I ordered a quarter pounder meal with no pickles..was asked to pull forward 5 cars pulled in waiting spots and their food was brought out before mine...I backed up and the 3 girls with brooms were laughing and carrying on so loud you could hear them in the drive thru line with the window closed...when they realized I was out there they looked confused...they asked somebody and told me it was on the grill and asked me to pull forward again...I waited from 805pm till 823pm to get my food...cold greasy fries after waiting 23 minutes....I tried to call back to speak with a mgr but the phone says no one is available to take the call wow...I have had numerous bad experiences with this mcdonalds....no meat on the burger, cold fries, things left out of order....I want my money back or a replacement order or both....no one will answer...I guess they get tired of complaints. read more

This McDonalds is terrible. The orders are never right, the people don't care and when I asked the manager her name to complain to the owner, she wouldn't give me her name, or the owners contact information. When you order a 2 item burger(meat and cheese) and it's wrong, obviously you have a reading problem...... also the employees were hanging outside with every sit and wait lane filled outside. Horrible service. Will never go back to McDonald's again. My order was over $50 dollars when I told the girl I didn't have something in the bag she got irritated and said it was. When I got home it wasn't my order was messed up. I called the location to speak to a manager of course it's some young kid not an adult he told me corporate number was on my receipt yet the girl at the window didn't give me a receipt. I ask him for the number he said he would not go give it to me. Next time I'll just eat a sandwich before I waste my money with such a horrible company. If I could give this place a negative five stars I would. This is by far the worst McDonalds I have ever eaten at. My wife couldn't finish her fish fillet sandwich because it tasted spoiled. My sandwich looked like it had been assembled by a tornado. Our fries we're cold. The employees all seemed lost. One person sneezed on the napkins they put in a drive thru order. Very very slow service. I have been here for over 10mins and nobody in front of me and I'm still not getting served. Manager is ignoring the customers. Everyone knows what to expect from McDonalds or what they should expect. I worked at McDonalds many years ago so I know how their standards run pretty much. Sadly this McDonalds follows the basics of SOP but they don't deliver with that extra special service that McDonalds tries to pride themselves on. The orders are always accurate whether you go morning afternoon or evening. They rarely mess up a special order. Occasionally I will get some old rancid nuggets or fries that clearly were fried in oil that was a long overdue to be changed. Sometimes the cheese on the sandwiches isn't centered so it's hanging half off leaving half the sandwich with no cheese covering it. And often times they forget to give me my drink in drive thru and I end up having to ask for it after they say thank you. Nowhere near the best McDonalds I've been to but nowhere near the worst either. read more

After seeing the other ratings, I don't feel so bad writing this review. I know that fast food chains typically don't have a high expectation for delivery, but I believe the visits should be consistent. Visited the drive they today, not busy, only 1 car in front of me. A longer than acceptable silence when I got to the speaker. No feedback from the employee, I had to say "Hello??" A few times. Made my 1 item order. Got to window 1, no greeting of any kind, just a hand stuck out the window! Window 2 got greeted, but now the execution is awful. Good super cold! And this might just be a California thing, but when ordering coffee, my cream and sugar requests are added to my coffee. Not here in South Carolina??? Just thrown in my bag!! read more

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. On Saturday I went and ordered some McFlurrys and than once reaching the window asked to add on some cookies. The cashier ended up charging me for the people's order behind me. I would've preferred he would have told me he did not know how to properly ring out 2 for $1 cookies. The managers are basically useless as 2 of the managers said they could not do anything. Actually, the first one I spoke to said the manager in the morning could. When I called, she got on the phone laughing and said she could not help whatsoever.
