This is the worst one I have ever been too. I work very early mornings. They are suppose to serve breakfast starting at 4:00 am. I pull in for regular menu at 3:15 am and no one will answer the drive through. After 15 minutes of waiting, the people who do not answer just turn the lights off! Unfortunately for Grandview, this is the only thing in town that is supposed to be open. So 8 times out of 10 I go to work without food. And when I do order, it is only correct 66% of the time. The guys that worked at this location on 02/06/21 for the morning were literally high. Kept coming to the window and then walked away. Both employees thought it was a joke. If I could give less then a star I definitely would. This was just horrible of both employees. All I was trying to do was get my food. They just kept playing hide or seek at the window. I believe the manager came by to get money out of the cash register but then he walked away too. It took forever to get our order. The smell of McDonald's fries was in the air after picking up my wife from her shopping spree. Decided to stop at the McDonalds on the corner of Blue Ridge and Harry Truman Rd. I ordered the Buy -One-Get-One Big Mac with 10 piece chicken nuggets and a large Ice-Tea, hold the ice. I ordered the Spicy Chicken Deluxe meal for my wife with large Coke and large fries. We enjoyed the fries on the way home. I was excited bite into my Big Mac, haven't had one in several months. I pulled out of the bag my wife's Spicy Chicken Deluxe, expecting my Big Mac to be next, but only found a 10 piece chicken nugget. I called the McDonald's location where we went and explained what we ordered and that the Big Mac was not with the order. I told the person who answered not to worry about it, but to make sure they pay more attention to people's orders. She said ok, and then hung up. No thank you for letting us know or anything else. I found the service at the counter to be fast, and somewhat friendly. There was a cheerful mood among the employees, which created a good atmosphere. This location has a play area, two 24/7 drive thru lanes, and plenty of parking. read more

I'm giving them 3 stars. This is due to recent contact. 3 nights in a row couldn't get ice cream or cookies. If you're thinking about going here for cookies and ice cream I guess your best bet is to go before 9-10 o'clock. And you better call before you get in your car and head up there. The menu for this location says that they have ice cream sundaes and chocolate chip cookies available. But actually going about trying to get them is a different story. I think maybe what it is they are sold out of cookies and they have dough in the cooler to actually make more but they just don't want to after a certain time. Apparently, this McDonald's is never open. Ever. No matter what time you come in, or how long you wait. The one time I did order, last Monday, the order had a chicken sandwich instead of a cheeseburger, a SLUSHIE INSTEAD OF A DRINK, and a mother fucking pancake at the bottom of the bag. So this is listed as a 24/7 location, but periodically I'll pull up at 2 or 3 am and no one will be there. On a more consistent basis, I'll pull up to the drive thru and employee will say it's cash only, which to me sounds like 1) a lie 2) highly unreasonable if it is actually true and part of policy. Personally recommend the McDonald's Stateline north of the freeway, the people are nicer, there's no BS and the food is more fresh. read more

like all the fast food places in grandview, this mcdonalds has bad and slow service, food that is cooked in old oil, and most of the time a machine in the place does not work, ex: no coca cola, no shakes, etc... they all are bad places to eat at. Have had problems in the past with this store on time and quality of service.. This time was the final straw.. I paid for $20 with a 20 dollar bill and they gave me change as if I had given them $15 then proceeded to tell me they don't have a manager on staff to give me MY OWN MONEY back... Either the cashier was trying to tip the till or just that much of a incompetent individual.. They'll contact me as soon as their manager is in at 7am..
