Went through drive-thru for lunch yesterday and it was hot and delicious. My congratulations on great service and delivery.

I made an online order and still had to wait 20 minutes after showing up to get chicken tenders and a hot dog... I had to go inside to get the food myself, that was just sitting there not even in to go bags or anything when I walked in. While waiting in my car, I watched multiple families walk inside, when I finally got out of my car to see what was taking so long, every single person was half way thru their meal. Meaning they came in 30-40 minutes after I placed my order, they got their food before me, they basically finished their food before I could even get my ONLINE order. Typically an okay experience with the quality since it's a chain. It's really more of the service. It takes quite some time to get your ice cream on regular days when it's nice out. I usually come here and everything is fine, so i left this at 2 stars. this time i placed an online order as usual and went through the drive thru to pick it up. every other time i placed an online order i was able to pick it up through the drive thru. after waiting forever to move up in the line to the intercom, i was told for the first time that i had to pick up my order inside. I informed her i am one person with four large meals for my family and cannot pick it all up myself. i am also pregnant on top of that. They ended up arguing a bit with me at the window saying that they cant do it. i told them "i am already here, why cant you just give me it through the window" as it was also raining at the time. they eventually let me, but then gave me every item individually. i had 4 large drinks, so i had to ask for a drink carrier, and all 4 of my chicken strip baskets were not in a bag. I have never once had an experience like this. I went there roughly 4:30pm on may 12, 2024. I am very disappointed. The food is way too overpriced to have poor service on top of it. read more

Once again I came through the drive-through on a Monday, early evening. to order food and was greeted with a person taking the orders who didn't know what was on the menu and insisted on arguing with me about the availability of items I regularly (just a few nights prior) had ordered. The register system was obviously not working when the price of the food totaled an amount twice what it had been two days ago. But I was told that I was wrong and finally another manager totaled the order and came up with a total just two dollars different from the normal price I had paid. Their attitude stinks and especially the young manager who continued to argue and gave me the impression that she would like for me to just leave---which I did and went elsewhere for our dinner items! Won't be coming back to this Dairy Queen. Never greeted by the 15 year old on his phone when I stepped up to order. Then my medium blizzard wasn't even close to filling up the cup and when I asked the manager (she looked 18 herself) if this was OK she did not apologize or make it better ... she instead explained that this is the way they are supposed to do it. I've never had a blizzard that didn't at least get to the rim of the cup if not overflow a bit. This place needs a new manager ... I know times are tough now but this is not acceptable on any front. Train the employees and don't short customers on their order. Try working on some pleasantries also. read more

DQ has always been a summertime favorite and the Raymore DQ on Foxwood Drive seldom disappoints. Slow Service is seldom an issue but the drive-up window can get backed up due to it's popularity. Been here a lot for ice cream. My favorite is banana split with hot fudge, caramel and peanuts -- Don't forget the whip cream! I just recently discovered their food. Chicken fingers with gravy, burgers and fries are good too. Onion rings kick ass! I often overlook the food, but it is good. DQ is not just for dessert! Free ice water. read more

The ice cream cones were exactly what we were craving and exactly what we received and delicious as always!! The young lady at the drive thru window was very kind. She simply needed help from her manager to print our receipt for us. The manager fussed with the printer and then walked off and returned with printer paper and continued trying to get it to print. The process of them printing the receipt took a few minutes.....no big deal!!!! Once the receipt was printed she opened the window and handed it to my wife who said "thank you" and the window slammed shut. It isn't about having to wait for the receipt....that for sure wasn't a problem!!! It was the fact that the manager didn't acknowledge our thank you and she certainly didn't thank us for patiently waiting or even thank us for choosing Dairy Queen to spend our money instead of spending 1/3 of the price at QT for a cone. I have worked places before where managers acted that way towards customers and were just as rude and inconsiderate to their employees. The 1 star isn't for the quality of the ice cream. The 1 star isn't for the quality of service by the young lady working the window. The 1 star isn't for waiting for a receipt. THE 1 STAR IS FOR THE MANAGER!!!! read more

The fam went out after my daughters play and everything was great. This newly remodeled DQ is so much nicer than it used to be. The order came out quickly, the food and ice cream were great. Hit and miss. Sometimes you get great food. Sometimes it absolutely sucks. Got a NY strawberry cheesecake blizzard with all the good stuff on top. It's supposed to be all the way in through.
