This location of McDonald's is located not too far off from the freeway. I usually go through the drive-thru at this location. I believe that this location close early now, not 24 hours or even 2 AM anymore. Most often than not, the service is pretty poor, but you do not go to a fast food spot for good service though. On our last visit, I had their Filet-O-Fish combo with medium fries and sweet tea. I enjoyed the fries best because it tasted crispy and most of the time, they give me some soggy fries. I placed an order on the app for your food and when I showed up at McDonald's and tried to mark that I was there the app glitched out. I remembered vaguely what my order number was, but I wasn't quite sure and I waited outside, but there was no way for me to let them know Which stall I was in to wait for my order so I went to the drive-through. Upon entering the drive-through I was explaining to the lady this is the name on the account and she's like what's the number I'm like I'm not quite sure if I have the right number and she's like well. Was it for pick up and I said yes and she's like well and I said the app glitched out. I can't get back into it. Well, I can't help you. A chicken nugget meal with a chocolate shake, strawberry banana smoothie and 20 piece nuggets. I paid and we were asked to pull around to the mobile area. We sat waiting on our food for more than 40 minutes which is entirely too long for fast food. It took so long that I had to walk in and ask for my food and it still wasn't ready. Came here for a quick stop, however it turned into a long one! Proceeded to order as usual, ordering simply things like coffee, frappe, glazed donuts, and everything seemed to go well, until the order was finalized. I had a coupon for $2 off a large or medium frappe, and presented it to the cashier. She told me to scan it, but there didn't seem to be a place to scan it. She then asked for the code, and I gave it to her. The price didn't seem to adjust, it was still $11 something, when it shouldn't have been. I informed the cashier and she went to ask her co-worker about it, I showed the co-worker of the deal and she was like, oh this is for a frappe, I said yeah and showed the receipt. I'm not sure what was said because they were speaking Spanish, but long story short, I received a refund. So essentially I got the drink for free, but still, the customer service here needs work.
