I give the employees here 5 stars. However, when i tried to tip them i was not allowed too. Starbucks and Target negotiated a deal. Starbucks employees are not allowed tips in Target stores. No pay increase and as we all know inflation is at an all time high. It's now becoming the holiday season which means more work, grumpy customers and are ability to show these employees are appreciation has been removed. Although i said thank you. I don't believe that pays the bills or just means a little more at the end of the day to get through a time that is beyond difficult for so many. I say this to both Target and Starbucks corporations. "Employees are your backbone" as a customer i demand they be treated better in monetary funds. Since you won't pay that. The least you could do is to reinstate tipping for these hard working individuals. In Austin, TX tips are allowed in Albertsons grocery store that has a Starbucks inside. I see no difference except Target has to be the one who made this part of the contract. Shame on you as corporate works from home safely and puts no value in their employees. I'm not sure how it even happened. My wife wanted her favorite Starbucks tea and I needed a few things from target. I ordered her favorite tea but they did not have her preferred sweetener. Once I got home she opened the tea to put sweet n low in and discovered my baristas glove in the beverage. Absolutely nasty. It can't just slide off. I wear gloves like this every single day at work. I can not think of any other way how it got into the beverage than it being physically being placed in the drink. If your that disgruntled. Quit. read more

Their drinks taste like unfiltered tap water. I think it's the ice machine is not filtered, my passion fruit herbal tea had an aftertaste of city water. I use a charcoal filter on all the water I drink and I can tell right away that the water they are using is definitely funky. Coffee taste like dirty dish water. Worse coffee I ever had. I bet they haven't put fresh grounds in for months. The donuts are stale.

I hate coming to this starbucks. They just feel like fake baristas! My beverage is always off, doesn't taste the same as a stand alone store. It's ALWAYS crowded which is always awful because they are SO slow! Even if there's two people there and super long line they still take forever! I don't know why but I feel like someone's always on break whenever I go there. I've started driving the extra 5 min to the stand alone Starbucks on 57. I recently started going here when my dad was a patient at Hackettstown Hospital. It was super convenient as I passed it everyday on my way to visit. Located right inside in the store, there has never been a line and the employees always get my order right. What's even better is you can use your Target REDCard for your purchase and get 5% off, just like your other Target purchases or you can make your purchase from your Starbucks app. And of course, you can always pay by cash or credit card. This is one of the closest and only Starbucks in the surrounding area and a welcome addition for Starbucks lovers. read more

Good Starbucks. The staff is great, and always remembers my order. The barrista Jenna was very sweet, and made my drink perfectly.

Service is always very fast and everyone is always friendly and polite! I don't go very often but when I do I never have a bad experience. The protein boxes are the best! This location also serves hot DECAF coffee. Some of them do not. read more
