This McDs is not for anyone needing a quick meal! Expect to wait at least 30-45 minutes if going through drivethru. The line is almost always backed up through the parking lot and it doesnt move anywhere quickly. So if you have time to pop on a movie for the kids and chill out in your car, it shouldn't be an issue. I gave them 2 stars because I am pretty sure this is the only McDonalds I have ever been to multiple times that hasnt messed up my order once, so they got that going for them. read more

Waited 20 mins for a burger. The service was terrible and while waiting i counted 8 cars go by the drive thru getting their orders first even though i ordered first (noone in line). The worst McDonald's you will ever eat at, I honestly wouldn't even give it one star. I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt with COVID and all but it's terrible. More than half the time your order is wrong. The service is terrible and there drive-thru is ridiculous. If they ask you to pull up just expect to wait forever and most likely your order will be wrong or they will forget something. We waited 30min for our food and this will be the last time I will eat here. The fries were old, the hamburger bun was so stale it was crunchy and the drink was warm with no ice. They forgot the kids meal fries and apples. The Owner and Manager should look at changing there process in the drive-thru because it doesn't work. We came here to stop and use the restroom and order some food while on the road. The bathrooms were very clean and the food was up to par. The only downside was that the dining area was closed for construction so there was no place to sit and eat as of the date of this review. The service was excellent as well, and the food came out fast and hot. read more

Coming here for a quick bite right after a 12hr drive we went through the drive through at 10:30pm and the staff was AMAZING! they were up beat and lovely and made my cookies fresh and served them in a little platter. Great stop for gas and some food , clean and ample restrooms. We stop by in need of gas and a car cell charger , we ended up eating at McDonald's and took advantage of the jungle gym , good customer service , we waited a little longer than normal for the food , the kitchen seemed like they had it under control and brought out the food fast enough it was the handoff from the front counter to the customer that seems to lack enthusiasm. Food was sitting for a while before they gave it to us , I could of actually gone back there and grab the food myself but didn't want to seem rude . Overall it's a good spot. Of all the McDonalds dining establishments that I have had the fortunate opportunity to patronize, McDonalds of Hurricane, Utah is roughly equal to the rest. The food here was virtually indistinguishable from that of any other McDonalds at which I have been a guest. However, the density of extra-terrestrial entities seems to be even greater than most McD's. I have suspicions that this is the mothership due to its astounding average-ness. I would rather select 0 stars but that wasn't an option. Living in Hurricane I have visited this McDonald's several times. 80% of the time, something is wrong or they are out of something. Today, they have no soda. WTH kind of fast food place has no soda. There was no sign on the drive thru area that said this and they didn't even announce this at the beginning of taking my order. I asked if there was a discount on the meal since there's no drink. I mean, why would I pay for a full meal with a drink and it doesn't even include a drink? You're not going to charge me for something that you don't have and that I'm not getting. The guy on the intercom for the drive thru said he doesn't know and then sat silent. I said, well, are you going to ask someone? With an attitude, he says, do you want me to. I told him, OBVIOUSLY yes! Of course I wasn't going to chance it and eat there after that because I didn't want any extra things being put in my food (if you know what I mean). I proceeded to the window to see who this rude person with an attitude was and nobody opened the window so I drove off. This was just 1 of many times. My kids love happy meals which is the only reason we have kept going here, not to mention the next closest McDonalds is not close at all. Other times we have been there, the ice cream machine has been down several times, our order has been wrong, there's some rude employees who say nothing and just take your money and give you your order. This is BY FAR the worst place I've ever been to and I'm sure if they weren't the only McDonald's around, nobody would go there. My experience with the Hurricane, UT McDonald's has been so bad that I haven't eaten at that or another McDonald's since my last episode and never will again. Numerous times I have ordered the same thing.....quarter pounder with NO CHEESE!!!! Every single TIME they put DOUBLE cheese on the hamburger. I finally complained to the manager and all I got was a dumb look and silence. That led me to contact the corporate offices. I was told the Franchisee would be contacting me shortly. I never heard another thing from them. The fast food employees want $15 an hour???? The employees at Hurricane McDonald's aren't worth minimum wage if they can't get a simple order correct (double the cheese when the order states NO CHEESE). I am sorry guys, I hate to be negative but today was the last time I will go to your restaurant until Laura is removed. Yesterday she was fighting with customers that were requesting a refund due to her lack of attention in simply handing a customer a sundae which they ordered. Customer was waiting forever and this poor lady can't work the register and handle orders at once. Then she stands up stoopified looking confused at where she is at and looks at the lobby and starts yelling at everybody standing around waiting "Everybody just take a chill pill" ... then laughs and begins picking her nose. Laura is horrible, incredibly inept, and simply needs to be let go at this point. It is clear this just isn't the place for her. I understand there is a campaign to hire seniors but this is ridiculous and maybe it is time to review your wage and just add a $1 more or something to keep some of your better employee's.... you have HAD good employee's and it is a shame you will take out radio ads, and do everything you can do BUT the obvious of what needs to be done. read more

Usually, what you see is what you get with McDonalds, but this one is horrible. Usually McDonalds is pretty efficient with their service, but this one is extremely slow. Staff at the drive through windows are often unfriendly. Also, more often than not, items were missing from our orders. I also had a double quarter pounder with cheese with hardly cooked burgers. The manager ended up working it out, but there was one very rude employee (short purple hair) who was rude and loud when talking to me (the customer). Worse McDonald's ever Moved here 6 months ago and in March I ordered a hot Carmel mocha only to have no taste - returned it and told the man and he literally threw it in the sink and huffed around making a new one- same outcome- they just didn't stir all the stuff at the bottom of the cup Fast forward today I try for a frappe- after sitting after ordering in the same spot for 10 minutes without budging and knowing I had an appointment I spoke on the intercom and advised the employee I have not moved in 10 minutes and then was ye,led out stating that was NOT HIS FAULT - I proceeded to tell him I never said it was his fault but that I was going to have to cancel the order and figure a way to sneak out of the line and the was answered with JESUS CHRIST lady and I was flabbergasted - I was on the phone on Bluetooth with a friend from Ohio who was visiting this location with me in March and heard this conversation and said what did he just say!! The staff was friendly and relatable. Our order was made in a timely manner with the exceptions on the cookies that was warmed to order. I did order a breakfast sandwich at almost 10pm however the egg was not cooked all the way through. The friend I was with ordered and cheeseburger and a breakfast sandwich and both her bun and muffin were hard as rocks. First off, I had to be asked if I needed to order when I was clearly standing there waiting. They were too busy talking in the back. The chicken nuggets had clearly been sitting out longer then their allotted time and had returned to their original cardboard structure and were not worth the diarrhea that resulted after. I live here in Hurricane. I know, right? This McDonald's is my favorite Mickey D. I eat breakfast there 2 to 3 times a month & the food is always good and fast and customer service very good. When traveling, I try to eat at Micky D's for breakfast because it usually fair quality food and usually much faster than sit down restaurants. But, this site is the best for breakfast. The times I've eaten there for lunch & dinner have usually been good food, fairly good speed of delivery & great service. I usually eat lunch &/or dinner there 2 to 3 times a year. BTW in general, I'm not a fan of fast food; but, this is good for fast food. read more
