I went ahead and left because he could not refund me my money because he was too busy at the moment right in this review. Reporting online and hoping I can get my money back. Two hour delivery on a Monday at 3pm?! When they told me 30 minutes, and I live less than a mile away. I called over 11 times and no one answered the phone-they were full on ignoring me, so I had to drive up to the physical store in negative 3 degree weather(why I did delivery in the first place) just to get an answer. I love their pizza when they get it right, unfortunately, that's hit and miss with this location. Ever since they added the balsamic drizzle, I've been hooked. However, in the last 3 times I've ordered delivery from them, I've only got the drizzle I ordered once...when I requested extra. I stopped in this location to get just the drizzle because I'm not a big fan of the pizza without it. With as many options in the area for great pizza, the least they can do is get the orders correct. But, it's cheap and quick...I'll just make sure to order extra next time to make sure they see that yes, I do indeed want some drizzle read more

This particular location does not have green olives -- ok, just had to get that off my chest. I have ordered from them 3-4 times within about a month's time because of their any size/any topping 10 dollar pizza. We get the large Super Supreme pan crust with added chicken, pineapple and bacon - no green peppers. These is a very greasy pizza and that happens to be what I love about it. They have it ready for pickup within about 15 minutes. I got their 2 pastas for 10 dollars -- a special they run on Tuesdays. It wasn't as much food as I expected (the ad looks huge) but for 10 bucks it was ok. It did come with some breadsticks. I chose the Chicken Alfredo and Lasagna. The lasagna was the best of the two. It was pretty good for fast food but very thin and simple. The Alfredo was pretty bland except for the garlic butter crumbs they put on top. When I could get a large pizza for the same price, I would opt for the pizza. Not a bad price to try it though. The employees are friendly and efficient. I recommend this location. Don't forget to ask for cheese and crushed pepper packets! read more

If you enjoy having to reheat your food after having it driven around for 45 minutes after leaving the store, then this location is for you! (I live 5 minutes away) I bet they reallllllyyy hate that Pizza Hut has a tracker now. Since I paid for sauces I didn't receive, again, I called the store right after I put my pizza in the oven to heat. I was placed on hold for 22 minutes before hanging up. An hour and a half to deliver so we opt for pickup. The should have been a simple duplicate order. Wrong crust. Wrong Sauce. Wrong Cheese on/in crust. This is inedible. And when you have a short window for lunch and don't have time to get anything else, you're screwed because calling back to complain, you get a call center and they just can't seem to put you through to the store. Have a store credit ma'am. Sure. I'll eat my store credit for lunch. It's just not very filling. I got taken for $20 because I'm sure NEVER ordering from there again. They take shortcuts on the nightshift. Pizza Hut is a national franchise, and I thought that because of that I could expect consistency in the product - regardless of the time of day, or night. I admit that it took me a while to get on the "wing" bandwagon. But one taste of my husband's spicy wings a couple of years ago, and I was hooked. I still don't like wings with bones in them, so Honey Barbeque wings - bone out is my regular order. The sauce is sweet and bursting with flavor when piping hot, and the chicken a perfect combination of tender white meat with a nice crust. The problem is that instead of tossing the wings in the bowl and sauce of choice so that they are fully coated in the saucy goodness, they sometimes put the chicken wing pieces in the box and simply scoop the sauce over the top. Then, they actually serve it that way! As a result, the chicken pieces are dry because there's not enough sauce. I now have to double check my order each time - which I shouldn't have to (and occasionally have to ask them to please fix them right). This week on .50 cent Wing Wednesday (regular price is a bit too high), I ordered during the day, and went to pick up my order which was ready in the 14 minutes they promised, as usual. I mentioned the inconsistency problem, and it was confirmed that the shortcuts sometimes happen with the nightcrew. That makes me wonder about other shortcuts they may take. Ok, I confess I can't remember the last time I sat and dined in one of their restaurants... and didn't realize that all the places in my area are these walk-up and take-out/delivery joints. Pie was ok. Customer service was sub-par. Person helping me gave me the impression they had to work there, and they weren't thrilled about it. I would've have been there had it not for a friend asking for their pie. I won't be back, and will be introducing my friend to other pizza joints. Save your money! Trying to get a pizza delivered in a timely manner from this location is a joke. Tonight I had the worst experience I have ever received by any fast food / pizza franchise. Valerie from this location should be trained on how to provide better customer service or fired! She hung up on me multiple times, I can't believe the lack of customer service Valerie showed tonight. Our delivery finally arrived an hour after I received the text that says " your order is out for delivery." The pizza was cold and gross, and the mariana sauce and ranch I paid for wasn't there. Even after I got my pizza and went into the store to request a refund, my request was not honored and Valerie threatened to call the cops on me if I didn't leave. This experience was horrible. Tonight my boyfriend called the store and ordered EXACTLY the "$10.99 Dinner Box" I go to pick it up and there's a tiny pizza and 5 breadsticks (which doesn't even fill half the box) and it was $19.33!? Let me remind you that the box was $9.99 and the 5 breadsticks were rang up as $5.99!? Also the cashier told me it was ordered without cinnamon sticks- so I ask why it's not $10.99 and if it's almost $20 why don't I get cinnamon sticks? And why am I charged separately for breadsticks that are supposed to come with the box!? His only response was that's how much the pizza was in the box and the bread and cinnamon sticks come separately. Okay, at this point I'm just confused so I pay for it then went outside to sit in my car and look at the menu online. A $10.99 Dinner Box comes with pizza, breadsticks and cinnamon sticks. A BIG Dinner Box is $19.99 with TWO pizzas, breadsticks and wings? So, I then go back inside to explain the order was wrong. He first blamed it on online ordering and said I needed to "call the 913 number to tell them they got my order online wrong" and we didn't even order online. I called my boyfriend to make sure for the second time that he called the store to place the order. So then the cashier tells me he just owes me cinnamon sticks, and it would be a 15 minute wait. I just let it go about it being way over priced, it was just $20 and I've been waiting since 8:30 to get home and eat after a 12 hour day. I went back to sit in my car, the cashier comes outside once to make a ph me call, then right at the 15 minutes had struck (9:35) he comes back outside, gets on his phone and walks all the way down to fuzzy's. I sat there for a good 5 minutes until a relievers driver who had just walked in noticed me irritated and asked if I had been helped. Thankfully for him I finally got to get out of there and go home. Which by the way, I live .4 miles away and will NEVER go to this location again, I rather commute 5 miles to the next location before going back here again. Ordered 2 medium pizzas. Delivery driver shows up and leaves. Oops, one of the pizza's is wrong, it has pineapple on it, I'm allergic to pineapple.. Called back to Wornall Pizza Hut to tell them we received the wrong pizza.and arrange a re-delivery. The person on the phone said I could bring the pizza in- I explained I ordered delivery because I wasn't driving. He said he didn't think there was anything they could do. I said I was not going to pay for something I could not eat. He told me to stop yelling. Trust - I wasn't yelling. I told him I wanted to talk with the manager. I sat on hold for 15 minutes waiting for Vanessa to come to the phone. Vanessa looked up my order, ascertained what the mistake was said she would send a replacement out and delivery would be about 40 more minutes. 30 minutes later the correct pizza shows up and I have to pay a $4.00 delivery fee - and the pizza is not even cut completely. Fortunately there's Domino's, Minsky's, Sarpino's and Waldo Pizza that deliver - won't be calling this Pizza Hut again. read more

Oh my, this was bad. Placed an order for delivery around 11:20am to be delivered at 12:30 the man on the phone stated that wouldn't be a problem. 12:30 came and went and no delivery. We were on our 30 minute lunch break at work so time was of the essence. Called once at 12:37 and again at 12:50 to get an update on when our food would arrive. The pizza and wings were finally delivered at 12:56 by a gentleman who was very unapologetic of his punctuality. We ordered wings that were cold and had hardly any sauce on them, and a large pizza. The pizza was cold the veggies on it were so big it was hard to eat, as if they hadn't even been chopped. The whole experience and food was bad. Will not be ordering again. read more
