I completely understand the whole "first come, no guarantees" policy, but it's frustrating to wait in a car line for over an hour -- especially after staff has already come through to take orders and payments -- only to be told the giveaways are gone once you're finally near the front. It seems like it would make more sense to hand out the freebies at the same time orders are taken, rather than prioritizing the walk-up line. Most of us were clearly there for the promotion, and many of us ordered multiple drinks while waiting. A little more consistency in how the items are distributed would go a long way.
