Came here for lunch today with my son. Was greeted by the cashier. She was super nice! They use to have a BLT that my son love but they don't carry it on the menu anymore. But that didn't stop the cashier from recreating it for us with the cheapest price. She was amazing and accommodating. The burgers were flavorful. My favorite style of burgers "smashed burgers". Man today the fries were so fresh and crispy and that garlic aioli man was the icing on top. Burgers were a 4 but the fries and service put it at a 5 today!

I would show you my food, but I already demolished it. I had the Ace Burger and it was great. Customer service was great. Shout out to Aniya, Ramika, & Jaboris for taking care of us!!!

Another yummy trip to Ace! I got my usual burger order and it was superb! I opted for the sweet potato tots and they weren't very flavorful. I didn't end up finishing them, but my amazing cookies and cream milkshake more than made up for it! I rarely drink their milkshakes because getting a burger and fries is bad enough lol. I'm glad I opted for a shake this day, because it hit the spot. It had just the right amount of cookies and was just really good!! Regardless of the not so great sweet potato tots this was a great meal. I'll always be a fan of Ace!

I was in town for business and wanted to try somewhere I hadn't been before. The outside of the restaurant looked like it would be a great burger place. The inside was clean with mostly long communal tables. The staff were friendly. I got the Ace burger and fries. The burger tasted burnt and didn't have a great flavor. The fries were okay. The food did not live up to the great atmosphere.

Let me start by saying I have wanted to try this place for some time. When you enter, there is a smell that is not welcoming. I believe their ventilation could use some work. The employees were super friendly and the service was very quick. The fries were just ok. Not exactly fresh, but not cold. The pickles on their burgers are made in house. However the ones I had were so vinegary it took away from the taste of the comeback sauce. I really wanted to love this place and the double Ace burger, but it was just not my favorite.

I've tried this place twice now due to their rep of having the best burgers..... Both times, I was not impressed. I've had much better burgers, and the bun throws me off every time. This place is pricey, and too pricey for the burgers to not live up to the hype. Now, the milkshakes on the other hand........ "chef's kiss". My personal favorite is the strawberry milkshake! The place is fairly clean, you'll see a paper napkin or two on the floor. The service is mediocre, there is plenty of seating inside and out. The burgers are just not for me.

I was looking at previous Yelp reviews on this business. The burgers were supposed to be terrific, according to their website and testimonials. Once you arrive, you place your order at the counter and receive a pager that alerts you when your food is ready for pick up. Always check your order because the server forgot to deliver my drink. The flavor of the burger was just okay, nothing to demonstrate excellence compared against a Freddy's or Culvers. However, the onion rings are excellent, freshly cooked, and the onion doesn't fall out of the breading. This was a decent visit, probavly would be more cost effective to visit a Red Robin or a Cookout location neatby.

Just a good burger. My husband and I were excited to try this spot after seeing a raving review on social media. We were a tad disappointed because it didn't live up to the hype of the review and was just an average burger. This location was pretty busy and it took awhile to get our food. We both had the ace burger; I eliminated pickles and he added bacon. We both had fries. The burger was cooked nicely but lacked flavor. The fries were very good and cooked to perfection. So if you're looking for just an average burger, this could be your spot.

We enjoyed our first visit. The inside is not very big, but they offer 3 long tables (great for groups) and 2 booths. There are several patio tables with umbrellas available outside as well. You order and pick up at the counter. The staff was friendly, music was great and our food came out in a reasonable amount of time. They have a simple menu, which I appreciate. I tried the cheeseburger and made it a combo. The burger was really good, but the fries were definitely my favorite. I would go back again.

Ace No 3 is a favorite of mine. This was my first time visiting the Concord Mills location though. My husband and I shared: - The Ace Burger - Burger Madness - Grand Prix Pepperjack - Fries - Confetti Cake Shake The Ace Burger is the one I always come back to as my favorite no matter what else I order. I enjoyed the rest of the food too. As painful as it is to give them 3 stars, the service was absolutely awful while we were there. We stood at the register for 15 minutes, completely ignored because they were busy. There was a huge line of people behind us too. I understand if a place is busy, but at a place that's fast casual, I would expect them to take our order so we can sit down and then there may be a longer wait for our food. The only reason we were ever able to place an order is because we went online (while standing at the register) and placed an order. So basically, they serve online customers, but not the ones standing in front of them. We saw many people leave because of how ridiculous it was. I have no idea if they ever took orders the entire time we were there. I still love Ace No 3, but I wouldn't go back to this location. I'll stick to Belmont/Myers Park from now on.

Optimist Hall itself is a very food-centric, upscale food hall with a ton of vendors, so the atmosphere is energetic and fun. Seating can be a little challenging during peak dinner hours since so many people are grabbing food from different spots, but when the weather is nice there's plenty of outdoor seating. Harriet's keeps their burger formula refreshingly simple. It's a classic smash burger done right--made to order with a straightforward menu that doesn't overcomplicate things. There's usually a line, but it moves pretty quickly, and the burgers come out hot and fresh. One of the best parts of eating here is the flexibility of the food hall experience. While you're waiting, you can grab a craft beer, a glass of wine, or even browse for dessert from one of the other vendors. Insider tip: Come with a group if you can. It's a great place to share fries and let everyone explore different vendors around the hall. Parking is fairly easy with the nearby garage, which makes the whole experience even more convenient. Overall, Harriet's is a fun, delicious stop for a smash burger, especially if you're already enjoying the energy of Optimist Hall.

The place was bustling with people trying different places within the food hall. I decided to try the GOAT burger with sweet potato fries. Upon receiving my food, i was less than impressed with the appearance. Nothing like photos from other yelp reviewers and the other Johnny Roger location. It was very small portion of fries considering up charge of $2.50. The burgers bun was not toasted and it was a basic bun, cool to the touch. I noticed my burger was missing the candied bacon that was listed for the components of the burger. I went back up to ask for it and the cashier was more than helpful. She asked me if I had the onion straws on it as well and I looked only to see two small pieces. She took it upon herself to get me more to put on top. For that I was thankful. When another worker handed me my missing candied bacon, I looked at it and was slightly disgusted at the sight of floppy soggy bacon. But I went with it and went back to my table to put it on my burger. When I went to pick it up it was absolutely cold! So I went back to let them know and they took it from me and literally popped it in the microwave. At this point I'm just hungry and ready to eat. There was no crisp to the bacon at all and the candied part was basically just to douse it in some sweet syrup. So to sum it all up. I was very disappointed in the quality of the product compared to the $17 price tag. A cool not really grilled burger (assuming they were broiled or microwaved?) no grill marks, with soppy bacon and basic bun. Also they charge $4 for a sweet tea....... The little burger was cooked perfectly. For the fries we went with beer cheese and bacon, MW dusted, and Cajun. The Cajun were the best of the 3. The MW dust is a little on the sweet side which I didn't mind because I was dipping mine in the leftover sweet chili sauce.
