Sat in the car for while looking over the menu, and thinking if I wanted to go in or not.. and decided after while to just try it. I walked in and went to the cashier Devon, I asked him to give me a moment because it was my first time there and he offered to explain the menu to me. I said yes and he gave me the whole rundown. He explained the sauces, the fries, and toppings! The owner or manager was in and he was very helpful as well! I can tell he was so grateful for his staff. I could tell he was happy he smiled and also helped the staff in the back. Which in many ways makes a great leader. The food is really good! My burger had a lil kick to it which was *smacks lips* so good! The steak on the potato was soft not chewy and didn't have a lot of fat. They have a drive through which is how I even stumbled upon it, because all signs point towards the street. Overall I'd go back again and sit in to eat. read more

Devaughn was super helpful and just chill. I love personalities like his in hospitality positions. So so needed. He gave me his favorite options since I've only been to a Beck's once in my life. He even helped me pick the best choices and combinations that were more financially flattering. Lol. He was personable, not pushy, patient, and pleasant. What a wonderful combination. I noticed his disposition with other customers and he maintained his helpfulness and cheerful yet chill disposition. I ended up ordering a kid's meal because I just needed something to nibble on while I go to my hair appointment across the street. I got a burger all the way with address bacon, extra crispy fries, and a lemonade. **Lemonade 7/10 Not too sweet and had a nice kick of tang. Great temperature. Cold enough to enjoy but not to hurt your teeth. (This is without ice since I never add ice to anything I drink). **Burger 8/10 Solid burger. No bells and whistles. Bacon was a good save or else I probably would have given it a 6.5 out of 10. The beef is a little dry which is kind of strange because it's a tad Pink as well. I like a well done burger, but I'll let it slide today. **Fries 2/10 I asked for extra crispy fries and they were very much like skinny baked potatoes. There's just something about a potatoey fry that I hate. I don't like the texture or the way it feels when I chew it. This was a major fail. Other than that, thanks to the very short wait time, and Devaughn, I had a great experience. Becks prime had a bogo deal for their anniversary and I had to take advantage of it. I went to their location in Meyerland, which was packed. I decided to go all out and try the Bill's burger. It comes with sautéed onions, sliced cheddar, bacon, jalapeno, prime sauce, and lettuce. They usually cook their burgers medium by default but I requested for medium rare. The burger came out really fast and it was loaded. It was a really big burger and it passed my burger craving. Each bite had a little of everything in it. The patty was tender and pretty juicy. Decided to randomly stop in this place because I'm a foodie and I try out different spots. I ordered a chicken breast with vegetables. I waited almost an hour for my food just to get a small piece of a chicken breast and some vegetables for over $20? I was shocked by this and upset and displeased and then I realized that they tried to get me to add sides to this which were over four dollars apiece? Minus points for that. The overall flavor or the items ordered where very good actually. So the summary would be; very overpriced, mid quality,& fast paced food . Came to this restaurant yesterday around 5pm.. (Drive Thru) I was a bit anxious since this was my first time here....but my son wanted a burger so bad. My son told me this place made awesome beef fajitas and backed it up by taking me to see for myself, i'm now a believer. We shared fitas for two with a side of truffle fries. I don't know if they recently expanded their selection or what, but I don't remember all of these entrees being at the Kirby location. The layout is a little weird, with a huge section carved out in the middle for bathrooms and whatnot, but I guess it works since there's no waiter service and you order at the counter. We had planned on grabbing burgers, but after seeing the menu, we decided to try something new. We ultimately opted for a bowl of chili and a loaded baked potato. Both came out steaming hot and ready to go. The chili was thick and meaty, and the potato was overflowing. Whoever served us must love cheese as much as we do, because both items came with a huge mound of shredded cheddar on top. They don't skimp on the quality of their condiments, either-- the onions with my chili were fresh, the crackers were captain's wafers (not Saltines), and the baked potato toppings were top notch. It is pretty unique as a wood grilled burger, and as a result it smells and tastes smokey. They got the meat to match the smoke, like a good smoked sausage or kebab. This location has a nice patio and ample parking compared to the smaller Kirby location. The staff here is always great and prompt. You don't have to flag anyone down for attention or a refill, they know what to do at the counter. Some must try items: queso with chips and salsa. Some of the best queso I've had - it's simple and the roasted/sweet salsa is addicting. Perfectly salted chips. Today they were out of chips so I was somewhat heartbroken, but that is rare and at least confirms the freshness of the food here. California chicken with guac, and of course Bill's Burger. Sweet potato fries all the way. Great ambience too. Can be loud/cold due to brick walls but I like the way it looks and lots of natural light.
