Is there such thing as negative stars? Door doesn't lock in toilet. No soap. No hand sanitizer. They had our food behind the counter for 15 minutes rather than coming to our table which we entered on the order. They said that's not how it works because it's a mobile order all mobile orders are at the counter. But that's not the options on their app. One is at the table and you enter the table number. I showed them the app. Then they change the story and say nobody was at the table. We were there the whole time. Then the manager said you want me to bring it I'll bring it. And she took it out of the bag and carried it over there. I said I could carry it myself since I was there at the counter. She didn't get it. Thought I was insisting they be my slave and shlep it to my table. Manager misses the point entirely. This is the lamest McDonald's ever read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is a joke. I was waiting in line for 20 mins. No one came to the speaker to let anyone know anything... & I pulled up to the window & knocked on it. A boy came to the window and opened it advised us they couldn't take card, only cash. I told him we've been waiting for 20 mins, they have a line to the street and no one said anything about that or even took our order. The lady that was suppose to take our order was just in the back standing looking at the computer. Look like she wasn't doing anything. Then the boy told us to move forward to the second window. Another lady was there but was standing on something to I guess restock. Worst customer service. I really appreciated the boy that came to the window to help us because that wasn't his job to & barley spoke English. read more

We all know McDonalds. Everyone has a few guilty pleasures. For me, it's breakfast, with the hashbrown in the greasy sleeve and the sausage biscuit, without egg. I also used to love the "two cheeseburger's meal, ketchup only, with a Diet Coke to drink." Unfortunately, that meal is gone. There are fewer options now. And, as a customer, I would like to say that the mobile app is hard, and I have a PhD. You have to understand where to order...in the line, in your car, or inside. You have to activate the order in the parking lot and not a second earlier on the drive there. If you choose to go inside, you can order at the counter with a person (yea, old school) or at the table using a code on your phone or at a stand-up full size display where you type in your order. You can pay on your phone or with money. This is all stressful when you are ordering food that costs only a few dollars. Do you think corporate leadership understands the new overwhelm they are causing many of us simple folk who just want salty fries that are wonderfully hot when we are tired? As a last thought, when you are sitting in a slightly grubby McDonald's parking lot late at night, and someone knocks on your window to give you the food you have ordered on your app, you jump. read more

We ordered 4 boxes of 10 nuggets each. We received 8 or less per box. They were warm, the sauces were included and delivery was on time.

I want to say, I am ONLY making a review because I have called multiple times to make a complaint and my calls are NEVER answered. BUT, this location gets ZERO stars. I am not a frequent FOOD eater but I do go to McD's often for a sweet snack otw home from work. every other location I stop by I have NO ISSUE except for this one. not only is the service SLOW, but the employees are extremely dismissive about anything I ask for. If I ask for honey they always say they don't have it before even checking and eventually coming back with honey mustard... i ask for HONEY and get the same cycle repeated before they come back with it. I ask for my cookies to be made fresh, not reheated, but fresh, every single time (and yes I do state the difference when ordering). 1/2 of the time they don't even try and give me old cold cookies. The other half they take old cookies and put them back in the oven to heat them... this makes the cookies ROCK HARD and you can smell the burn. When I ask if theyve been reheated they will lie straight to my face.... honestly I understand it's fast food and it's not a necessity... but like dang.... can you just do your job?!?! This trifling manager just tried me today. Ok I pull-up and order a McFlurry and 3 hot n spicys and a McDouble. The guy repeats my order and rings it up. I get to the SECOND window after paying and I'm told "the icream machine is down the guy that took your order knows that idk why he didn't tell you" now I'm already pissed because that's the only reason I come to McDonald's. I then get my order and I drive off, I open my bag and theirs only a McDouble......... I turn around and pull-up to the window and tell them my order is missing 3 hot n spicy. He then ask my receipt I show him the the receipt, JUST TO FIND OUT I WAS NEVER CHARGED FOR THE HOT&SPICYS So now I have to give them my card again. The manager come out with a bag and hands it to me, I open the bag and it's 3 regular chicken sandwiches! I pull BACK UP to the window and tell them AGAIN I said HOT AND SPICY! The manager then says oh well I need another $1.50 for that. I said hell nah! You made me come up to this window 3 times and you tryna charge me again?! Go get my food right!! She then questioned the guy at the register "did he say mcchicken or hot n spicy" AS IF I WAS LYING. At this point I was ready to hop out the car cuz I'm tryna squabble something. Moral of the story is I'll never go back to this location until the Hispanic lady manager is FIRED because she is rude and disrespectful! read more

I have no idea what I was served. It was supposed to be a Big Mac Meal and I did notice that the meat looked gray with specks of white in it. I ate it anyways and am still sick 4 days later. Staff was unwelcoming almost as if in warning. My mouth tastes bad still. I wouldn't even write a review but the last time the burgers got me sick, too. I never thought I'd be leaving a McDonald's a five-star review, but here I am! At my son's school, parents can eat lunch with the kids, but they must sit outside. Well, the weather here has been quite chilly, plus, I've been sick. To avoid further illness, I temporarily checked him out to have lunch somewhere warm. I packed his lunch so he didn't need food. I wasn't particularly hungry, but I wanted a drink. Because McDonald's has my favorite guilty pleasure (Dr. Pepper) for just $1, we decided to go there. We arrived at around 10:25AM while breakfast was being served. The toy displayed immediately caught my son's attention, and he wanted one...but without the happy meal. I ordered my drink and asked the server if I could purchase a toy. He went to the back and grabbed a toy for my son. He did not charge us for the toy, which I thought was really nice. Then, my son asked for fries so I ordered and paid then went to have a seat while my order was being prepared. Of course, my son had his lunch kit from school so he pulled it out (homemade pizza lunchable) and started to eat. I was nervous that the employees would tell me that's not allowed, yet they came by to give him a high-five and compliment him on his healthy lunch. They were so sweet to him! The cashier even brought out order to the table instead of calling out the number as they usually do. We were able to enjoy our lunch in warmth and peace, and my son returned to school with the biggest smile on his face. Well done, McDonald's! read more

I have developed a new rule for cheat meals/meals where I am eating my feelings/and other "should not be eating this" meals associated with professional/personal stressors: if the first thing out of your mouth is "we are out of Diet Dr Pepper" then I am going to keep driving. This being an experience of course that began with: "oh man, couldn't get across the lanes on 59 to get to the usuals" and had to take a later exit. I am not a total hater on McDonalds, their bacon mcgriddle is perfect for curing the Jose Cuervo, Dos Equis, and Malbec back-alley, no holds barred brawl raging in your stomach - the devil and god raging inside of you that Philosopher Jesse Lacey oft muses upon. The bacon mcgriddle becomes even better if you eat it at an airport or in the middle of a loong roadtrip, it is something like the manifest destineers enjoying their cured and salted meats many miles from home, a mile from typhoid on the Oregon Trail video game, and still a long ways away from the Willamette Valley. In this instance, I was running late and did not have time for my usuals of kolaches and/or bagels and/or breakfast tacos, sadface. Sadface indeed as I was stripped of my Diet Dr Pepper this morning at gunpoint and forced to go with something more disappointing than finding out you are the father on the Maury Povich show: having to drink Diet Coke with your bacon mcgriddle. Sometimes the mcgriddle comes out greasy, that is to be expected. But this time the bag was see through and shiny, the grease from the hash browns meshing with the mcgriddle's so much it is impossible to tell where one riptide of grease began and where the other ended. Disgusting with a bunch of exclamation marks like this!!! And this!!!! For good measure, this too!!!! On top of that the mcgriddle bun bottom was scorched, even with a black scorch mark, I am not being hypercritical about that. The cheese was too much and stuck to the wax paper. Notsogoodmethinks. I was severely disappointed with the soda and the food but the ketchup rationing was the final straw. When I ask for extra ketchup from the rest of the world that means stick your hand in the cookie jar and grab a big old handful. Not one tiny, teeny-tiny, little old dainty ONE additional packet of ketchup. We might be in the middle of six pointless (or is it seven today?) wars but I am pretty sure I remember Monotone McBoringpants saying something about guns vs. butter in Macroeconomics, lo all those long long years ago, and not guns vs. ketchup. Your profit margin will not change if you lose two extra ketchup packets each of my infrequent visits. I am giving you the grade of McFail. Please McGo and McWork on it. read more

It never fails that if you go to this McDonalds late at night they seem to give you the bottom barrel fries that has been sitting there for an hour. I had contacted the owner/manager through email which they were very nice into offering me some coupons/vouchers - I kindly declined and just asked them to "fix the problem" instad. Lo and behold I've had it happen more than once after that one incident. I do have my late night cravings which is why I go to this 24 hour McDonalds. But because of this I'd rather be on the safe side and check out other burger joints that are open. read more

My friend and I came here to grab a quick bite before heading to the REI Garage Sale. Let's set the stage: EXT McDonald's Drive-Through Window Order placed: #3 on the breakfast menu, oatmeal, and a coffee with one cream two sugars. Driver goes to first window pays. Instead of returning the card quickly, the cashier proceeds to have a 3-minute girl-talk with another coworker. Car drives to second window. Driver and passenger watch a dude make instant oatmeal. It appears to take several minutes. Worker disdainfully hands a bag and coffee to the driver. Driver asks passenger (me) to check the order as driving away. No oatmeal inside nor a spoon. Driver parks, walks back in, retrieves said missing items, tiredly gets back in car. Driver happily looks on the coffee, which was not prepared according to order. ^Perhaps not a tragedy, but definitely a comedy of errors that tells me not to patronize this McDonald's again. read more

I guess they're doing work on the interior but lord, they need to put some signs out! The only reason I thought they MIGHT be open was because I saw a car pulling around the drive thru lane! Ordering and paying was a breeze (it's hard to mess that up!) but when I got my food, the lady straight up ignored me when I thanked her! Of course, it's not a huge deal, but when someone says absolutely nothing to do as they're serving you, and they aren't on a headset or otherwise occupied, it's a little off putting. This place is terrible! I should have gone next door to Boston Market. But my daughter could not wait to eat the good home cooked meal I had at home after church. 1) The drive thru moved so freaking slow. 2) You could barely hear the individual through the speaker. When I informed the cashier, they looked at me like I was crazy. 3) I ordered a kid's meal nuggets & a snack wrap. There was something fishy about the apples. My daughter was disgusted with the way they looked. I have no clue how they missed that & had the audacity to place them in a customer's bag. 4) They were in a rush to move us along & I had to ask twice for the rest of my order. And has to remind them of what I ordered. 5) they asked me if I wanted a Barbie toy, but received something completely different.
