Seriously McDonald's?!?! Drove all the way back to the restaurant, for absolutely no apology from the manager or compensation for our time to drive all the way back, and a burger shoved back at me before moving onto the next person in line. 2 lanes of traffic completely surround the building going through the drive through but they need a scaled back menu! No all day breakfast. Why? Absolutely no reason. They have plenty of business. Then when I have to eat burgers for breakfast, I get no ketchup instead of no onion & a teeny tiny coffee (I've never not been asked large or regular), because she was in a huge hurry due to the high volume of traffic in the drive through. COVID should not translate into an excuse to provide poor service. Order is never correct. The wait is always 5-10 mins. Last night I waited for 20 minutes and they gave me the wrong order. the Department Manager gave me some excuse that they were updating their signs and that they were closing in 5 mins so I could take the WRONG persons order or have a refund. I took the refund and asked for the Managers card. The Department Manager stated he did not have cards available and that his General Manager was on vacation anyway. Horrible service. my hot mocha was cold, girl at the counter had no idea what she was doing whole staff seemed very diorganized, took my drink up to get warmed, they dumped tried to give me reg coffee, 2nd time tried to give me a caramal something, finally on the 3rd try got a semi hot mocha that didnt even taste right at all, i gave up gave it to my teenager. definitely dont go here when they are slightly busy they will screw up for sure read more
