Honestly, I've never had such great service. I went in to eat at this McDonald's, not expecting much. I placed my order on their order here screen, it was easy to navigate and quick. I sat down, and I was greeted by Orwin. He made sure I knew my food was being worked on, and he brought it out to me in a timely manner. He asked if I needed condiments or anything as well. It was almost like I was at a restaurant and he was the manager doing a table touch. At a McDonald's?! I never expected such kindness and great service. It was a pleasant surprise. The worst possible customer service of any McDonald's I have been to. Long waits. Rude workers. Bathroom was gross. Have had breakfast here and was served old dry eggs. Just ordered a double cheeseburger , small fry and a Diet Coke from the kiosk. I picked up a number and entered it into the app so they know where to deliver the meal. 10 minutes later I walk up looking for my order. Picked it up at the counter. I come to pick up orders at this location multiple times and every time I arrive to pick it up I end up waiting more than 10 minutes to receive the order. They receive the order 5-10 minutes before I arrive and when I do they're completely empty so I don't get why it takes so long to prepare the order. No other location has this issue because they all have the order ready when the i arrive except for this one. It's a McDonald's so I'm gonna be honest I don't really expect much when getting it. You always play hit or miss on whether or not everything is fresh. But while I feel their quality of food is always a gamble, I will attest to their quality of service. I placed a mobile order at this restaurant for Dinner items, knowing that breakfast was going to start soon, in about ten minutes to be precise. And when I arrived there it was still just about five minutes to 4am. They honored the app and still gave me exactly what I ordered even though breakfast was starting. I can't say that is the same of every McDonald's. And for that, I do appreciate them that much more and am willing to give them a heck of lot more of my business than the other surrounding area McDonald's. Thank you again! read more

The food is awful. It's always cold or tastes like it's been sitting out for a while. The staff is mostly rude, there are a few nice people there. I asked for a water with my meal instead of soda. I told the lady I didn't mind paying for the soda, but wanted her to just put water in the cup instead and she told me I couldn't order water with a meal unless it was bottled water. Drivethru girl was a big black woman who was not friendly at all. Did not welcome me to McDonald's. She took my order, then later handed me my food and said "have a good night." Ordered Fish sandwich with cheese and pickles only. Fish was cold, pickles were in a lump on the center of the sandwich, and there was only a small, 1/2 piece of cheese under the fish. The picture shows a full-size piece of cheese. Also, my two double cheeseburgers looked like they were thrown together by a baseball shooting machine. they were a sloppy mess that was unappealing. I called to complain, and Treyvon was not sympathetic. He said the cheese issue was how they do it, and I said it was false advertising. He said, "Well, that's how we do it. You only get a half piece of cheese." He did not seem to care that I had issues or that he could fix them easily. I told him I did not want to come back to replace my food because he did not know how to run a restaurant and I didn't want to waste more of my time. Inside, there was only 3 employees and about 20 people waiting to get their food as well. Both the kitchen and restaurant floors were covered in trash. For some reason, we pulled in at 11:10 pm and were told to place our order at the second window. At 11:24 someone took our order. At 11:28 another employee came over and had to get part of the order again. At 11:31 we got the order which the fries were not warm but the other pieces were fine. It was a mediocre visit at best. If there had been another option on the road home we would have pulled out of line like two other cars did. We had a long trip and would have had to drive around to find another option so waited it out. I'm just not sure why they weren't taking orders over the headset since they were able to talk to us to tell us to pull forward. read more

I go through this particular McDonald's on my way to work upon occasion and have had a few screw ups, but that is changing after today. I went there today for lunch and ordered a double quarter pounder meal. What did I get? A single quarter pounder meal. Like Joe Pesci says in Lethal Weapon, "They F you at the drive thru!" I'm pretty sure the cock roaches were working harder than the cattle eyed rejects working there. The girl took forever talking to her work buddies to take my order, which was only drinks. Then hands me 6 cups and nothing to carry it with. Then just stands there and watched me do her job. When I said something to the manager about the roaches he ignored it and allowed it to crawl over the counter across and down. He didn't even act like he could see a bug. Glad I didn't order food. Sadly I don't know what happened to this McDonalds. I have been going there since it opened. I went this morning and they were taking an order about every minute, very slow. I ordered an egg McMuffin and the menu board said it was $2.69. The lady taking the order said $2.89. I thought she mis-spoke. When I went the window the lady said again $2.89. I asked why the board said $2.69 and she said "the price changed." I told her that they should either change the menu board or charge the listed price. Her response "oh well." I went ahead and paid and on leaving, called and asked for a manager. Her response was that she did not know what I was talking about, that she did not know prices changed but would look into it. This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. (The only good point was the nice girl who took my money.) Slow, slow, and slower. It took forever to give my order and it was around 1:00 PM and only 3 cars. All I ordered was a Mcdouble. It took forever to get to the window to pick up my ice cold cheeseburger. When I got to the window I said my sandwich is probably cold isn't it and she got this blank look on her face like I had spoken Chinese. Didn't respond at all. I asked for a cup of ice and she popped up then and said .25. I have been to every Mcd's around here and none of them charges for a cup of ice. I just drove off. No way was this terrible place getting another penny. I will never go there again. This is the 2nd bad experience at this place and shame on me for giving them another chance.
