The only redeeming feature is that they are the only one that makes fries like the chain is known for. I waited FOREVER in the drive thru and decided to go inside instead, which cost me ten minutes of my lunch break. I ordered my food on a kiosk due to the high labor costs and the G paying off people to not work for so long. The kiosk spat out my receipt that was blank so it's good I saw the order number. If I had a dispute with the manager I would have had no proof of payment or anything without getting into the electronics. The person handing out the food was ok but could be a little more definitive when announcing the numbers. I understand kids don't want to work and stuff is expensive. I simply ordered a large coffee from the kiosk. There was one emloyee outside but I had 5 employess cross my way without a hello, can I help you. One was simply checking me out while he filled up his tea. Then a female employee eventually asked how I wanted my coffee but didn't deliver it out of the kitchen. She simply went back to pick ups. Another female employee told me to wait. Nobody ever delivered a coffee at 3 pm. Not a rush time. Eventually the foreigner manager(Cariibbean accent) brought my coffee and put it up on top of the case about head height. I then asked for a refund, please. It was 15 minutes for a coffee. So...I'm not a fast food fan, but my 7 year old is. And he wanted McDonalds. So we ran through the drive through and got his standard order of a double cheeseburger, chicken nuggets and fries. First off, we were in line behind someone that took FOREVER - literally 20 minutes - to place their order (apparently for a small army) and then get everything. Like, come on management - if someone does that in the drive-thru, tell them to act like a human and go inside or wait in a parking spot until their order is ready, especially with only one lane working. So, this location has good service during the day. I dropped by earlier this evening and was really disappointed. The chubby kid working the drive thru had a attitude, and he totally screwed up my order. It was simple order- a quarter pounder with extra onions. I got a quarter pounder with no onions, and no pickles. It was raining like nobody's business, and little chubby fella took like 30 seconds to acknowledge my order ( and I'm getting rained on all the time)- and then the little &$@$ didn't even acknowledge me when I paid- no nothing- reached his chubby hand out- and gave me card back and receipt with no spoken words. Worst McDonald's ever. Sunday morning around 11:45. Big Mac value meal, double cheeseburger and 2 cheeseburgers. Was asked to pull over to #1 and they'd bring out our food. 8 minutes later we got the food. We did not get an apology for having to wait and we did not get fresh French fries. By far the worst of the worst when it come the McDonalds. I go to work early in the morning (3:30 am). On occasion (because Im starving) I go against my intuition and go here and each time I leave disappointed. Each visit I either have to wait cause food is not prepared. poor customer service, finding hair in my food (3 times this has happen I even wrote the cooperate office concerning it). Got a cheeseburger delux the other day and it had so much mayo on it that I got sick. McNuggets and Chicken breast are breaded and taste like they came out of a bag. It smells bad inside too. Yoo. This location is run by a 1 man band. Waited in line for 30 minutes, did not take order on drive thru at menu instead said "come to second window, the person in front of you has not order. It's going to be a wait." Waited another 20minutes then to get my food. When I got to window guy asked me what I wanted, I said I didn't get a chance to look at the menu and order and asked if he had one, nope. Instead I ordered 20 piece mcnugget, McRib, large coke, 3 cookies, and a McFlurry. Of course the ice cream machine was down and had no cookies, but what McDonald would? I have never had a positive experience at this location. not once. I tried to give them a chance thinking mistakes happen and we are all human but the repeated lack of respect and professionalism at this location is repulsive. Today I went to the drive through and waited for 15 mins, periodically yelling "hello" or " is anyone there".....no response. Its 5:56 am at this point. I decide to park and walk in to order. However, side door is locked. I double checked the hours for this location and they in fact did open at 5am. I saw a female employee inside by the register sweeping so I started knocking. She made eye contact with me and then turned her back to continue sweeping..... So I knocked again, and again, and again. She repeatedly looked at me, made eye contact, and then turned away. The last time she looked at me she laughed, turned and said something to another employee and continued sweeping. She never came to the door to tell me if they were closed or that she just didn't feel like serving people today?....rather than acknowledging me, she let me stand outside the door knocking for another 5 mins while she laughed at me. Horrible attitudes from the employees and manager that was on duty. Went there for breakfast. Wasn't asked if I wanted to dine in or carryout so everything was thrown in a bag. Didn't offer cream and sugar for my coffee. Had an attitude when I found hair on my hash brown. She snatches it out if my hand and never shows any sign of remorse for the mistake. The manager puts two measly creamers and one sugar in my hand without once even looking me in the eye or asking if I needed anything else. Food was sloppy and rushed. Never going here again. Owner needs to fire everyone there and start over if they want to keep business here. Worst McDonald's ever. Associates cursing and talking about getting drunk after work thinking I can't hear them. Took 9 minutes for me to get my one meal last week. Store is dirty. They charged me .40 cents for mayonnaise on my burger. I went this morning and ordered 3 sausage mcgriddles that were listed under the $1 menu and cashier said they weren't $1.
