Service is absolutely terrible. Waited over 20 minutes for my order name was never called. Food was just sitting. Workers just walked past me didn't say anything made full eye contact and didn't ask if I needed any help. Once I asked for my order to be remade because I didn't know how long it had been sitting there manger came and remade the order for me. Sent in a mobile order and went inside to wait when I arrived because the spots were all taken. I checked in on the app, and selected "Counter" for where I was picking it up. My number was on the "Processing" list and then suddenly disappeared without moving to the "Ready" list. I asked the manager about it and showed her my order number and name on my phone. She looked at, what I found out later was my order with my name and number on it. And then asked if I had placed the order for that location. I confirmed that I had. She looked at my order, with receipt on the outside of the bag again, and asked for my name, which I provided. Then she asked for the email receipt, which I provided. She finally gave me my food and said they didn't know I was there, despite the app showing I'd checked in and selected Counter, and me literally standing in front of her with proof of my order, asking for it. Rather than seeing they matched and giving me the food right away, we went back and forth three or four times. Then I got home and literally half of the food was missing. It was supposed to be two sandwiches and two four piece chicken nuggets. But both of the chicken nuggets were missing. That's my fault for not checking, I guess, but they included the dipping sauces, so they knew there were supposed to BE chicken nuggets in the order. They also gave us one wrapped straw and one straw that was completely broken and without paper covering, which was kind of gross because that was touching our fries. While there, I also saw that every table was dirty, despite them all being empty, and their soda machine available for customers to fill their own drinks had no ice. ZERO STARS - The ONLY Reason I go to this location is because it's right outside of my neighborhood. My order is ALWAYS MISSING something! They always mess up the order or forget items. I waited 40 MINUTES one time, on French fries because they didn't have any and were "Cooking" fresh fries. Today they forgot half of my order. This location always has issues with orders that I've encountered so far. Somedays I'll drive 6 miles away to the Kingwood location, because the other location, always get my order correct and has great customer service. this location is great customer service, well staffed. I really appreciate the self serve kiosk, order ahead of the line, and even the option to order and pay via credit/debit card as well. staff makes an efffort to make sure that each customer receives their order as specified. no wonder this place is always well packed. great service brings repeat customers. i have also visited the west lake houston near beltway 8 location several times, and for some reason that location seems to mess up my simple order every time. read more

This place is pathetic. I eat McDonald's about 3-4 times a year. Since this place is close by I buy from here 1-2 times a year. At this particular location, they forget some of the food they order, serve you cold fries and burgers, give you flat soda, incorrect change, etc. The list of what they do wrong is too long to list. I'm sure they have their good days because every time I pass by the drive thru is full and there's always people inside. I blame the managers. The youngsters working there should be taught about quality service. Those who are cooking/handling food should also be taught about quality. I guess since it's fast food no one cares. If you're eating there a lot maybe you don't care about your health so I'm sure the employees could care less. If I could, I would rate this location a 0. It has gotten from bad to worst. Food is not fresh. Multiple times, the meat on cheeseburger is completely dry. I called the manager and it lead nowhere. Breakfast burritos, tortilla is had to the touch. Can't eat it. Nuggets, they taste like dirty oil. Tonight, their staff was way out of line. Couldn't order via speaker, jokes, screaming & all. At the window, the girl was fully engaged in a conversation with the other male companion. Very disrespectful for someone who is trying to order food. I pickup and deliver for UberEats, so I am in restaurants throughout the week. This McDonald's was amazing with making me feel welcome. I was greeted politely as soon as I walked up to the counter, by a nice young lady. She notified me that she was working on the order I was there to pick up. Another employee was working next to her and made sure to say "Hello" to me. As I waited, the manager came around the food equipment and stopped to greet me also! THAT is what customer service soon be! So many McDonald's need to take lessons from this location. I know that I would stop here again to eat here just by the way I was treated. I'm so mad. I ordered a caramel macchiato. I basically got chunky milk in a cup that was watered down. There's zero coffee in this. If you've drank coffee before you know there is not one drip of coffee in this cup. Plus random chunks of milk. I had one sip. I got these white chunks and I was like wtf. It was so horrible.
