I had a late work night, so I finally tried Taco Bell in Grove for a late dinner. It was empty inside and out, from my view through the window. I made my order on the app for drive thru pickup. It was hot and fresh and packaged perfectly in the box. I got the sauces I requested with lots of napkins. It's an older location, but my experience was great. read more

As someone who goes to Taco Bell often, this place is terrible. They are VERY unfriendly. I went to go get a sprite (starry) and it was disgusting. I told one of the workers I think its out of syrup and he says "I know." (not nicely). maybe if you know that something is broken/out of order, make a sign and put it on the machine. We waited a good 30 minutes just for the food not to be made correctly. The tacos barely had any meat on them and weren't even warm. Safe to say I am very disappointed. read more

Friend and I each ordered the new avocado ranch crispy tacos, and there was maybe 1 oz of meat on each one. If we wanted a bag full of lettuce we would have gone to Walmart and gotten one. read more

We stopped going there several months ago due to the food was not tasting right and the order was never right. Went back today because they brought the double decker taco back. Ordered 2 supreme double double decker tacos. Supreme is about a dollar more and has tomato and sour cream. Get home and sure enough not supreme just regular! That place should be closed down. The food was very stale, all of it. The Crunchwrap smelled and tasted like chemicals. And the service was slow and very lack luster.

Dropped by the Grove Taco Bell last evening. Ordered 1 beefy 5 layer burrito, 2 beef soft tacos and a cheezy gordita crunch. I had a drive of about 6 miles to get the order home. When I got there the tortilla around the gordita crunch was welded to the paper that it was wrapped in. As I tried to get it unstuck the shell broke into pieces too. The beefy 5 layer burrito wasn't stuck, but as far as beefy, it wasn't. The lettuce in the soft tacos was soft and slimey. You need better wrappers that don't get stuck to the hot items that are wrapped up. I know this restaurant is short on help as it takes forever to have someone talk to you in the drive up lane and it seemed like there was only one girl waiting on customers at the window, and at the counter. I never saw anyone else. read more

This isn't the first time items from the Grove Taco Bell were incorrect or missing, but this is the first time I returned to get a spoon. My order was for 1 Cole slaw & 2 double-wrapped tacos with a special request that both would be made as supremes. The order-taker said she'd be sure they'd both be supremes' (which only means they would add sour cream). They were double wrapped but no sour cream. There was no spoon for the slaw either. We ate the tacos then returned for a spoon. Being helpful, apparently, the worker walked away from the window before I finished explaining that we just wanted a spoon. She returned with sack. Inside was a spoon (Good!) and 2 plain taco, not double-wrapped, not supremes, and not wanted because we were both full. Uggh! Hey management: a spoon and a sincere apology would have been enough.... maybe with a coupon for a future order because neither could eat the tacos. read more

So I ordered a tostada at this Taco Bell location in Grove Oklahoma. I received a floppy soggy mess of a hardshell taco split in half with just beans red sauce and shredded cheese on it. When the tostadas self requires beans shredded cheese chipotle sauce tomatoes lettuce red sauce. And the lady that took my order said they didn't have any shredded lettuce and I said that was fine but then I received this. read more

The food was amazing, okay it's was alright i mean it's a TB. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. The small girl at the drive thru was very patient even tho I had a lot of questions. She didn't get mad and she answered them to the best of her ability. 10/10 read more

The service is sometimes slow and the food isn't always fresh. But when the service isn't slow and the food is fresh.. I mean.. it's TBELL.

Okay, I said in my last review that the food here was about the same as any other KFC/Taco Bell and that is not exactly accurate. I try not to go here to often but the food choices in a small town are very limited! I just went through the drive-thru and ordered a 10 piece wing. First, the girl running the drive-thru had to check to see if they had any??? They're on the menu aren't they... I got my ordered and headed back to work. When I opened the box the wings looked a little overcooked. Okay, they looked a lot overcooked!!! They were down right terrible! What is the deal with this place??? While I enjoy Taco Bell I won't go back to this location. Twice in a week they got our order completely wrong. The first time they gave us the wrong order. Luckily we were still in the parking lot and were able to go back and get the correct order. The second time we had friends over helping us at the house and we went and picked up Taco Bell for everyone and they left off one of the person's orders. When we got home and everyone began eating we didn't have any food for him. I called the Taco Bell and was told I should have checked my order before I left. I called their national customer service line and the woman asked me to hold and after holding for a little while I was disconnected. read more

Took 26 minutes to get a 12 pack of taco. Yes they were busy. I could see 3 workers and a manager. Only one guy was doing everything. The others including the manager was standing around complaining about how busy they were. The manager called another woman, she came in and caught everything up. The manager dropped a whole order and blamed the one and only guy that was working, before the woman showed up. So sad. read more

Unfortunately if you want Taco Bell this is the only one in what 30 to 40 miles. It SUCKS not only do they get your order wrong most of the time I agree with the person who said it was the dirtiest Taco bell. it is Filthy the floor when you walk in your feet stick to the ground ALWAYS. and worst it takes forever to get your order (again its always wrong as well) and God forbid you get stuck in the drive through. The LONGEST I have been stuck in the drive through was 45 minutes I Kid you not, on average its about 25 to 30 minutes waiting i the drive through,, what ever happen to fast food this is NOT a place if you are in a hurry.) Horrible.... So for starters my taco shell is stale, my youngest her cheese had a layer of crust on it when we opened the container. The cinnamon twists had no cinnamon or anything on them and the were stale. We decided to order cookies before we left and after the long wait the cookies were extremely cold. And all around bad customer service. read more

Sheesh...where do I begin? Out of the last three times I went there, one was fine. I wished we had some more sauce packets but the food was normal. One other time I went we ordered two 12 packs of tacos for the family. One of the packs contained all soggy tacos-when I called them the "manager" on duty just said "sorry about that" and hung up the phone. The last occasion we asked for some extra napkins....the guy said "okay" and shut the drive thru window. We waited, no one else was in line behind us, then I honked my horn. Nothing. I finally knocked on the drive thru window and another guy slammed it open and said "What?" I told him about the napkins and he turned and grabbed a handful and THREW THEM OUT OF HIS WINDOW INTO MY CAR then slammed the door in my face!! What the hell?? KFC Taco Bell in Grove Oklahoma is the worst. Poor management to put up with bad behavior and no discipline. read more
