I always order quarter pounder with cheese. Because they are supposed to make it fresh, but I have never got one made fresh here in Grove. They say pull to the side and we will bring it out, and every time I think maybe this time it will be fresh, but never is. read more

I always use the app to park and pick up with no contact. I have had great service until the las couple of months. My orders are never right, they jam everything in one bag. Missing condiments and napkins. This place has gone downhill very fast. Our order was two 20 piece nuggets. They forgot the sauce. Two large fries, cold and no ketchup. Literally sat in drive thru for 15 minutes and got zero service. Worst customer service ever

Waited for 10-20 minutes. For one 10pc and McDouble. I worked here so I know it doesn't take that long. Came up to our car twice asking if we had food that wasn't ours. Had a refund because it was gonna be 20 minutes old. Didn't even give me a full refund, i was charged 18.47 they gave me 16 dollars!! Terrible. Apparently they said we were parked in the wrong spot. Our order was also on mobile so it should have been prepared beforehand.honestly think it's just day shift last night was fine. read more

The chicken nuggets are exquisite! They are so good dipped in sweet and sour sauce. Everything that I ordered was there except they gave me 4 dr peppers instead of 2 which I'm not complaining about. read more

Showing improvement. Sadly due to allergies I'm unable to have most things offered. However, with my busy schedule I order eggs and hash brown quite frequently. You would think these simple items would be consistent in texture and temperature but not always so. But lately I have noticed improvement. Absolutely worthless. Last 5 times I've been in there they have completely messed up my order. The same woman running the register on Saturday mornings can't remember how to use it and has to get someone else to ring up a sausage egg and cheese biscuit... which they then can't make right. I find myself in the drive thru at this mcdonald's on a peaceful Friday night. I was with family and all we wanted was some quick fries and maybe some ice cream. The time was late probably 10:30 when we pulled in. The line was egregiously long. Service was slacking at this moment. About 25 minutes later we finally get to the point that we can order. The lady over the intercom asked us "are you ready to order?" and our response was "yes". Then we sit there and sit there and sit there. No one ever came back over the intercom and no one ever came out to us. Cars started to pull in front of us and some started to leave. We still wanted our food so we stayed there. It wasn't till 11:15ish that we realize they closed without telling anyone. The lights started to turn off and it was official they were closed. We pull up the hours online and it appears that they don't close till 4am. Interesting. Anyway would have loved the information that they were closing instead of just being left out there. read more

Loud employees have NO business working the front counter!!! Especially loud employees that are sticking their nose in everybody's business instead of working. The lobby was a mess as usual, although by the time I left which was 30 minutes later, someone finally came out and started cleaning. Back to Mr. Loudmouth... He was going off about dirty rags being in the clean rag basket. Then he was going off about a drink that he had to remake... Making that drink was the only work I actually saw him do the whole time! This guy was not wearing a manager's shirt but he was barking orders at everyone and one of the managers just stood there and watched him do it. The cashier had a very hard time understanding and remembering what my order was she sounded distracted by something else and took forever to reply. I only ordered a 6pc nugget, med fries and a medium soft drink. Got to the windows and nobody had gloves or a mask on. The food is reliable McDonald's food, the dining room is as clean as you would expect but this is NOT the place you should go if you need "fast" food. These folks are utterly incapable of managing a double drive through. My youngest loves McDonald's food so I get pulled in at least once a week and it is usually an ordeal to get through.
