Do not come to this location if you're not ok with your food being tampered with. We ordered a carry out pizza and when we picked it up the pizza was tampered with and the pepper had a bite out of it. When we called the store manager was very rude and said the peppers don't always come whole. I have never once in my life had a pepper not be whole. He was very patient when o had to give my credit card number, not once but 4x, before I got it right. In the end, he apologized when it was my fault for not paying attention when I ordered. Inconsistent at best. Sometimes the pizza is on point and sometimes it's bone dry and cold. About 50/50 really. It's gone down hill recently. Do NOT even bother ordering at lunchtime! I've tried delivery twice, both times before the lunch rush (11am) and both times I've had to call after an hour to find out where my order was. Both times I was given an excuse. This time the driver dropped the order, which I understand happens, but call someone. Don't make them wait an hour and call you then tell them it'll be at least another 15+minutes. Especially without offering to discount or comp it or how about just an extra butter sauce?? I mean, something to make up for hungry kids and an over an 1.5 hour wait time at 11:30. Pretty lame. Pretty typical of a franchised Papa Johns establishment. We have used delivery and pickup and not had any issues. The wait time for delivery for us is usually around 30-45 minutes on a Friday night which is about what I would expect. I have never had any food quality related issues and the product has always been what I would expect. I have never noted any staff issues and can't say that they had poor customer service or that they were over the top great either, just average and consistent. They usually get our business for the simple fact that we prefer their pizza versus the competition. read more

I used to love Papa John's pizza, but they have been pretty inconsistent with our last few orders. It used to be that your pizza automatically came with garlic butter and pepperoncinis. The last time when I asked for pepperoncinis, they said there was a charge. This time we ended up with one pepperoncini and no garlic butter! Okay, I am going to be a little rough here, but among the big three pizza joints in the area, Papa Johns has the worst crust, I mean don't get me wrong, it tastes good when dipped in their Garlic Butter Sauce, but eating it by itself, is just terrible, I would rather eat a Little C pizza crust than this, with that being said, their cheese is great, their toppings are good, it's just the crust just kind of ruins it for me, in addition a lot of times they skimp on the toppings, if you order something their chicken, or something, your lucky if you get a lot, I do like their chicken poppers though, and garlic knots, but honestly, Papa Johns is the worst of the big three(Pizza Hut, and Domino's being the other two) read more

This is the most ridiculous Papa John's I have ever ordered from. This was the 3rd and final for me after last night I ordered on line a large pizza half pepperoni and half beef cut into squares with a 2 ltr Dr Pepper. I got that order after an hour of waiting, and the crust was one half regular crust and the other half hand tossed crust and was not square or Chicago cut as ordered. This was ridiculous, but this is not my first rodeo with this hole in a wall masquerading as Papa Johns, as I said before, the previous 2 times I let go and just called back and told them of the mistake. 1st no Chicago cut and instead of dr pepper got pepsi (hate the taste of pepsi) but pizza toppings were as asked so could live with it), 2nd same thing, pizza toppings correct, instead of mountain dew, got pepsi was told 30 minutes took 45 minutes but was hot. I told the delivery person so he agreed to bring back the correct drink, the pizza was cut wrong, called in they though I was out of my mind for asking for my pizza to be re-done and delivered again instead taking a free pizza as I had done previously, I got my piping hot pizza delivered by a male manager who was nice and contrite, but it happened even worse of a screw up last night! Tell me why when I called the 1-888 customer service number to complain that after 10 minutes on hold a woman asked me to call back tomorrow, she said "I cannot take that complaint on that store because our systems are down, can u call back tomorrow, sorry for the inconvenience."
