This location of McDonald's is an absolute joke. We come here all the time and today was the last straw. There are 6 people on staff AND a manager on duty and after they ask us to pull forward from the drive thru to wait 15 minutes for 1 burger. How the fuck does it take that long to make a burger, I can make one from scratch at home after than that, and that's un- freezing buns, cutting onions and tomatoes and opening fresh ground beef and shaping it and then frying it up. But with 6 people plus a Manger it should take approximately 5 minutes OR less with precooked meat and prechoping veggies in a food line. The pope behind us, where getting out of their cars and looking around also. My boyfriend finally got out and went inside 7 other people waiting room their food. When people are properly trained and not smoking pot in the back room this should be a breeze. Corporate needs to come sit in on a few of their shifts and see what the problem is. Prepare for rush hour if you k ow you're gonna need it. We all know how this goes, shitty customer service is going to lose you customers, period. I stopped here to use the bathroom while getting gas at the adjoining station. I was appalled at the disgusting women's bathroom conditions! Trash cans overflowing, dirty diapers on the floor, filthy and looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a week. I was going to get food there but after seeing that I was afraid to eat there. If that is how they keep their facilities I would be scared to see the kitchen! I went to check out at the gas station and mentioned the mess to the cashier and she just said: "That is McDonald's responsibility and every time I go complain they just yell at me". stay really far away from this place. I just came in and the GM was constantly yelling at all of her employees treating them like absolute garbage. she doesn't know how to run a store, CLEARLY. the owners need to get their crap together and hire a whole new management team. haven't seen this place in shape since diane left. (the past GM). at least she was much nicer and treated her employees like human beings. After movie, wanted fried chicken, but no KFC or Popeyes...not ever a Churches. Oh well, just go to Mc D and get 20 chicken nuggets for $5. This is the second time I was at this Mc D. This McDonald's is always a bad experience! Orders wrong and they take forever to give you your food! I've had people taking my money while using the F word while talking to other employees. Half my food is cold and EVERY TIME I get a sandwich half my patty is hanging half way out and sauce is hanging on for dear life from the other side! This place takes short cuts on your order. Order a Bacon Egg and Cheese Mcgriddle and you can get no bacon, burnt bacon, the last time I just got one small burnt piece of bacon. It is like this for the rest of the menu also. Don't always toast the biscuit or muffin. poor service. read more
