Instead of using delicious, attractive photos to capture the majority of "visual" human beings, this particular store should put "real" photos- poorly made products. They should put their current slogan that they have on their cups: "half empty of half full" on McCafe drinks, French fries, cones. And the drive thru should be renamed to "Pay then park and wait" because I parked at the window waiting for them to make my coffee. Drive thru, sorry, I mean park and wait sucked. ordered a Crispy Chicken Ranch sandwich, and asked for an extra thing of ranch. They charge for it here, even if you're already spending $7 on a sandwich. I used to work at McDonalds back in the day, and I have never been a fan of the ones that charge for reasonable amounts of extra condiments, bc not everybody likes ketchup. Does look nice inside, and the food tastes like all mcdonalds food everywhere does, just not a fan of the policy or the way the lady told me said policy. read more

The woman wearing glasses taking orders (and payment at the first window) is rude and talks over you in the drive thru. She talks to you as if you're an inconvenience to her. Today was my second negative experience with this individual. We'll probably go to the Valkenburgh or Salt Lake Shopping Center's McDonald's from now on when we need a fast food fix. It's a little bit more of a drive for us because of the traffic lights but their customer service is so much better and I don't end up having to repeat myself because someone was talking over me. read more

Unbelievable!!! Went through the drive thru, ordered 2 Egg McMuffins. When I pull up at the pick up window, they asked me to go to the second pick up window because my order was not ready. While waiting, I noticed 5 others cars behind me who have already received their orders!!!!! Really, how long does it take to make their classic Egg McMuffins?! Whereas this has the appearance of a nice McDonalds... do not let the look fool you. If you go through the drive through you have about 90% chance of them screwing up your order. You will find items you didn't order and not have half the items you did order. And it never works out in your favor. This is a horrible location for the drive thru but the fourth star is for the staff who has a tough go of it. They were very respectful and repeated our order to us before sending it through. There was an error but the staff corrected it immediately. Be patient with the drive thru staff, imagine how awful it is for them to deal with the noise day in and day out. The outside layout should be reconsidered. Placing the drive thru on the south end of the lot would be better for everyone involved. The food is, well, it's McDonald's. Place is always slammin I guess due to the passengers from the airport. Be prepared to wait 30 minutes if you order inside during rush hour! Good thing the drive through is spacious cause parking is hard to find. Hard to hear when placing your order because of the freeway overhead. Did my order on the kiosk myself. Double checked everything. Went to pay and it kept saying it couldn't read my card when I know for a fact it works I just got the card a couple weeks ago and I just used it at a gas station. I asked a lady for help who was working the floor and she completely ignored me. I redid the order and finally it went through. I'm already juggling a toddler, my keys and wallet and I'll add I'm obviously VERY pregnant too. I got my table card and then I couldn't find the high chairs I asked a girl working the front cashier and she pointed to them cool. The stack was HUGE so now I'm fumbling around with a toddler, keys, wallet, and high chair which I'm used to whatever that's not the issue! I get to my table and we are waiting a LONG time. It's a Big Mac meal and a happy meal, there wasn't a lot of people and the drive through wasn't busy. But it took about 15 minutes. Finally the food comes!!! Toddler is excited cool, went to fill our cups with drinks and ice wasn't working. great. Grab our semi cool sodas and now I grab some fries and just as you guessed it super cold and old. I go to grab her nuggets and sauce. It's the wrong sauce. Her apple slices are missing as well. And then I go to open my Big Mac and the freaking burger is missing.... literally no meat. So I asked the lady working the floor for help and she just points to the front and said "go to the front" and I told her okay so all our food here is here which is all wrong, my toddler then will be sitting alone, why can't you bring it to the front please? I have way too much going on. And she ignored me. So I grab the toddler go ask for my food to be corrected and I got a new Big Mac and apple slices.... i has a few bites and it tasted off. We couldn't even eat the fries they tasted nasty and way too cold.... I'm so disappointed. I didn't get help when I needed it, food was cold and wrong, and left never going back to that McDonald's. We are staying close by and it's a easy walk. They could be getting lots of business from us but NOPE. I hate to admit it, but I frequent McDonald's for breakfast quite often. I always visit this location before going to the airport and jumping on an early flight because the service here is awesome. The cashiers are very friendly and its a great way to start off my day. I'd also like to add that the interior of this McDonald's is very clean. The renovations definitely paid off. If you're not rushing to the airport and wanna save a few dollars versus paying airport prices, I'd recommend stopping at this McDonald's. read more

Georgette!!!! Horrible customer service. I work at the airport and usually drive thru at least twice a week. When I pull to the cashier it's usually this African American woman named georgette. She always rolls her eyes at me as if to say "oh you again" and she mumbles under her breath as if I don't notice. I once heard her say "oh this asshole never smiles". This woman should never be allowed to work in customer service. She's rude, condescending, and acts as if she's too good for her job and the customers. I usually love coming to this mcdonalds, but I'm very upset. Tonight I asked for fresh baked cookies, which they usually provide with no problem! However they insisted it was fresh, but I know and felt the cookies and they were NOT warm or fresh! But they kept insisting. So I left and I ate one cookie, it was ROCK HARD. Excellent customer service from three extraordinary staff members. Sachrina (the Cashier), Estrella (the Maintenance), and Iwalani (the pickup station and cashier). These three staff members ensure the customer receives what the customer expects. Sachrina always keeps her great customer service attitude regardless of how busy it gets. She always helps out in every way she can. I've seen this cashier help fellow food prep staff by helping them put away food. She has also helped with the pickup station by answering customer questions and concerns. Estrella kept the facility clean. I have seen another customer tell her that another customer messed up the restroom, Estrella tended to the matter without hesitation. The bathrooms, restaurant floor, and drink station remained cleaned thanks to this worker. Iwalani hustled the pickup station and also helped with cashiering when she could. When the cooks forgot my substitute item, Sachrina and Iwalani ensured my items were taken care of. Iwalani delivered the forgotten items to our table. Nice way of making things right. Good Morning, I went into McDonald's on Nimitz highway near the airport. I ordered a black coffee with cream and sugar on the side, there must have been a serious language barrier I had to say the order 5 times. I had to wait for at least 8 minutes the manager who is working at 6:30 am the day shift short Filipino lady I guess was upset because I had to keep repeating myself and served orders after me. I don't know if being nasty and rude to customer's is common practice for McDonald's?? That manager has a really, really, really bad and stank disposition; she need to be retrained on hospitality and having a better attitude, I will not be going to that McDonald's again a fill tell my friends about her attitude. I just about lost my shit tonight at this damn drive thru. The guy at the fuckin ordering screen took 5 minutes to take my order. Pull up to the window and he's trippin because he said somebody was behind me making a big order and he's sticking his head out of the window saying "where's the other car?" I told him that it was just me in the drive thru and he said that his other "orderer" was taking a second order and it was a big one. But no one was behind me. Poor old man looked sooo tired, he thanked me and I move onto the last window. (That took about 5 minutes) NOW! Pick up. The lady hands me my soda and says "2 minutes for your hash browns" I'm like YAAAS! Fresh hash! So I'm sitting there. Sitting there. Sitting there. 2 car's had already pulled up and left at this point. 8 minutes later she comes with my bag and says "sorry for the wait" I was dialing their number because I started to think they forgot about me!! This is the newest McDonald's that opened up in the old Byron's Drive In location near the airport. It's clean, service is fast, and usually the line in the drive thru moves quickly. The food is always prepared great so far - no soggy fries, and lukewarm burgers. Better than the other McDonald's in the area such as Valkenburgh or Salt Lake Shopping Center. read more

At window 1 we asked server, a heavy set Micronesian female, became rude and said that we still owe more money. Mind you, they took the order wrong, why don't they just make it right? Unbelievable!!! This location has consistently given me bad service. And then when I ask to talk to the manager, she's too scared to even come talk to me!!! Can you imagine? They are not good with locating mobile orders and always take so long to get my order. Why I return? I'm obviously forgetful or stupid. Don't go to this location!!!! Yesterday I placed an Orion their app. I get to the location and they say they can't find my order. I give them the long order number (used only when they can't find shorter number). Nope. Still can't find. They shuffle me from one window to the next and then again to the next. I proceeded to wait HALF AN HOUR at the last window alone!!!! When I finally flag down a worker who was walking by, she said the manager would talk to me... nope! The manager kept telling the other person to talk.... toooooo chicken to do her job!! Thank God for the nice Filipina clerk who was trying to help. They FINALLY find my order only to wait another 10 minutes for it. Unbelievable!
