Today around 9:20 I picked up a mocha frappe from this location. Like usual when the drink is first given it is pretty cold and it contains little pieces of ice. While I was sipping on my drink I was having a hard time sucking on the straw, I assumed a piece of ice was stuck or perhaps the drink was too thick. When the drink finally seeped through, I felt a little chunk of ice, or so I thought. As I was chewing I noticed the "ice" felt a little squishy so I spit it out, and to my believe, there laid a roach. A damn fucking roach. This location needs to have an inspection of some sort to avoid further experiences as such. I have never experienced this whatsoever at any other Mcdonald's location. Just horrible. I've just had the worst customer services of all time anywhere. I ordered a happy meal and asked For a Dr Pepper. I was giving an apple juice and charged for it, so I said it was a mistake bc I asked for Dr Pepper. The girl that was handing me the food checked my receipt and said I ordered apple juice. I'm aware what the receipt said, but is there a a possibility the person that took my order input the wrong thing? I've never in my 30 years of being alive order apple juice. I mentioned it was a mistake, instead of apologizing she ROLLED her eyes, turned around and asked for my card. I asked how much would it be, if there was an up charge. She didn't know, but still wanted my card. At this point I didn't want to argue with her and just want to get my order right so I can go. She took my card, and fixed my order. Came back and shoved the drink at me. Turned around and attended her business. This whole interaction was so hostile. And I'm not asking for a 5 star services or anything, but being polite really doesn't cost anything. read more

I drove over to McDonald's last to pick up some food for myself and my brother. I got the food, ate, when to sleep, next thing I get woken up by my stomach around 4am. my stomach was hard a rock, all of a sudden I felt as I needed to throw up, which is what happening next. I threw up 6 times in the toilet. My head was covered in sweat and I had the chill and the runs - guys don't go spend your money in that establishment you'd regret it later, shit I know I do, no pun intended. Terrible outcome. I mean, am I running to McDonald's for a big lunch or breakfast? No. However, I do enjoy the random order of French fries, hot chocolate, or ice cream cone when they are available. Remember when you were little and your parents took you for an ice cream cone, lol. I came here for lunch break to get an ice cream cone and my coworker ordered a strawberry watermelon Minute Maid slushie. I enjoyed my cone. Neither one of us like watermelon but he said the slushie tasted mostly like strawberry so he liked it. I came back the next morning for a medium hot chocolate which was hot and creamy. Yum! So first off, let me preface by saying I work in the food industry myself I understand how busy days get and have no problem being understanding. Now with that being said I had an order that I asked for light ice on a sweet tea and they put 3/4 of the ice full and when asked for less ice at the drive-through window the manager (German) literally rolled his eyes, and as he was fixing, the drink was shaking his head. I asked him why he was shaking his head and I quote his words "you're making me fix your drink when I have a lot of drinks in the line." THAT'S YOUR JOB. Very piss poor attitude and he would rather complain than to actually do his job and try to help the customer. I gave the cashier my phone to scan my for rewards. It was scanned and then I was told I had to go inside to rescan, went inside and they said my reward was just redeemed but they never gave me my food for it. I ended up paying for it again since I never got it. Not sure what the point of having a rewards system if you can't even get your food for it. read more

The crew member at the recieving window for orders was a complete bitch to my mother about emptying the ice out of her drink. First she just took out half and was like "This is what it's gonna look like." Like okay...we said no ice though? And that's when my mother said just empty out all the ice. This establishment is pure trash! The employees are rude, the Hispanic male who portrays himself as the manager is rude and lacks customer service and proper understanding. He acts like he doesn't understand English when you talk to him about a refund. I was double charged on two occasions via my debit card. I called this morning and spoke with one of the managers who was rude and told me to come up there with my bank statement to prove I was double charged. When I got there the young lady that was at the register walked away when I walked up so I got into the other line. When I approached the counter I asked for the manager and the Hispanic guy asked what I needed. I told him I called earlier about being double charged and he immediately said I didn't call and he doesn't know what I'm talking about. I again explained that I visited that morning and later noticed I was double charged. He asked to see my receipt and I showed him. He then said there's only one charge and that if I want a refund I needed to bring the food back. I told him once again that I was double charged for one order and want my refund. He said he wasn't refunding me because I got the food. I told him that I did not have two orders, I had one order and received one order but you charged me twice. He walked away and called someone. Then he came back and said I need to show my bank account proof, so I showed him my online debits whereas it was charged twice. He then threw his hands up and said oh well I can't help you. I told him he's robbing me and that I would call the police. He said ok call them and walked off. I asked for the corporate phone number and he ignored me. So, I turned to the associate who was standing there and she hunched her shoulders and started talking to the other girl in Spanish as if she didn't speak English. I asked again for the number to corporate and they walked away. So I asked the manager for his name as he turned around I took his picture and told him I would report them all. There was a man in the window who was collecting money with a Virgin Mary tattoo on his forearm and I requested a special way for them to make my eggs. After I asked, the guy told me "no". I asked no you don't know how to make that or no you just don't want to make it. Worst location ever!.. Brought my son and daughter here for brunch and playtime. The food was passable. Let me just say that I know it's a play place and I expect there to be kids escaping the 98 degree heat. But to have my 5yr old daughter walk out of the play area not because of the amount of kids but because of the unbearable smell says a lot of the overall cleanliness of the place.
