Look, it's McDonald's, you know exactly what you're getting. Is it a great burger? Absolutely not. Is it a consistent one? 100%. No matter where you go, that Big Mac is gonna taste exactly the same, and there's something oddly comforting about that. I try not to eat McDonald's often, but somehow, it still pulls me back in. Maybe it's the fries, maybe it's the late-night convenience, or maybe it's just nostalgia hitting. But a few bites in, my brain is like, "What are we doing? This isn't even good." And yet... here I am. Again. McDonald's isn't about gourmet flavors, it's about that weird, almost subconscious craving that we all pretend we don't have. And for that? I came for a sausage egg McMuffin and I must say the staff was nice over the drive-through intercom. I paid and then I pulled to the side to wait for it to be repaired. The location is currently undergoing renovations. I have ordered several times through delivery apps and have appreciated the fact that McDonald's seals the food, using stickers, prior to handing it to the delivery person. During these times of Covid, that makes us feel a bit safer. read more

The service is awful. The associate's are so disrespectful. Dont get me started about the food Everytime I get food there it's ethier very cold or disgusting or they screw up my order. Also they always claim their ice cream machine is broken because they are to lazy to make a mcflurry. This is, by far, the worst fast food restaurant in the area. I really hate to write bad reviews, but what choice do I have? The food is soaked in grease. I know that burgers and fries will leave some grease on your fingers, but you will finish your food and realize that your hands would have grease DRIPPING off of them. That is unhealthy, and most of all, uncalled for. The establishment isn't kept organized and clean. The playroom will occasionally have garbage lying around, the bathrooms are disgusting, there are broken items that can be found, chairs and booths are partially rusted, and the floors also look as if they were never cleaned. The staff is always changing. So, that is a wildcard in this situation. I hate to say it, but this is not the restaurant that was advertised, and is not worth your money. read more

Always missing items through drive through, extremely rude employees mostly the evening staff.

I was sad to do this reviews once the service is actually decent and I take a group of kids here regularly so they can get some energy out since this is so nearby but I'm going to start making the 30 minute drive to another location. The cleanliness of the play area in particular is to the point of concern. When you walk into the room it just has this heavy smell that reminds you that play time will be abbreviated. One of the kids found feces in one of the slides- we reported it and it was attended to immediately but- ugh! Yeah staff saw the kids were disturbed and it would have been nice if they offered them cookies or ice cream but it never happened. On the upside, they are a friendly staff and they've never messed up the sometimes big orders. The drive through is efficient. Wish I could give them a better rating. read more

Being a fast food chain you expect a certain level of quality and service. Now I'm not saying it should be a high quality but if you go to one store and get something it should be the same at any other location. Stopped into today to get 2 egg mcmuffins and a orange hi-c. The service was fast and friendly but that's where the positive ends. I took a bite of the first not even 5 minutes after leaving the drive in. It was very cold and the muffin wasn't toasted. The hi-c was extremely watered down. I thought about going back and complaining but rather decided just to not go back to this particular restaurant ever again when there's so many other options in the same area. read more

I've been to this location several times my kids like the Oreo McFlurrys. The workers there are always so very rude so yesterday was the last time I go to this location. Person taking the order was rude, and then when we got the McFlurrys they were not mixed, THEY ARE NEVER MIXED, they just dump the Oreo crumbs on top, and when I ask for them to mix them they give me such an attitude and return with a mess from when they took the top off and all the Oreo crumbs spilled out so now I can't even put the top back on properly. If I could give no stars, I would. Me and my friends went here on 2/4/18. The staff was the most disrespectful group of people I have ever met. We payed almost $40 for chicken nuggets, drinks, and fries. As usual, the ice cream machine was broken, so someone in my party asked for a frappe, to which the manager replied "can't you read the sign? It's broken" there was a highly illegible small paper sign facing the ceiling taped on the machine. The whole time we ate, we witnessed the workers and manager staring and whispering about us. The dining area was absolutely filthy. Sticky floors, dirty tables, lights flickering. I wouldn't even dare do into the bathroom. The quality of the food was so atrocious that I refused to eat and as did the rest of my party. $40 down the drain. As we were leaving, someone in our party who has a mental disability waved goodbye. We were in the parking lot as the manager and a blonde young girl worker ran out after us, and they threatened to call the police on us, and told us to never show our faces at that McDonald's again, or he would call the police. The manager deserves to be fired. Is that really how you treat customers who payed $40? I'm absolutely repulsed by this experience. And it isn't the first time this manager has been rude, since I frequently go here after classes, and with no prevail i am treated like trash. Very disappointed. read more

Was very please with the service. I ordered a double quarter pounder deluxe and they told me it was discontinued it, which made me a bit disappointed. But the person I was making a order he told me he can make it for me because he remembered the ingredients (Mike was his name). I was very shocked and happy, because I like the veggies on my burgers. So, I will give it a 5 star and thank you Mike who took the time and remember the ingredients to make it. *didn't mind the additional fee* read more

I ordered a Big Mac with fries a few days ago. The meat patties were extremely salty and there was so much sauce on it that I had to wipe some off with a napkin.
